Conor Benn was mocked by Sunderland star Josh Kelly after Flavius Biea was made to look bad at Newcastle Arena.
In one of their light-middleweight matches, Kelly, 31, bulldozed Biea and dropped the Romanian with a left hook.
With only a few minutes left, the official waved the contest off with a 35-year-old Romanian Biea slow rising to beat the referee’s count.
When asked who he wanted to fight next, Kelly criticized Benn, his domestic partner.
Kelly responded, “If it’s a significant domestic conflict, I want Benn.”
It will be a significant world title fight if it isn’t Benn, or if he doesn’t want to take that fight.
In some governing bodies, I’m ranked at either number four or number three, or number two.
“I’m there. I’ve been knocking on the door for some time. I’m currently at my best. Let me run, let me run.
After Chris Eubank Jr.’s first defeat of his career in April, Benn is still considering his next move.
The Englishman typically squares off against welters, but he has since moved up to middleweight to face Eubank.
Kelly won just his ninth stoppage victory, bringing his total to 17 victories, one loss, and one draw.
