Gino D’Acampo made explicit statements about his relationship with his wife after his wife was accused of having sex with him.
Gino shared a video with his wife on Instagram just as the TV chef’s investigation was revealed. He has been accused of “distressing” and “sexually inappropriate” behaviour after dozens of people detailed experiences described variously as “unacceptable, distressing and horrendous”.
More than 12 years have passed since the claims to ITV News were made. Gino has “firmly denied” the allegations made by “dozens” of people”, adding that they were” deeply upsetting”. He posted a clip of himself laughing with his wife Jessica and friend Fred Siriex at the same time as the investigation into Gino was shared.
The trio could be seen walking into a lavish venue, with Fred cheekily taking Jessica’s arm. When she grabbed Fred’s hand instead of her husband, they all laughed as Jessica appeared to say, “I thought it was you.” Gino captioned the post:” When the Wife chooses the wrong foreigner! GDx. “
Gino, who rose to fame on This Morning and I’m A Celeb, has been married to his wife, Jessica, for 22 years and credits her with being the driving force behind his move to the UK. Years later, the couple wed while they were teenagers at a Marbella restaurant. They share three children: Luciano, 22, Rocco, 19, and Mia, 12.
A woman claiming to be Natalie claimed she found Gino “aggressive” while filming on location. Natalie claimed to ITV News:” He opened the door in his boxer shorts, nothing else. and jumped on the bed, sort of leg-up. We had to sort of sit there facing him and he made, you know, reference to his d***, basically saying, ‘ Oh, don’t worry, it’s only small’, and sort of flicking it. “
She said the alleged incident made her feel” disgusted””. He seems to have the power to say and do whatever he wants, in my opinion. I see it all as quite aggressive, really, “she added. In response to the claims, Gino D’Acampo’s legal team said:” Mr D’Acampo categorically denies these allegations of inappropriate sexual behaviour.
“To his knowledge, no such allegations have been made against him in relation to his time on “Gino’s Italian Express,” and he does not accept them, not least because some of it is thought by Mr. D’Acampo to be a fabricated work of fiction. This is the first time, six years later, that he has been informed of these alleged incidents.
Another woman allegedly made a highly sexualized statement directed at her that was Hannah, not her real name. When the alleged incident occurred, they reportedly were working on a magazine photo shoot in 2011. Gino claimed that Hannah threatened to “turn me over and f*** me up the a*** against the kitchen counter.”
In response to all allegations, Gino told ITV News: “I have been told by ITN news that allegations have been made about me acting inappropriately, some dating back over ten years ago. These allegations are firmly refuted, and I have never been informed of them. I made no effort to upset or irritate anyone by doing anything. This is simply not in my nature. The version of events being presented to me is not what I can identify.
“I have been repeatedly supported by executives at the highest level, and I was commissioned on prime-time programs during the period when it is now believed I was acting inappropriately,” I claim. I am a father, husband and have worked with well over 1, 500 people on around 80 productions in my career, which I have been so proud of. The suggestion that I have acted improperly against is deeply upsetting because I take these matters very seriously.
