I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Angry Ginge gushed over Michelle Keegan during a recent chat with his former jungle campmate Ruby Wax

Mark Wright has issued a playful warning to Angry Ginge, in response to a recent comment he made in the jungle about Michelle Keegan. During a chat between Ginge and his former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! co-star Ruby Wax, the 24-year-old admitted he had a crush on Mark’s wife and actress Michelle, 38.

After Ruby asked: “Who would turn your head down the street?”, he replied: “Michelle Keegan, I think she’s beautiful.” Questioned on how he would approach her to ask her out, Ginge continued: “I would say, ‘Hi Michelle, I hope you’re doing well. I’m just wondering if I can get your Instagram please?'”

Addressing Ginge’s admission on Heart Radio on Saturday, Michelle’s husband jokingly urged him to “stay away”. He told his co-star Olly Murs: “So listen, I don’t mind him saying that my wife is his dream woman but saying I’m going to approach her while she’s married?

“Maybe he doesn’t know, I’m just gonna take it that Ginge doesn’t know.

“If you know Ginge, then we’re going to have some problems, if you don’t know then I’ll let you off.”

In response, Olly told Mark to take it as a compliment and suggested he may have said it because they’re both from Manchester.

“But she’s your dream woman,” he added, to which Mark replied: “She is my dream woman, she’s mine – Ginge, stay away!”

Michelle has been married to Mark since 2015, while Ginge, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, is believed to be single.

Recently opening up about his love life in the jungle, the YouTuber shared how he asked his now ex-girlfriend to be his partner, before the relationship came to an abrupt end.

Ginge told campmates that to ask her out he put “rose petals, from the front door all the way up the stairs” into his bedroom.

“And then it opened to my room, there’s a teddy bear, there’s a rose and then I officially asked her to be my girlfriend,” he shared.

Despite his romantic efforts, Ginge said their relationship ended when she texted him while he was livestreaming. “I had to carry on for six more hours,” he confessed.

The Twitch streamer is one of this year’s three finalists, alongside Tom Read Wilson and Shona McGarty, hoping to be crowned the new King or Queen of the jungle.

Last night, Aitch became the ninth celebrity to be voted off after competing with his co-stars in the Celebrity Cyclone.

Sharing who he would like to win, he told hosts Ant and Dec: “I love Shona to death I think she deserves it, same with Tom, but that crown needs to come back to my home town so its Ginge.”
