Vogue Williams, the star of I’m A Celebrity, has revealed that one of her former co-stars once threw a “filthy little strop” after being fired.
Vogue Williams has admitted she saw a fellow celebrity throw a “filthy little strop” after being booted off a reality TV show. The podcaster and influencer got her big break in 2015 when she appeared on, and won, Bear Grylls: Mission Survive, where she triumphed over Kelly Holmes and Mike Tindall.
A group of celebrities took to the stage to embark on a challenging 12-day survival mission in a remote location, where they had to squat down waterfalls, build shelters, and find food and water. Bear evaluates each stage’s performance and determines who is “done” and required to leave the competition at the conclusion.
However, the Irish host and podcaster, who was chosen last night from ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! 2025, in her opinion, didn’t get along with everyone on the program, and called one star “ridiculous” for how Bear had acted upon their dismissal.
Vogue explained that Mission Survive was one of her first major UK TV appearances and that she took it very seriously when discussing the program in her book Big Mouth. She recalled recalling on Bear Grylls: Mission Survive, “I drank my own p*ss, ate live scorpions, and roasted rats on the fire all in the name of TV.” There was nothing I couldn’t do to win that show and advance my career. P*ss warm p*ss? “YES, PLEASE”
However, she revealed that not everyone handled the pressure quite as well, despite accepting every challenge presented to her. She claimed that some of the people on that program were “complete idiots.” One person threw a filthy little strop after being kicked off the show, returned to the hotel, and reopened the entire minibar in a fit of rage. Vogue joked that if it meant learning something or moving forward in the industry, she was always “semi-foolish” about it. The show was about resilience, not tantrums, for her. Without trying anything, how could I learn anything? she continued.
Her reflections come as she became the third celebrity to be voted off I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! on Monday, December 1, after finding herself in the bottom two alongside fellow model Kelly Brook.
The 40-year-old’s departure comes after comedian Eddie Kadi was voted out on Sunday, and sports broadcaster Alex Scott was voted off on Friday night.
Vogue also made an announcement about some of the I’m A Celebrity camp’s persistent tensions after her announcement. The model, who has been married to Spencer Matthews since 2018, said: “Ginge and Aitch are a little resentful of their chores. The entire cup-gate is beyond me to understand. I recently transformed into “what I’m like at home.”
