After seeing a picture of Jeremy Parisi and their dog Teddy in the Bush Telegraph, Kelly Brook’s husband, Jeremy Parisi, opened up to the Mirror.
I’m a Celeb star Kelly Brook’s husband has tenderly opened up about his wife after seeing her sob in the Jungle. Jeremy Parisi said seeing his wife get tearful in the Jungle broke his heart as he admitted: “I’m beyond proud.”
The I’m a Celebrity campmate choked up in the Bush Telegraph after receiving a picture of hubbie Jeremy, and their dog Teddy. And Jeremy told the Mirror how he wished he’d been here to console her.
He claimed that it was difficult to watch Kelly go insane. We spend most of our time together, so I was prepared for the distance to be difficult, but it was undoubtedly the case. Before entering the jungle, Kelly stated that she was more concerned with Teddy and Jeremy’s survival without her.
And Jeremy – who viewers watched with Kelly on Celebrity Race Across the World – admitted he was finding the going tough. “It’s been hard but Teddy and I are watching every night which has been a real comfort as we feel a bit closer with her back in our living room just on the TV and not next to us on the sofa,” he said.
When she leaves, Jeremy will be waiting for him to cross the famous bridge in camp and will be there for the duration of her visit. This weekend, he will miss Kelly’s birthday celebrations.
And he admits: “I’m really looking forward to seeing her when I get to Australia but I know not spending her birthday with her on Sunday will feel strange for us all.” Praising his wife, he added: “She seems to be setting into camp life more and more with each episode I watch, she’s doing so brilliantly, I’m beyond proud.”
Before going into the jungle, Kelly urged I’m a Celebrity viewers to accept her curves in the wake of getting trolled over her figure. The star was the target of vicious comments about her body after landing at Brisbane airport week ago.And Jeremy said of his wife: “She is so beautiful…and looks fantastic on the TV.”
Kelly had pleaded with fans not to let her down for her curves last week. She remarked, “I’m no longer a 20-year-old bikini model. You’re aware that both your body and life change. And I just hope people don’t compare me to how I used to look and are accepting of how I look now. I am a very different person, as you may well know. The most crucial thing is that despite my age, I am still strong and fit.
One of the reasons Kelly initially signed up for the show was Jeremy, and she overreliant on him. Following their participation in Race Across the World, they received it. I had a lot of faith in Jeremy, so I thought, “You know what? ” when the opportunity came up. She remarked a few days before camp that she should really test herself.
And she acknowledged that she had no idea how he would handle her absence from the country. She says, “I’m actually more worried about him being at home alone because I didn’t freeze any small meals for him, who will likely live on like takeaways,”. She did mention that Jeremy’s mother was emigrating with him.
