Katie Price could be set for yet another image change with the former glamour model said to be working on a ‘wish list’ of procedures for the new year
Katie Price has admitted being addicted to surgery, and now a source tells NEW she’s got a wish-list of procedures in the run-up to Christmas. “She’ll have more surgery as soon as she can,” the insider says.
“As soon as she finishes one thing, she’s looking for the next. It’s like a conveyer belt. She has a list of what she wants, because she’s never happy.”
The source adds: “Katie sees surgery as a gift to herself. It’s a buzz, like a drug, but she can’t stop. She doesn’t give herself long to recover before she’s back out having more anaesthetic and more procedures.”
With just six weeks until Christmas, the mum-of-five could be under the knife again very soon – and our insider says she’s already planning a raft of procedures for 2026. Top of her wish-list is corrective work on her lips.

Katie, 47, unveiled new fillers back in the summer, but had them dissolved earlier this month, saying in a TikTok video: “This is what I want because I can start fresh.”
Though it dramatically reduced the size of her pout, the source said: “She’s not happy with the scarring around her mouth. She feels it’s very obvious and doesn’t look right.”
After regular trips to surgeons in Turkey and Belgium, Katie is now thought to be contemplating a visit to South Korea, where V-line jaw reduction is all the rage. It involves reshaping the face to make it slimmer and more defined, while reducing the prominence of the chin.
“She has talked about it, and there’s a possibility she might go to South Korea where they’re doing more advanced surgeries,” continues the source. “She wants jaw shaving, and she’s got sagging skin at the bottom of her cheeks from losing a lot of weight, which is another thing she wants. And possibly she wants her nose done again because I don’t think she’s happy with that either.”
Other kinds of ‘tweakments’ taking off in countries like South Korea include limb lengthening, which involves surgically breaking and then extending the leg bones. Elsewhere, a new kind of breast implant called Motiva is gaining popularity too, offering a smoother surface and special silicone gel that mimics natural breast movement, while also being safer for patients.
“Anything that is hi-tech, new or revolutionary, Katie will want,” said the insider. “It wouldn’t surprise me if she has her other breast implants taken out, and different ones put back in. She scours Instagram, looking at people and what they’ve had done. She’s always searching for the next thing.”
Also on Katie’s wish-list is more work to follow up the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) she had earlier this year. The procedure involves injecting filler into the buttocks to enhance their shape and make them rounder, and our source reveals, “I don’t think she likes the way her bum looks, even though she had it done. She treats her body like a car that has constant repairs and topping up.”
In May, she livestreamed herself on TikTok having 500ml of BBL filler injections, saying: “I’ve just had Endo laser and filler, I’m having it put in my bum. It will dissolve over time, but it can last up to two years.” She had two surgeons working on her with 50 needles of the filler, and she added to camera, “Teamwork makes the dream work.”
Katie’s surgical compulsion is said to be of increasing alarm to her family, with her eldest daughter Princess, 18, believed to be especially worried. Both she and her brother Junior, 20, are said to have begged their mum to stop going under the knife, but so far their pleas have had no impact. “Family members are very concerned,” adds our source. “They think she’s not well enough to have more surgery. And you’ve got to look at the surgeons doing this too. They should be saying, ‘That’s enough.’”
In the summer, Katie flew to Turkey with boyfriend JJ Slater, 32, to have her sixth facelift. Photos of her taken during the trip showed her face looking swollen and painful, while blood appeared to be oozing from her stitches. In 2024, she had what was thought to be her 17th boob job, and over the years she has had full body liposuction, brow and ‘fox eye’ lifts, tummy tucks and rhinoplasty. “I will never stop with this surgery,” she once said. “I want to be a Bratz doll. It’s my body and I do what I want to do. That’s how it should be, your body, your choice. The difference is I talk about it.”
Katie’s tiny frame is also a concern, and in September, she revealed she had been to see her GP over her shrinking size, saying, “The reason I’m going to the doctors is because I keep losing weight and I don’t know why. So that’s that.”
In May this year, Katie took part in a TikTok live, when a fan asked why she kept having surgery. She replied, “I think surgery stems from something from when I was younger, and me feeling I’m not validated or good enough. It must have started from there. But to be honest, I quite like having the surgery – it makes me look fresh.”
With no sign of her quitting her habit, it seems further anxious times lie ahead for her loved ones. “She’ll keep going until she feels she looks perfect,” says our source. “But even then she probably won’t stop.”
