After his Love Island ex-girlfriend Olivia Attwood suggested their relationship is creepy, JoJo Siwa has praised her boyfriend Chris Hughes for “staying silent.”
JoJo Siwa has called out Olivia Attwood for comments the Bad Boyfriends star made about Chris Hughes and warned that there are “two sides to every story”.
Olivia and Chris have had an ongoing feud since the pair broke up seven years ago. They had something of an explosive relationship when they first met on Love Island, and, since then, fans have noticed that Olivia hasn’t seemed to be shy about her negative feelings about her ex, particularly after he started dating the 22-year-old pop star.
During Chris and Jojo’s time on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, fans watched the pair get close,r and one took to TikTok to say she needed to know what Olivia thought of the situation. Olivia commented, “She’s very famous,” and seemed to imply Chris had ulterior motives for getting close to Jojo.
Olivia’s comments reportedly caused Chris to be upset, even though he hasn’t mentioned them or any other comments that have implied that he was different both on and off camera. According to Olivia, who is currently married to Bradley Dack, “some people, they go on reality TV, they are one person, and when you experience them off camera, it’s like shapeshifters.”
Jojo, Chris’ girlfriend, and former Dance Moms star, has taken offense to Olivia while making an appearance on a podcast and praised him with the comments, “He’s such a good guy that his mouth has stayed shut.” Always be aware that each story has two sides.
She continued to claim that she has only known Chris for a short while and that she loves him unconditionally. She also praised her boyfriend, who she called “his mouth shut,” for keeping things real.

“There’s a lot to be said about the good guy in the story who keeps his mouth shut. And Chris is a simple guy who loves his family, his golf, his horses and his sports.
We have a history of online wrath, and I could easily shut down every single person who has done anything, and he could do it, but it’s not worth it. “And one thing we have in common is that we’ve got wrath from our past online.”
She explained that getting involved would involve “feeding the beast” and that Chris had “moved on.” You’re only feeding that beast, you’re feeding that monster, and you don’t even need to. It’s your past, and Christopher’s ability to escape that past is beautiful.
Chris’ past on television started in 2017, when he entered the Love Island villa during series three of the hit ITV show. There, he started a relationship with Olivia, and the pair ultimately finished in third place. They then filmed their own series called Chris And Olivia: Crackin’ On, but filming was full of rows and the couple broke up during production, leaving several episodes not filmed.
Olivia later told the MailOnline that her relationship with Chris was “toxic” because the two were “incompatible”. Since then, both have done several reality TV shows. Chris’ most recent venture onto the screen was in Celebrity Big Brother this year, where he met Jojo.
JoJo and Chris haven’t broken up since their first meeting. According to sources close to the pair, their wedding is scheduled for soon, and they have reportedly agreed to produce their own reality television program.
