Michelle Trachtenberg contacted friend from hospital bed before she died

Michelle Trachtenberg, the star of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, passed away on Wednesday, and her friend Amanda De Cadenet has revealed that she spoke to her when she was recently in a hospital.
In an Instagram post, Amanda, 52, wrote: “Sweetheart Michelle. What depressing news should I read this morning. I’m posting this because I cared about you, but it feels strange and awful. De Cadenet referred to you as the young, vivacious woman who “will always be remembered as the one I met when I took this photo of you,” in addition to a photo of a young Michelle posing for the camera. When we FaceTimed you recently, even though you did not appear to be you, your sweetness and humor were still present.
Amanda added, “I won’t talk about the details of our conversations for the next six months.” But you knew that death was a high possibility”, but later deleted the comment. “I’m only sorry that the outcome wasn’t a better one,” she continued in her updated post. Wishing you a peaceful ending, sweet friend, and rest in peace.

Amanda, who is best known in the UK as a 1990s presenter of The Big Breakfast and cult series The Word, now lives in Los Angeles and works as a photographer.
Michelle passed away at her Manhattan home last night, according to an announcement made by the media. Her death is not being treated as suspicious, and complications may have resulted from a reported liver transplant.
Michelle Trachtenberg made her acting debut on the beloved Nickelodeon series The Adventures of Pete &, Pete, where she played the eccentric Nona F. Mecklenberg, at the age of nine.
Her early roles included lead roles in children’s movies and TV shows, as well as her breakout breakout role in Harriet the Spy. She later gained notoriety as the shrewd and manipulative Georgina Sparks on Gossip Girl, a role she played throughout the show’s six-season run, and gained popularity as a young actress for her portrayal of Dawn Summers, the younger sister of the titular heroine in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Her friends and co-stars have paid tribute to the actress. Buffy The Vampire Slayer actor David Boreanaz, who played Angel on the series, said he was “so very sad” as he paid tribute to co-star Michelle.
A black and white version of Trachtenberg was used as a tribute to Instagram stories by the US actor in a post shared by a US news outlet. He wrote: “So very sad. Horrible news. RIP and prayers to her and her family”.
Michelle’s Gossip Girl co-star, British actor Ed Westwick, wrote: “So sad to hear of the passing of @michelletrachtenberg Sending prayers”. He added a white heart emoji and two praying hands emoji. Blake Lively, who also starred in Gossip Girl, posted a tribute to Michelle on Wednesday night. She said: “Everything she did, she did 200%. She was fiercely loyal to her friends and brave for those she loved, big and bold, and distinctly herself, facing authority head on when she felt something was wrong, caring deeply about her work, caring about her work when it was difficult, and caring about her work.
” Time passes. You assume that you will see an old friend for granted. To paraphrase, the real tragedies in life are the ones that blindside you on an idle Tuesday. Hold those close to you who you adore and have loved.
Michelle was a deeply compassionate and compassionate person. May those who had the opportunity to witness her fire remember her work and enormous heart.
