Messi fined after grabbing neck of opposition coach

Lionel Messi has been fined by the MLS for breaking league rules governing raising hands to the face, head, or neck of an opponent.
Following an incident at the end of the 2-2 draw with New York City FC on February 22, the MLS Disciplinary Committee decided to fine Inter Miami forward Messi, 37.
The eight-time Ballon d’Or winner was spotted addressing a member of the opposition’s coaching staff and tingling his neck to them.
