Man City’s Bobb in training after five months out
After five months out with a broken leg, Manchester City midfielder Oscar Bobb has returned to training.
The Norwegian international was training on the eve of the Premier League season when he injured.
It has prevented Bobb, 21, from featuring in the Premier League this season, having played for 89 minutes in the Community Shield in August.
Guardiola is pleased that Bobb has improved his recovery, despite not being available for Saturday’s FA Cup third round match against Salford City (17:45 GMT).
“Oscar is training already with the team – partial”, said Guardiola.
“It’s not muscular, it was a bone and it’s already fixed. It’s good news that he’s back”.
Ruben Dias, the Spaniard, and John Stones, who is also out, both confirmed that the Spaniard is feeling “better,” but he is not yet ready to return.
