Tyler Henry, a medium and TV personality, was taken to a hospital for emergency brain surgery, so he had to cancel his upcoming US tour dates.
Netflix star Tyler Henry’s upcoming tour dates have been quietly cancelled after the medium was rushed to hospital for brain surgery. The 29-year-old clairvoyant is best known for hosting Life After Death with Tyler Henry on Netflix as well as E! show Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry.
In November, Tyler underwent emergency brain surgery after doctors found a “recurring cyst and welling” on his brain. It came after he had surgery to remove a cyst on his brain in May.
His husband Clint Godwin wrote on Instagram at the time: “Over the past month, symptoms of swelling slowly returned. Tyler’s medical team decided that another surgery to address the recurring cyst and swelling was the best option.
Tyler had his third brain operation today, and he is recovering well tonight! Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to think of Tyler and our family over the past few days.
The first two dates in December have now been canceled, despite Tyler’s planned US tour beginning there to perform live audience readings. The venue’s website declares the event “canceled” for performances on December 12 and 13 in Brooks, California.
Tyler has clairvoyant reads from Amber Rose, Carmen Electra, Megan Fox, Bobby Brown, Alan Thicke, Monica Potter, and Kristin Cavallari over the years.
Tyler updated his fans in May after having a colloid tumor removed from the center of his brain. He described brain surgery as a success on Instagram. Excellent care, fantastic staff, and a wonderful family life.
I’ll be taking a month off from bed and looking forward to returning to reading.
Tyler continued, “For those of you who connect with me via virtual connection, nothing will change in terms of private reading giveaways and group readings at this time. I’m just on the mend.”
For those who are curious, I had a colloid tumor close to the center of my brain, which was thankfully removed. (The tumor, not my brain, of course.) I have so much to be thankful for in this rodeo, despite not having my first experience with it.
