After Chris Hughes claimed on Celebrity Master Chef that he had been single for three years, JoJo Siwa addressed her relationship with Chris Hughes on social media.
JoJo Siwa has finally addressed her relationship with Chris Hughes after the former Love Island star opened up about his own love life on Celebrity Master Chef. The pair became friends on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, and despite JoJo being in a relationship at the time, their friendship eventually blossomed into a romance. They eventually confirmed their romance in June of this year and have since made it no secret that they’re head over heels for one another.
But Chris left people concerned this week. While on the BBC show, he said that he was “single” and had been for some time. Speaking to the cameras, the reality star said: “So, I live on my own, I’ve been single for three years, so it’s not like I’m cooking for anyone.” He added: It’s quite sad, really, isn’t it? I need someone there to show off to in the kitchen, I’ve got the judges.”
Fans of Chris and JoJo were reportedly together when the episode aired, so they were unsure whether they were still relevant.
Now, JoJo has spoken out to address the speculation while celebrating their six-month anniversary together. Sharing a collage of snaps together on Instagram, JoJo said: “6 months (heart emoji), wouldn’t trade one day for anything.”
Full heart the last six months, the American star continued to post a video of the couple dancing along with a heart emoji. Chris has not commented on the speculation or their anniversary, though.
However, eagle-eyed viewers had pointed out that Chris and JoJo had been filmed before the episode. One person claimed online that they had filmed MasterChef before Big Brother in May. They were unsure whether or not it would ever air.
It was shot earlier this year before he met her, according to a second penned. Chris recently revealed the precise moment he first fell in love with JoJo, who was first recognized on Dance Moms.
His statement confirmed a theory that couple fans had hatched months prior. On the Question the Default podcast, Chris has since opened up to Harry Corrin. He argued that “nothing was forced or rushed; it just happened.”
Shortly after CBB, Chris claimed to have traveled to Mexico to meet her. He continued, “I spent a few days with her and her family in Orlando, and that’s where it all started,” adding, “I flew out to surprise her, which was nice.”
He continued, “I met up with her in Mexico, and that’s where things started to change and develop. which was lovely and kept to herself.
“But it was genuinely lovely, and it just happened,” he said. JoJo, an American star, has revealed her intentions for the aisle. She said, “Weddings are for two people. So we would have to choose how it would appear. However, I am aware that I need to assist Chris in creating the playlist and that I want it to have a baby-blue scheme.
