Is there anyone who can challenge Usyk, the second-time reigning undisputed heavyweight champion?
What fighting incidents are known to be occurring, then? What other events might be possible?
What fights are already taking place, in our opinion?
Itauma will take a significant step up in the fight for the former world champion, and the 20-year-old is likely to gain a lot from his reputation as the next big thing.
Who will Usyk face next?

Following the fight, Usyk named a number of rivals in the ring. Even Derek Chisora was mentioned, along with Anthony Joshua, Joseph Parker, and Tyson Fury.
The 38-year-old has the option of facing any of them, or he might choose to take the unexpected step and invite Fabio Wardley or even rising star Itauma to face him.
What will the defeated Dubois do next?
After a third defeat of his career, Dubois, 27, will be licking his wounds for a while.
Two of those went to Usyk, and Dubois might acknowledge that neither fight was particularly close. Dubois continues to be a stand-out entertainer in the heavyweight division despite the excitement they have had.
Dubois really has so many options for regaining his composure. Even Fury might view his fellow Briton as a potential matchup in the Joshua rematch, which takes place in Itauma, Wardley, Chisora, and Whyte.
One of the world’s top heavyweights continues to exist.
His promoter, Frank Warren, predicted that Daniel would take a short break and that he would need to “resurrect himself.”
He needs to make a statement against a top fighter, he says. That is what he did the first time. Only a young man, he is.
It’s all about perseverance, desire, striving to be best, and building on your mistakes, in essence. Numerous combatants have recovered from defeat.
He says, “He can punch, he can hurt you, but it’s about improving his game.”
What will AJ and Fury do next?
When the first bell rang, there were rumors that Joshua and Fury would be present at Usyk v. Dubois’ ringside, but neither sounded present.
Joshua is not expected to fight until November at the earliest because he had elbow surgery earlier this year. He has stated that Fury is at the top of his wishlist and has spoken openly about discussions with Riyadh Season about a new fight contract.
Fury may still be retired, but he appears to be making up plans for a return in 2026.
Instead of engaging in what appears to be an obvious fight with Joshua, Fury, 36, called out Usyk for his return.
You never know what Fury is thinking, said Eddie Hearn, Joshua’s promoter, to BBC Sport. When AJ vs. Fury is the only movie in the world, he starts calling out Usyk.
The third fight isn’t really commercially interesting to the money men or the fans because they are in a similar position and have both lost to Usyk twice.
What will Wilder and the division’s remaining members do next?
After missing action for just shy of a year last month, Deontay Wilder made a successful, if labored, return.
He stopped unheralded Tyrrell Herndon, which was his first victory since 2022, not a particularly vintage Wilder performance.
Given his star power and accomplishments, it is unlikely that the American could be put right back in the mix for big fights. Wilder described the encounter as a “new beginning” for him.
Dave Allen has already offered his hand up, so who knows if anyone would find Wilder attractive? Does the 39-year-old want to engage in such combat, though?
After their fight has been scheduled, Frazer Clarke and Jeamie Tshikeva will likely compete for the British heavyweight title.
