Marco Pierre White Jr received his second jail term in a matter of weeks after pleading guilty to assault after he was already jailed for a crime and shoplifting spree

Marco Pierre White Jr has been jailed following his 70th offence just weeks after he went on a £60,000 shoplifting spree. The former Celebrity Big Brother star admitted that he assaulted Manuel Constantino Teixeira De Leca in Bath, Somerset, in April.

White was not present to receive his sentence, which was handed down in his absence, of four weeks imprisonment. The fresh sentence will run consecutively with a sentence imposed a month earlier.

He was also ordered to pay £200 compensation to the victim during a hearing at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on November 11. White, 30, was already jailed on October 30 after vandalising a gallery and stealing Jellycats in multiple raids.

He also broke into an Italian deli in Kensington and stole a laptop, tablet, iPod and till tray. Days later he stole two natural rock crystal formations from a store in Notting Hill.

He then broke into a store in Barnes, South West London, on July 21, stealing £1,500 worth of Jellycat soft toys. He also entered an ammonite store in London from which he stole two green fluorite crystal lamp towers.

He also caused £44,000 worth of damage by wrecking “four mounted crystals.” Isleworth Crown Court heard how White has a “long-standing drug addiction” and was already on two suspended sentences throughout most of his crime spree.

On April 1 an alarm was triggered at Clayton’s Kitchens, Bath, broken glass and blood were found at the scene, but no items were stolen. Police subsequently received a call at 4.30am the next day regarding Mercy in Action – a charity shop in Bath.

White has now been convicted 32 times for 70 offences. White was born to celebrity chef Marco Pierre White and Mati Conejero on May 24, 1995 and was raised in Chelsea, West London. He was a troubled young man with a difficult upbringing before he became an artist and model.

He was 21 when he appeared on the 17th series of Big Brother in 2016. He was the first to be evicted and triggered 634 complaints to Ofcom with his antics.

In November 2019, he became a dad when he welcomed baby daughter Arabella Rosa. He was convicted of several offences between June 2016 and August 2022, and was sentenced to 79 weeks in prison.

White previously spoke about changing his life when he moved to his dad’s farm in Wiltshire with partner Francesca Suter. In May 2017, he launched a sex toy brand called Velvet Love. In September 2017 he then caused controversy when he described the Parsons Green train bombing as “why I don’t take the tube #theRichDontDie”.

In 2019 he was fined £200 after admitting to drink and racial harassment charges. He said “f*** these n****rs” while being arrested at a bar in Paddington Station, west London. In June 2019, a court ordered him to pay £1,328.05 in fines and costs after failing to pay for a £27 breakfast at Kingsmead Kitchen in Bath.
