Danny Jones’ wife named who she turns to for support when he’s away – before that kiss

As Georgia Horsley deals with the aftermath of her husband Danny Jones ‘ very public scandal following an alleged kiss with Maura Higgins, the model will no doubt be leaning on her nearest and dearest.

And talking exclusively to Mirror in November, Georgia said she had a ‘ village ‘ support network around her to help out. “It does take a village to help out mums and I can take my village for granted sometimes, but it’s amazing to have and we should be so grateful”, said Georgia during an event for charity Action For Children. She also gushed over how proud she was of Danny following his stint in the jungle, sharing that he was ‘ so impressive ‘ on the show, which is where he first met Maura.

The mum-of-one was joined by Kelsey Parker for the interview, who she spent time with on Monday morning to record their podcast together after news of her husband’s alleged escapades broke. Danny was caught on camera during the BRITs Universal Music afterparty on Saturday night, with a video captured by The Sun seemingly showing the married singer sharing a kiss with I’m A Celeb co-star Maura in the corner of the party. The intimate moment came after Maura and Danny had spent the evening together following the awards ceremony, alongside fellow co-star Oti Mabuse and other celebs.

A source told The Sun that they “seem to have a close friendship” after meeting on ITV ‘ s I’m A Celebrity last year – which Danny won – and were “talking and laughing for ages”. A source also told the outlet that he appeared to be giving Maura advice and put his arm around her shoulder at one point. They added that she also laid her head on his shoulder as they talked with pals.

Danny’s kiss with Maura, with whom he was in I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! last year, has caused a stir across social media.

One of Danny’s fans commented: “Then he went and cheated on his wife”. Another echoed: “Wtf Danny. You are married with a child. Fans are meant to respect you but how can they when you don’t even respect yourself”. Additionally, Maura, 34, who recently split from Pete Wicks from The Only Way Essex, received a backlash on Instagram. The star, who was in Love Island in 2019, was detested by fans. However, neither has yet addressed the kiss in public.
