Because she and her boyfriend Ruben Dias are “ready to move in” to a home they can call their own, Maya Jama is said to have been considering purchasing a luxury mansion from Omaze.
Maya Jama and Ruben Dias are said to be ‘deep in thought’ about buying a house that was once raffled off by Omaze. The Love Island presenter, 31, confirmed her relationship with footballer Ruben, 28, earlier this year and the pair have reportedly been eyeing up the £4 million mansion in Cheshire.
The 6,300 sq ft four-bedroom house was initially a prize offered by Omaze, a company that partners with various charities and has seen celebrities like Coronation Street actress Samia Longchambon and Steps star Claire Richards head up advertising campaigns encouraging members of the public to enter for a chance to win. The luxury home was won by Emily Ward with her lucky £25 ticket.
Maya and Ruben are reportedly seen gazing at the mansion, and they are at a point in their relationship where they “want to move into a place that they can see as their own.”

A source said: “It’s the third time Ruben and Maya have looked at the property. They spent about two hours there on Wednesday. It’s quite a long time to spend on a viewing but the house is very captivating. Ruben arrived in his Lamborghini and Maya came separately in a chauffeur-driven Mercedes.
When they left together, they looked deeply in their minds. If the rent is reasonable, the house could be for rent for around £20,000 per month.
Ruben is very settled at City, and Maya has been spending more time in Manchester. They want to move into a place where they can call home, according to the source, who also spoke to The Sun.
Emily, who also won £250,000 as part of her prize, said after winning: “The house is spectacular — I can see why it’s so popular with millionaire footballers. It will be quite surreal popping out to buy a pint of milk and bumping into Wayne or Coleen Rooney. We could stay here for years if we decided to — or maybe we’ll rent it out to a new Man City signing?”
Although Maya and Ruben both seem to try to avoid social media as much as possible, it seems like things are getting serious behind closed doors. She shared a rare loved-up mirror selfie with her and they both appeared happier than ever.
After spending a lot of time in Manchester to be close to Ruben, it was revealed just weeks ago that Maya may be considering moving up north. Maya enjoys the simplicity of Manchester and the glamour of the WAG and football scene, according to a source.
She says, “She will always be special, but she enjoys spending more time with Ruben in Manchester.” The Brit Awards will take place there for the first time in February, making the city a celebrity hotspot there.
Maya frequently shared photos from Manchester, where she spent time with Ruben’s elite apartment and had meals prepared by his chef. The couple was last month seen at the Apple store in the Arndale Centre while on dates with other people and have been seen exploring the city.
According to reports from The Sun, the relationship became more serious in recent months. Maya is said to have introduced Ruben to her mum, Bernadette, and has been making an effort to learn her partner’s native language by taking Portuguese lessons.
