Tickets for the Glasgow Festival first went on sale in November, but those who weren’t lucky enough to get some have a second chance.
The legendary festival is taking place on the 25th-29th June, staged at Worthy Farm as always. Resale tickets will be available for grabs from people who had to cancel or didn’t commit to their payment plan every spring, typically around April. You stand a chance of getting the biggest tickets of the summer if you’ve already pre-registered your information with the website.
When will tickets for Glastonbury resale concerts go on sale?
The festival recommends that you don’t purchase the tickets on any other platform if you get duped or are denied entry to the gates because they must be present with your registration and photo ID.
Unfortunately, the resale tickets process is the same as the initial sales, so you must be prepared and primed to enter with a chance of getting lucky. They’re also the same high price as during the first sale, costing £373.50 plus a £5 booking fee, alongside postage and packing at £10.25 per order.
Who will be playing at Glastonbury in 2025?
Although the full Glastonbury lineup hasn’t been announced yet, it has since been released in March, which means the grand reveal may be in a few days. Despite the lack of full info, though, some acts have already been confirmed.
Nile Rodgers has also been confirmed as a guest actor for Sunday Teatime Legend, and rumors suggest Ronnie Wood might play alongside Sir Rod Stewart on stage as well. Additionally, Neil Young has confirmed that he’ll be playing live music for The Chrome Hearts.
Rihanna is a major headliner that is likely to make a comeback to Worthy Farm, according to some. According to The Telegraph, “pieces are falling into place” for her to headline in preparation for a potential residency at London Stadium in the first few days of July.
Rihanna has long been rumored to be planning a tour of Glastonbury over the years. During rumors that she was planning to release a new album and that she was going to start a tour this year, it was reported in August of last year that the possibility was “back on the table.”
Additionally, sources claim that Charli XCX, Olivia Rodrigo, and Chappell Roan have all signed to play at the June festival. The Other Stage will be headlined by Charli, according to an insider, and Chappell will play the Pyramid Stage.
Some fans speculate that Stranger Things star Joe Keery, who performs under the name Djo, will showcase his musical prowess at the festival, and The 1975 are also tipped for headline slots on the Pyramid Stage.
After Tom Misch revealed recently that he would release his fourth album just in time for the occasion, he has also made some clever fans speculate about it. Fans also noticed that Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe’s electronic duo Basement Jaxx have a two-week break in their tour schedule between their Dublin show on June 25 and their Exeter concert on July 4th, and they believe the time has been left to fit in perfectly with the Glastonbury dates.
