Fintiri Grants Pardon To Six Inmates In Adamawa

In honor of Nigeria’s 65th anniversary of independence, Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State granted pardon to six prison inmates.

The governor said the prisoners’ behavior and behavior improved significantly, which supported his choice to exercise the governor’s constitutional right to mercy.

He claimed that he followed the Adamawa State Advisory Council’s prerogative of mercy recommendations.

Governor Fintiri ordered the inmates’ immediate discharge and gave effect in a statement signed by his chief press secretary.
