Fans can now see the couple’s new life as they leave the UK for Dubai, according to photos shared on Instagram.
Candid photographs give Kate and Rio Ferdinand fans a sneaky glimpse into their “new chapter” following their move to Dubai.
The Mirror told how the couple had left the UK for the sunny United Arab Emirates (UAE). Now, stunning snaps of their new scenery, including a picture looking onto the famous Burj Khalifa building with three of their children, have been posted on Instagram.
Additionally, new information about the move has surfaced, such as how the bolthole was already listed for 32.5 million dirhams (6, 550, 310) in April. Al Barari, an exclusive gated community with over 15.3 million square feet of preserved green space, has been dubbed the “Green Heart of Dubai,” earning praise for it.
Properties there are celebrated for their “generous layouts” and “clean designs,” qualities reflected in the batch of new photographs Rio, 46, and 33-year-old Kate have posted online. One image shows the couple in the pool of the grand seven-bedroom mansion, where they will live with son Cree, four, and daughter Shae, two, as well as Lorenz, Tate, 16, and Tia, 13, who Rio had in his previous marriage.

Former TOWIE star Kate recently wrote on Instagram that she wanted “a new chapter, a fresh start because we won’t succeed until we try.” Ahhh ! We’ve been discussing this for a while, but it finally seems like it’s happening. We’re here, we’re making a new home there, and we’ve been talking about it for a while.
The family had lived in Bromley, southeast London, in the UK where Rio worked as a pundit for TNT Sports. However, the Manchester United legend quit this role for the move overseas.
And his brand-new home also has a “state of the art” kitchen complete with fashionable appliances and a stylish center island with grey counters. The master bedroom’s minimalist design features wooden and brown accents in the pictures. However, the main bedroom has a “spa-inspired” bathroom, walk-in closets for each guest, and a balcony with views of their lush garden and the nearby lake.
In keeping with the lush green foliage that is outside, there is an open-plan living room with light green curtains. The expansive patio doors open up to the luxe pool and offer stunning views.
For the clan, particularly Rio, who was raised in Camberwell, south London, the situation is quite different. Lorenz’s son Lorenz signed his first professional contract with Brighton in July after playing for England 81 times for Rio. The teen has since moved to the UAE with his family.
The Al Barari residence is close to Dubai’s main social hubs and amenities. Other famous families live in the area, including Caroline Stanbury, a member of The Real Housewives of Dubai, and her husband, Sergio Carrallo, a former player for Real Madrid.
