Denise Welch, the star of Loose Women, celebrated her best year in Sicily by attending Charli XCX and George Daniel’s wedding.
Denise Welch has shared an array of thrilling photos and videos from music icon Charli XCX’s wedding to George Daniel following their big day in sunny Sicily.
Loose Women star Denise, 67, appears to have had the time of her life at the star-studded event alongside her musician son Matty Healy and his model fiancé Gabbriette Bechtel. Also joining Denise at the event of the year was her husband Lincoln Townley.
In the lively video montage, the much-loved TV star captioned her post, “All the feels. #georgeandcharli Sicily 2025. That’s amore”.
In addition to the guests, Julia Fox, the star of Uncut Gems, and Australian singer Troye Sivan, who also attended, Denise looked stunning in a bright floral mini dress.

Fans of Denise flocked to the comment section after sharing snippets from the star-studded party to gush over her content. “We can rely on Ar’ Denise to produce the wedding video of the year.”
Another phrase was repeated, “This is the post we’ve all been awaiting Denise!” Looks like a fantastic time. “Beautiful scenery, beautiful people, and beautiful love!” swooned another person. Perfectly capturing, Denise.
After a personal London ceremony in July, Charli XCX, 33, and George Daniel, 35, exchanged new vows, this time honoring the Mediterranean. A dramatic and touching ceremony took place in the couple’s seaside setting.
While George looked effortlessly stylish in a taupe suit and oversized silk shirt, Charli stunned in a Grecian-inspired gown with a flowing sheer train that revealed a figure-hugging corset underneath.
Before formally committing their second marriage with a passionate kiss, the couple read their vows while alternately smiling and crying or holding hands.
Celebrity guests jumped on a posh yacht for a day on the water after the ceremony, with Denise and Charli captured filming the ceremony setting sail.
As the afternoon festivities poured in, Denise was joined by her ex-husband Tim Healy and her 24-year-old son Louis.
Matty, 36, the frontman of the British band The 1975, slammed the newlyweds from their seats as champagne towers and cocktails poured pour champagne for the crowd.
In their reception, Charli and George swapped electronic beats for folk tunes like accordion, tambourine, and harmonica, with a more traditional musical vibe.
Before Charli took to the DJ decks in lingerie, which was of course a cheeky nod to her playful personality, the couple danced and laughed in the Sicilian sun.
Even the wedding seating chart, which featured their favorite songs, including Sweet Jane by The Velvet Underground, was in keeping with their shared passion for music.
Other songs included Serge and Charlotte Gainsbourg’s contentious Lemon Incest, Cut the Cake by Average White Band, Saw You in a Dream by The Japanese House, and Billy Ocean’s Loverboy.
