A benign tumour was removed from Davina McCall’s brain in November of last year, and the judge on The Masked Singer and host of My Mum, Your Dad, who has since discovered a lump in her breasts.
Davina McCall last night made her first public appearance since sharing her breast cancer diagnosis.
The TV presenter, 58, had told earlier this month she found a lump in her breast whilst checking herself. It came after she had brain surgery to remove a benign tumour in November last year.
At the British Hairdressing Awards, which took place on Monday night at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London, Davina praised her fiancé, 52-year-old Michael Douglas. The Masked Singer judge wore a red, sparkly top and velvet hotpants, along with a black crossbody bag and heels.
And the smiling couple, who became engaged in September, posed for photographs at the swish venue on Park Lane in Mayfair in the heart of the capital.

Davina recognised the symptoms of breast cancer after seeing posters for Lorraine Kelly’s lifesaving Change + Check campaign at ITV studios. She said at the time: “I just wanted to tell you I have had breast cancer, I found a lump a few weeks ago and it came and went.
“But then, while I was filming The Masked Singer, Lorraine posted signs saying “check your breasts” on the backs of their restrooms, and it still is. I had a lumpectomy nearly three weeks ago after a biopsy revealed breast cancer.
“I got it very early because it was very small, which is extremely fortunate,” but I’m so happy that I had it removed and that it hasn’t spread. I was very upset when I learned that, but I overcame that and am now much more optimistic.
The clip’s mother, a mother of three, has the message “know your boobs,” Davina said. Please take note of any modifications. Don’t put things off. Request a free checkup. And never overlook a problem. “Sending out my heartfelt love.” The actress initially made the diagnosis known at this month’s Dine With Davina charity event.
One of the most prevalent cancers worldwide is breast cancer. Around 11,500 women die from the disease in the UK from more than 55, 000 new cases are identified each year. Around 40, 000 people die in the United States each year from diagnoses and about 266,000 of them are fatal.
