A Coronation Street actor who has appeared in numerous Coronation Street episodes announced that their final episode would air this week before their character’s final scene.

A Corrie actor has announced their departure from the program.

A Coronation Street actor has announced that they have already filmed their final scenes for the soap opera. They shared the news with fans on social media just a few days ago ahead of their “very last” episode having now aired this week.

Scott Anson has played Reece Bolton on the ITV show since the character made his debut in 2022. He has appeared in more than 20 episodes since then. The actor however announced on Instagram recently that his last episode would air on Wednesday night, with his character making a return.

Reece was first introduced three years ago as a member of a far-right extremist gang led by Michael Condron (played by Michael Condron). Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) and Max Turner (Paddy Bever) were among the group’s grooming duties.

Reece has appeared on occasion in recent years and eventually ended up in prison. He and Laurent met him last year, and he later returned to his home country to take part in the plot of his daughter’s disappearance. Since then, he has returned this year.

Sharing another account’s post about his return, which included photos from a scene, Scott wrote in a post on Instagram this week: “Catch my very last ep as Reece Bolton.”

After receiving a package for her son Frankie Bolton, which contained a letter, Lauren visited her father Reece in prison following a scene from Wednesday night’s broadcast. Later, Reece revealed that he had given him a kangaroo teddy.

Lauren responded, “Yep, all received. It was delivered to the baby bank. She continued, “You know, I look at Frankie and I see everything I missed out on.” by the way, that is pretty much everything.

Reece said, “If I were that terrible, I don’t know why you bothered coming,” as she recalls her childhood. I told you straight away that I don’t want you to be near Frankie, Lauren responded. You’re going to deprive him of a loving grandad, her father said. I’m going to keep him away from a racist pervert, Laurence said in response.

Reece later claimed that Lauren’s biological father was not her biological father and that she is “building a family” and has friends who “have got her back.” She continued, “Bye, Reece,” as she left him behind in prison. You are unaware of what you have missed out on.

Scott made fun of the fact that Scott would start reprising his role earlier this year. The actor captioned a photo of himself in a dressing room on February 14 and said, “I just love being bad.”

Scott was seated at a desk and was seen taking a photo in a mirror. On the table next to the script was a mug with the ITV logo on it along with other items.

Then, last month, he shared a photo that showed the blue jumper, grey pants, and yellow vest that his prisoner character wore. They had the tag “Reece” on them. Coming soon, Scott wrote in the March 14 caption.
