Donald Trump has a major role in the careers of Mel Gibson, Sylvester Stallone, and Jon Voight.

The trio have been appointed as ambassadors to “make the world’s biggest, best, and strongest than ever” in order to transform the world-renowned film hub. Describing Hollywood as a “great but very troubled place” that’s been losing business “lost much business… to foreign countries”, the 78 year old leader declared it “my honour” to appoint “these three very talented people”.

He enthused: “It will again be, like The United States of America itself, The Golden Age of Hollywood”! Trump praised the actors, all staunch supporters, saying they “will be my eyes and ears, and I will get done what they suggest”. This is in response to numerous bizarre celebrity and crony appointments to senior government positions. Trump has appointed Pete Hegseth as the defense secretary and appointed his golfing mate Steven Witkoff to the Middle East peace envoy.

After the wrestler received an awkward endorsement during his campaign, he’s even suggested hiring Hulk Hogan as a fitness czar. Braveheart ‘ lead Mel Gibson revealed he got wind of his new role via Trump’s Truth Social platform, expressing his “surprised” but readiness to “nevertheless, I heed the call”.

“My duty as a citizen is to give any help and insight I can”, he stated, gearing up for his latest role off-screen, reports the Daily Star. Gibson, a victim of the recent LA wildfires that claimed his home, quipped about the perks of the job: “Any chance the position comes with an ambassador’s residence”?

Reps for Voight and Stallone have not commented on the news despite expressing support for Trump during the campaign. Stallone notably introduced Trump at Mar-a-Lago post-election victory in November, while Gibson disclosed his pro-Trump stance in a pre-election video.

Voight, a well-known Trump supporter, received the award from the previous administration. The announcement comes after Trump’s upcoming inauguration is scheduled to move indoors due to freezing temperatures for the first time since 1985. A much smaller group of invited guests will be able to watch him take office as the 47th president thanks to the decision.

He had invited hundreds of guests, including billionaires Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Caitlyn Jenner and Mark Zuckerberg. Additionally, the action will significantly lessen Trump’s security threat on the day. “I don’t want anyone to get hurt or injured. The conditions are dangerous for the thousands of law enforcement officers, first responders, K9 units, horses, and the hundreds of thousands of supporters who would be outside for hours”, he wrote, adding a note of caution: “If you decide to come, dress warmly”.

Trump’s post included screenshots of the National Weather Service’s forecast for “dangerously cold wind chills” down to -12c. The decision to move the event indoors spares attendees, security officials, and spectators from enduring hours in the freezing cold.
