Israel-Hamas ceasefire takes effect in Gaza

After Hamas handed over a list of three captives to Israel as part of the deal, a ceasefire has already been established in Gaza.

The ceasefire agreed between Israel and Hamas will take effect at 11: 15am local time (09: 15 GMT) on Sunday, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office said.
