Khloé Kardashian has categorically denied assisting her weight loss by taking the diabetes drug Ozempic or claiming to have lost more than two stone in recent years.
After leaving fans blown away by a recent bikini snap, Khloé Kardashian’s secret to losing weight is unknown. The reality TV personality and businesswoman is frequently seen participating in intense workouts on her family show, The Kardashians, and is no stranger to sharing her transformation.
But while the 40-year-old credits her workouts for transforming her life, her divorce from basket ball player Lamar Odom in 2013 sparked a major change for the Good American founder. Each day, she wakes up at 5.30am to get a work out in before getting her children ready for the school run.
Khloé has been surrounded by rumors that she had used weight loss medication and surgery to aid in her transformation despite the extensive documentation surrounding her intense regime. She had previously been accused of helping her with the diabetes drug Ozempic, but she has since furiously denied using it.
Khloé exercises for five days each week. On her fifth day, she chooses a specific cardio or Pilates exercise after four days of exercise with her personal trainer. The 5ft10 star previously stated that she “does circuit training with cardio intervals, so I’m constantly spiking my heart rate up and down.”
Khloé has also previously stated in the past that she had spent “a lot” of her life being overweight and feared losing weight after the birth of True, her daughter. She stated on the SHE MD podcast that she spent a lot of her life being overweight. God help me lose weight. Years went by without me. I’ve always been athletic and chubby. I’ve always enjoyed sports. Simply put, I was never in shape.
“I was 204 [14 stone 5 lbs] when I delivered and I was like ‘How am I going to do this again?’ because it took so many years to do it the first time.” She added that she later lost her pregnancy weight quicker than she had imagined. But it’s not just her work outs that help her.
Khloé consumes seven meals per day, compared to the average person who consumes three. After trying every diet on the market, she has gradually cut out “every soda.” Dr. Philip Goglia, Khloé’s nutritionist, explained that she drinks a shake made of ice and water and a scoop of protein powder with almond butter each morning.
100g of chicken breast, vegetables, and an iron-based salad are included in her second meal. Celery, tomatoes, and 12 almonds make up her fourth meal. Khloe has 200g of vegetables in her fifth meal, which includes an egg, before choosing fatty fish like sea bass, cod, or salmon.
She has another piece of fruit before going to sleep. However, Khloé occasionally indulges in cheat days, such as pizza and pasta for dinner. Khloé has claimed she had known about it when she was younger and that she had used the diabetes program Ozempic to aid her transformation.
She said, “If they had Ozempic, I probably would have tried it, because I tried any other thing,” when she spoke on The Kardashians. I tried every popular diet, with the exception of the one that actually works, a lifestyle change. Therefore, I really want to promote health rather than just a scale. Simply put, I believe that people should be active.
You should only be healthy and stronger for yourself, according to the statement, “I don’t really care what your size is.” Khloé became “obsessed” with how she looked after her marriage to Lamar ended. She claimed to SHE MD, “My thing is more the food because I’m determined.” Therefore, I had to retrain my mind about what I could and couldn’t eat.
You don’t even want half of the garbage or junk because I’m in a good body-wise manner, which I like. I do sort of eat what I want. Or, for that matter, pizza is my weakness.
