David Beckham reportedly had a birthday party early on, but the celebration was canceled due to noise complaints the council received.
David Beckham’s 50th birthday was reportedly shut down at 3.35am, after local residents complained to the council about the noise. The star-studded party was cut short in the early hours, with authorities understood to have stepped in to abruptly end the festivities.
After the lavish meal turned into an all-out party, the Beckhams and their A-List friends were asked to turn down the noise. Guy Ritchie, Eva Longoria, and Gordon Ramsay were among the guests list.
Tom Cruise brought his new girlfriend Ana de Armas, while Becks’ former Man United teammate Gary Neville reportedly got stuck into the bar. The Overlap host was spotted with his wife Emma, stumbling out of Michelin-starred restaurant Core in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Neville appeared to be drinking more than a few glasses of wine while posing for pictures with the cameras. Before heading off, he then kissed her.
But the do was unceremoniously cut short after two council officers showed up at the restaurant at 3.35am. According to The Sun, an onlooker said: “David’s party really went off and the longer time went on, the louder the music seemed to get.
When the noise remained so high at 2am, some neighbors leaped out windows to see where the racket was coming from. They continued, “The council’s advice worked because the music stopped right away.”
The paper reports that Kensington and Chelsea Council confirmed that they gave advice to minimise disruption. The Mirror has contacted the organisation for comment.
Although the Beckhams were one family member down, they didn’t let a reported feud put a damper on the party. The couple’s eldest son, Brooklyn, 26, was nowhere to be seen, amid claims he and wife Nicola Peltz are at the centre of a bitter feud.
When David was younger, he and Brooklyn shared a close relationship and have a tattoo of “Buster,” his affectionate nickname for his first child. However, Brooklyn and his actress wife, Nicola, 30, did not come out to the party completely unaware.
Although Brooklyn and wife Victoria, both 51, have been experiencing a rift for months, it is still painful. Brooklyn not showing up was a real blow to David, according to a family source.
Although Brooks is married, his father was a close relationship when he was a child. There is a separation between Brooklyn and his parents because his wife Nicola is older and more confident in her own right. Due to the family’s use of social media, it has turned out to be a problem and not something they can handle keeping private. There is a very obvious rift that David and Victoria would be happy to heal because things have gotten worse in recent months.
Romeo, Cruz, and Harper, the three children who actually attended the party, were tagged in a post Victoria posted on social media last night. She praised “creating special memories with family and friends.” We adore each of you. There was no mention of Brooklyn.
