In a quiet military area of San Diego, it crashed while it was on its way. During the tragedy, it is believed to have smashed into at least 15 homes and ignited cars, according to reports.

Over 50 police officers reportedly arrived at the harrowing scene and reportedly vacated all nearby homes. According to reports, at least 100 residents were moved to an nearby elementary school’s evacuation center.

It was very cloudy at the time of the collision, according to Dan Eddy, the San Diego assistant fire department chief. You hardly could see in front of you, he said.

Williams had shared he was travelling with Shapiro
Williams had mentioned to xcadaverx/instagram that he was visiting Shapiro.

Williams had revealed to his followers that he was boarding the plane with music agent and pilot Dave Shapiro in an Instagram upload on Wednesday.

Before taking off, Williams shared a photo of the aircraft with the caption “flying back with @davevevelocity” and a follow-up post sitting in the cockpit along with the words: “Hey. Hey… you… look at me…. I’m the (co) pilot now”.

And a third image that read, “Here we gooooooooo!” in the same location. On his social media accounts, he has not yet shared any additional information.

Sadly, Shapiro’s death has been confirmed in a statement from his organization. We are devastated by the passing of our co-founder, friends, and coworkers, the statement read.

Our thoughts are with their families and everyone who has been affected by the tragedy of today. Thank you so much for keeping their privacy at this time.

On social media, he has received praise from fans and friends. One user wrote, “Rest Easy, Daniel,” before any official confirmation was made on Twitter/X. Rest in peace with Daniel Williams, Dave Shapiro, and everyone on that flight, another person added.

“Dave helped me book some of my first shows,” I recall. Daniel and I both performed in different ways, and it’s always fun to watch. Way too soon, gone.

In a statement to the Daily Mail, music producer Ryan Bruce also paid tribute to Shapiro and Williams. He declared, “Dave changed mine and many of the lives of many other people, and the community he built and the network of bands he worked with and supported will never forget him,” Bruce said.

Daniel was a very sweet guy and left us a lot of music to remember him.

Williams previously sang in the popular Christian metalcore group The Devil Wears Prada. In 2016 he left the band to work in software engineering.

With respect, we would like to let our fans know that Daniel is no longer a member of The Devil Wears Prada, according to a statement from the time that confirmed his departure. With everything he does going forward, we only wish him the best. We’re finishing up our new album and looking forward to a new album’s release very soon. I really appreciate TDWP.
