Italian model and TV star Pamela Genini has died aged 29 after being stabbed to death last night in Milan
Italian TV star and model Pamela Genini has died aged 29 after being allegedly stabbed to death by her partner. According to reports, the Italian entrepreneur was stabbed repeatedly yesterday on a balcony in Milan by her partner Gianluca Soncin, 52.
Neighbours called for help after watching the horrific crime take place. Police arrived and rushed her attacker to hospital after he attempted to take his own life. Soncin has reportedly since been arrested on suspicion of voluntary manslaughter.
Pamela was found dead in her apartment in Milan. Neighbours later told investigators that they saw a man “storming” into Pamela’s flat moments before the attack. Several neighbours reportedly called the police however, they were unable to intervene in time.

An Italian publication shared: “When officers arrived, 29-year-old Pamela Genini, born in the province of Bergamo, was in critical condition, while Gianluca Soncin, 52, originally from Biella, continued to stab her until she died.
“Then, before officers could subdue him, he attempted to commit suicide by stabbing her twice in the throat. He is in serious condition, but his life is not in danger.
“Elisa Bartolotti, a prominent influencer and trend-setting television personality, began her career in beauty pageants as a bikini model, which prompted her to create a beachwear line with her best friend Pamela Genini, a model and young entrepreneur who enjoys challenging herself by thinking outside the box.”
Pamela’s friend and business partner Elisa B took to Instagram to pay tribute to her and lash out at Soncin, writing: “Crazy? Yes you are. But I don’t believe enough not to know what you were doing. I just hope that if there is justice, you’ll pay for taking away someone who was like a sister to me.
“Goodbye Pam. We won’t grow old together. You will never grow old. I love you, my friend.”
Pamela was an ex model and entrepreneur who started her own bikini line, EP SheLux. As a teenager, she had appeared on an episode of Italian reality show Isola di Adamo ed Eva Italia.
She regularly shared updates from her travels and professional life on social media, and recently attended the Venice Film Festival in September.
