Davina McCall, who recently revealed she had been diagnosed with breast cancer after spotting a “small lump,” has received a heartfelt message from Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has shared a moving message to Davina McCall after her cancer scare. The Masked Singer UK judge has never shied away from admitting she’s a huge fan of the former wrestler turned actor.

In 2018, she admitted to messaging him “all the time” with the hopes of meeting him. And her wish kind of came true, during an appearance on BBC Radio 1, The Rock took part in the game Rock, Paper, Scissors, with Davina, albeit over the phone, thanks to Greg James.

He went on to offer her workout advice, as well as encouraging her to keep focused on her fitness journey and dealing with heartbreak. Just weeks after Davina shared on social media that she had secretly been diagnosed with breast cancer and had undergone a lumpectomy before having radiotherapy in January next year, Dwayne, 53, has spoken to the Mirror and shared a message for his super fan.

“Davina, you are a champion, that’s my message to her.” Keep going, he advised, “Stay positive, keep going, champ. You’ve got this.” speaking on the “Is It Just Me”? Davina from the podcast previously stated: “I think Dwayne Johnson is hardworking, gives more than is expected, funny, and… I want to meet him, but in a depressing, fan way. I would have to climb up his thigh because he is so large.

I literally send him messages constantly. Do you think Dwayne Johnson is going to look at his tweets and say, “Oh, there’s a blue tick from a British girl, I’m gonna click on her,” I have a blue tick next to my name. I’m going to respond to her, and she seems like a nice person, too.

Johnson, in the past, has opened up about his tough upbringing, having been evicted from his family home as a teen. Now, he has called on both the UK and US governments to do more to support people in need. “Everybody needs housing, they need healthcare, they need food,” he said, adding: “Countries like the US and UK are among the wealthiest in the world, we have to make sure the basic needs of our people are met. There is no other option.”

The legendary actor admits to having concerns for the world in which his three daughters are growing up. He said, “As a father, you wouldn’t sleep at night if you thought about the dangers in the world.” They were taught to treat others with kindness and respect, but they also learned to defend themselves and act badass when necessary.

They all make it very clear how they deserve to be treated, and being a parent should do your best. Dwayne may come across as someone who “rarely becomes vulnerable,” but that is not the case because he measures up to an impressive 6’4″.

He previously made an open statement about his “three bouts of depression,” which helped to break down the stigma surrounding male mental health. I believe that men need to improve at talking, he said.

We view dealing with problems on our own as a strength, Johnson said in a heartfelt admission, but the truth is that opening up and being vulnerable is one of the bravest things we can ever do. Johsnon urged men to “open up more and encourage men to talk about their own mental health openly”: “Speak up and tell someone you trust if you are struggling. They may not have all the solutions, but speaking out and not going through these things alone is half the battle.

Dwayne shed a staggering 27.2 kg for his most recent performance as Chicken Man in the film Lizard Music. He typically weighs 136, but the film’s release last month required him to show a leaner frame. However, Dwayne found the process to be the most difficult.

He continued, “It was not something I used to do, but the main thing for me was eating less.” I’ve always been a fan of calorie counting to support my gym work, but for the first time, I had to eat less and lose weight.

Almost a quarter of a century since his first movie, The Mummy Returns, Johnson admits that he doesn’t have any major concerns about the industry and advancing technology, including films also being shot on iPhones.

When asked about the development of technology, he responded, “I don’t really think much about that.” Johnson continued, “I’ve seen significant advances in technology over the past 25 years since I did my first movie.” You just go with it, I’m sure I’m certain that there will be more advancements in the next 25 years.

Despite being completely different from wrestling to acting, Dwayne does observe that there are similarities between the two professions. Although there are undoubtedly fundamental differences between the two, “he said before saying that it was great preparation and training for me to get into character and keep the audience’s attention,” “even though making movies is very different,” “he said.

Johnson admits that he can’t give away much about the Jumanji series with the exception of one spoiler. You know that I can’t really tell you anything about the script, but you all need to know that Kevin Hart is truly a meander to him than he has ever been.

And he couldn’t contain his excitement when Moana appeared on stage in live action. Due to both his Samoan heritage and what Moana means to gans, Johnson holds a special place in his heart in the movie. He said, “It’s just special to me to bring Maui to life.” Firstly, because of my Samoan heritage, and also because people are taught what the word “Moana” means. The biggest request I receive from fans is to sing “You’re Welcome,” and that’s the movie I’m asked most about. Many people’s hearts have been touched by it.
