Midfielder Cuthbert extends Chelsea deal until 2027

Chelsea midfielder Erin Cuthbert has signed a new contract through to the summer of 2027.

The 26-year-old joined from Glasgow City in 2017, with only captain Millie Bright being at Chelsea for a longer period from the current squad.

She has 256 appearances and won 12 major honours with the Blues, including seven Women’s Super League titles.

Chelsea’s head of women’s football Paul Green said: “Erin is one of the leaders in the team and now in her prime.
