My boyfriend and I wanted to make frozen mango daiquiris at home after a trip to Dublin, where we had the best frozen mango daiquiris. Although we both have worked in bars for years and have made frozen cocktails before, it was a little difficult to prepare them.

The sold-out Ninja Slushi Frozen Drink Maker, which was a godsend for making delectable beverages for our friends and family, was a blessing.

It is simple to set up, and it has a very simple control system that doesn’t require prior experience with other Ninja products or bars. In less than five minutes, the Ninja Slushi arrived.

The best part is that this item is back in stock in one place, making up for your favorite frozen drinks with it without any trouble or complicated instructions. But you’ll need to hurry, the last time Currys had stock, in December 2024, it sold out in 12 hours. You’ll need to act quickly if you want to grab one before they vanish once more.

With the sold-out Ninja Slushi Maker, “We made frozen mango daiquiris” (Meghan Coon)

This gadget needs to be removed in order to be set up. Aside from the power cable and drinks tray, everything is assembled already, so you don’t have to try assembling it yourself. Simply put, simply plug it in, insert the beverage tray, and voila!

Plus, you don’t need your own ice – though you can add some if you prefer ice-cold drinks.

To mix your drinks, you can select one of the five available presets—Slushi, Frozen Cocktail, Frappé, Milkshake, or Frozen Juice. In this case, we obviously selected the cocktails option. The tank can hold up to 2L of liquids, and the hatches have a location indication for where the necessary mixtures must be poured. We only produced 850ml of the machine to test how well this gem would operate.

The instructions recommend allowing for up to an hour for your mix to freeze, though, for our smaller portion, it took roughly 25 minutes before the liquids were visibly frozen. It couldn’t be simpler to pop a glass under the nozzle and pour it after they had finished.

The almost completely sold-out machine would be perfect for parties, BBQs, or a cheeky cocktail night like ours. We hardly noticed it was on, but it has an impressive WhisperChill compressor that runs surprisingly quietly, making it easy to use anytime of day, anywhere in the house.

Even better, the frozen drink maker instantly transforms liquids into the perfect slushes in just 25 minutes, which is ideal if you run out and want to keep the party going as it quickly creates a second batch that’s just as good.

The machine is suitable for making your morning frappe the night before because it can store drinks in the freezer for up to 12 hours (excluding dairy recipes). This allows you to make a batch in the morning and enjoy it later in the day.

Retailing for £349.99, the Ninja Slushi is currently in stock at Currys – though it’s advisable to act fast, as this gem doesn’t hang around.

For £545, you can purchase the Ninja SLUSHi 72 oz Professional Frozen Drink Maker from Amazon, or Lakeland or Freeman’s for $ 199.99, if you want a slightly different product.
