This Morning presenter Lisa Snowdon look sensational as she struck up a series of poses in a bikini while enjoying a luxury retreat in Vietnam this week
Lisa Snowdon’s toned midriff was the star of the show in her latest social media update. Posting from her luxury retreat in Vietnam, the This Morning star snapped a pic of herself in just a bikini to show off her figure.
The 53-year-old is on a relaxing holiday in Quy Nhon, Vietnam, and has been practising her yoga. Taking to Instagram, she showed off exactly what kind of figure the hobby can get you. She wore a variety of swimwear to display her strength, flexibility and muscled midriff.
One photo saw Lisa doing a tree pose on a rock. She wore a gorgeous green and black bikini, and kept a serene expression on her face as she held the pose.

In another photo, she beamed at the camera from the side of a swimming pool. In that one, she swapped the green bikini top for a white and grey one. She completed the look with a grey cowboy hat and some aviator sunnies.
In the caption, she wrote: “Quy Nhon. Found a little slice of heaven, we will be back. Full moons full happiness.”
Lisa was joined on her holiday by her fiancé George Smart, who founded a communications firm. He was spotted in the background of some of her pictures, including the one taken from the pool. The couple are staying in Anantara Quy Nhon Villas, where prices start from £398 per night.
The soon-to-be-wed pair started dating more than two decades ago, when Lisa was an MTV DJ and George was the channel’s head of events. Though they broke up, they got back together 10 years ago and got engaged in 2017.
Due to how long the engagement has been, some have wondered when the two will get married. When asked, Lisa admitted she has a “tiny hint of reservation” about marriage, as it may change their dynamic.
She told The Mirror: “Deep down I do know it wouldn’t, but then I think, ‘Well my mum and dad’s marriage didn’t last,”‘and some people say, ‘Don’t do it because it changes things,’.
“So there’s 90 per cent of me that knows nothing would change, but a tiny hint of reservation where I think it would.”
George, on the other hand, said has no reservations and would marry Lisa tomorrow if it were possible to get everyone they love there.
Lisa has shared one thing she’s excited about when it comes to marriage – the word ‘husband’. “Being able to call him ‘my husband’ and saying, ‘My husband’s coming soon, I’m just waiting for my husband!’ I think I prefer ‘my husband’ to ‘my fiancé’ – I’d love it!”
