NICOLA MCLEAN: ‘I’m A Celeb’s Kelly Brook should be praised for her natural beauty’

Nicola McLean thinks Kelly Brook deserves praise for showcasing her natural beauty in the camp. Kelly is currently appearing on I’m A Celebrity.

Kelly Brook should be praised for showcasing her natural beauty, according to a former I’m A Celeb star.

Former glamour model Nicola McLean, 44, who appeared in the 2008 film Jungle, claims she felt she had to explain why she doesn’t look the same as she did in her 20s and make reference to her size.

No one has the same appearance as they did in their 20s. I’m sorry to break the news to you, but guess what, everyone ages, even models! She knew it was going to happen, which is sad in and of itself because she had thick skin. She had to armour herself up for the body criticism. When she emerges from the jungle, all of this will hit her hard, even if she is prepared for it.

One of the world’s most attractive and seductive women was Kelly. How dare you not still look the same as it is, these trolls claim in their narrative? That is, however, impossible. You can’t keep looking the way you did in your 20s and 30s, and Kelly deserves praise for flaunting her natural beauty rather than being aggressively criticized.

It appears that attractive women are not permitted to get older. Given that she is 72, Ruby Wax avoids body stumbling, but Kelly is prevented from revealing her 46 years.

In the jungle, Vogue Williams and Myleene Klass are viewed as attractive. They both haven’t done a lot of work, and they’re both slim but not too thin.

Even though Vogue has admitted to having lip liner tattooed on them, they are still regarded as “natural women,” which is admirable! However, Kelly doesn’t get the same level of trolling.

Although Lisa Riley is beautiful and I adore her, she wasn’t always attacked online in the same way. Everyone will call Martin Kemp a handsome man because he does not understand it the way women do.

Because of my massive breast implants, I was horribly abused while I was in the jungle. You can’t be a woman’s winner. Since I have my boobs done, I am not seen in the same way as Vogue and Myleene because I am plastic.

You must fit the culture’s perception of women. Although I’m tempted to get Botox and filler to try to keep my appearance, Kelly obviously decided she’s happy with her appearance and didn’t care, so I went with her! It’s impossible for trolls to want you to continue looking the same as you did.

And that’s a problem if you’ve got your hair done to look younger. Yes, I exposed myself, I was a model, I do reality TV, and I currently appear in shows, but what about the fact that I deserve to be called bad for doing what I do and have to hide my body and looks? What message does this send to non-publicly visible women and girls?

How do you think that’s what makes “normal” women feel about their bodies if some of the most attractive women are being attacked for how they look?
