I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in the 2025 series! This week kicked off with a bang, and we’re enjoying seeing the cast of the year get to grips with camp and the difficulties. The best time to watch eagle-eyed viewers can also spot some of the pre-jungle beauty and cosmetic treatments the stars have used to prepare for the weeks they’ll spend without using their typical skincare and makeup.
We’ve seen actresses who have turned to professional facials and semi-permanent lash extensions that have been expertly placed to give the wearer a wide-eyed look and a star who hasn’t one stray hair in sight thanks to laser removal treatments.

Ruby Wax lash extensions
The 71-year-old actress Ruby looks fresh-faced in the jungle, but could it be due to some clever beauty treatments? Mirror’s head of beauty Zoe says it appears like Ruby may have had he brows microbladed, since they’ve stayed looking defined, but it could also be the help of a good, long-lasting tint.
What we do know is that Ruby had a full set of lashes applied in order to give her appearance a wide-eyed, youthful look in place of mascara (a banned item). Her technician, @lashes_monica, penned on Instagram last week: “I am pleased to announce that it was a privilege to apply eyelash extensions for Ruby Wax in preparation for her participation in I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.”
Kelly Brook: Skin tightening and laser hair removal

There’s no denying that model Kelly has won the lottery when it comes to natural beauty, but there was one treatment she heavily turned to in a bid to get jungle-ready: laser hair removal. Appearing on Elizabeth Day’s podcast shortly before jetting off to Australia, Kelly said: “[I’ve been doing] a lot of body lasering, a lot of hair removal, because I don’t think there’s a lot of that going on.”
You’ll now be able to tell why Kelly hasn’t a single hair past her lashes when the inevitable jungle shower scene occurs.
Kelly took to the Instagram app to rave about one treatment in particular, despite not updating her Instagram followers on her full beauty routine in a year or two. “I just want to say a big thank you to the ladies who have given me the amazing new laser treatment Strawberry lift. It focuses on the neck and the area known as the “double chin”,” she wrote.
We wonder if she booked back in again for this to get camera-ready because she claims to have had “lots” of laser treatments done because a Strawberry Lift is a non-invasive, laser-based cosmetic procedure that aims to tighten the complexion.

Either EastEnders star Shona is blessed with very defined and dark eyebrows, or we’d guess she’s turned to a form of semi-permanent make-up method to keep her brows looking in perfect condition without the help of eyebrow kit (Shona says she loves NYX’s Precision Brow Pencil, £9).
We can confirm that she visited LK Deluxe Aesthetics in Manchester to undergo a series of bespoke facials, which include a combination of masks, skincare, and massage, to achieve her skin’s smooth and glowing skin. Before she left the jungle, LK Deluxe founder Lisa Kavanagh said, “We gave Shona a natural, healthy glow.” We used my organic skincare line, Sphagnum De-Lux, which uses Irish sphagnum peat moss to calm, hydrate, and brighten, after a HydraFacial to hydrate us. Additionally, Lisa claims that Shona received red light therapy to improve collagen and create a “lit from within” glow.
Alex Scott’s hair color
Another famous person, Alex, is undeniably a natural beauty, and it appears as though what you’re seeing on camera mimics how she wakes up on a daily basis. Despite having enviously thick eyebrows and glowing skin, Alex only mentions one beauty treatment to improve her appearance, which was revealed in a recent Grazia interview.
