Debora Estrella, a 43-year-old Mexican TV presenter, passed away in a plane crash. Debora’s former employer, Mexican channel Multimedia, confirmed the tragic news in a social media post yesterday.

“We are shocked and deeply sorry for the loss of our colleague,” MULTIMEDIA said. Since the year 2018, Deborah Estrella, 43, has been in charge of the Morning Telediario in Monterrey, taking over spots on the weekends’ programming on Channel 6 and the news of the Mexico City Telediario.

“Debora passed away on September 20 in a plane crash in Garcia, Nuevo Leon. Their families and loved ones are in our hearts, too. Please rest in peace, mate.

Debora’s plane crashed, according to reports, while she was learning to fly. When Debora and her instructor Bryan Ballesteros fell to the ground, both of them passed away.

Shortly after she announced online that she was learning to fly, the tragedy struck a nearby industrial estate in Garcia.

Before her lesson, the Mexican TV personality had posted a picture of the two-seater Cessna she was training in. “Guess what?” the caption read.

The incident occurred at around 6:50 p.m. when the plane abruptly plunged near the Pesqueria River, according to Spanish publication Infobae.

The rapid response of Civil Protection Unit 04 and other rescue teams, according to the statement, failed to lower the death toll for two people.

Debora regularly shared images of herself at work on a regular basis as a skilled TV presenter on MMTV. Her final workplace photo, which she had just before her tragic passing, had the caption “Buenos dias” as she posed in a black studio pose and exudes a radiant smile across her face.

Since learning of her passing, fans have extended condolences to the late actress, with one expressing, “We are very sorry for the loss of Debora, a hug to the entire family.”

Another user remarked, “Fly high Debora, rest in peace.” Tell me it’s not true, a third person added, “Not true, tell me it’s not true.”

A fourth person continued, “Deb precious you leave us that of you [sic], that beautiful smile that illuminated us all, the entire multimedia industry is perplexed by your departure, rest in peace, beautiful, Dtb, fly high.”
