Early this morning, our Politics team reported that there is to be a roll-out of new cancer treatment technology as NHS hospitals.
The updated technology, according to the Department for Health and Social Care, will reduce radiotherapy sessions and target cancers in more difficult to treat areas like the chest, abdomen, and pelvis.
4, 500 more patients will benefit from the new linear accelerator (LINAC) treatment machines, according to the government, by March 2027. From August, they will be implemented in 28 hospitals across England, supported by £70 million in funding to advance the country’s cancer care.

Meghan Markle was denied the opportunity to appear on the front cover of the fashion magazine Vogue because of her alleged outrageous demands, according to our Showbiz team’s report.
The Duchess of Sussex and Edward Enninful, then-editor of Vogue UK, allegedly got into a fight before their potential appearance in the September 2022 issue of Vogue UK.
Meghan, 43, had been working with Edward on a collaboration for the prestigious fashion issue that would include her keynote appearance at the One Young World Summit in Manchester, along with “involved extensive features across the magazine and its digital editions”.

The moment Emmanuel Macron’s wife appears to slap him during a heated argument on an official tour was revealed by our World News team earlier today.
Macron’s profile can be seen through the door of his official plane in footage taken yesterday evening at Hanoi airport. His wife Brigette raises a hand to his face and appears to strike him seconds later. Before the couple begin to descend the staircase, the French president appears surprised and makes a wave outside. Then, Emmanuel Macron makes an attempt to hold her hand, but she decides against doing so and instead presses onto the walkway’s handrail.
A source close to Macron’s conversation with French news agency BFMTV dismissed the incident as merely a “bickering” between a married couple.
The President and his wife had one last moment to unwind before the trip started by having a little fun, they continued.

Skydiver Jade Damarell’s agonizing final days after her “boyfriend split to tragic letter”
Our news team received new information about Jade Damarell’s final days before she tragically plummeted to her death this morning.
In a separate investigation, the 32-year-old thrill-seeking Ms. Damarell, a highly experienced skydiver, was described as an “unimaginable loss.” The woman, who had completed more than 400 jumps before falling to the ground at Wrefords’ Farm in Shotton, County Durham, instantly died. At the scene, she was declared dead.
According to what it is known, Ms. Damarell, a resident of Caerphilly, South Wales, had broken up with her boyfriend the day before her fatal skydive.
She had been dating 26-year-old skydiving enthusiast Ben Goodfellow for about six to eight months after splitting from her husband. According to MailOnline, the couple had been renting a double room at a property close to the airfield for a while.
