Georgia May Foote, the former Strictly Come Dancing and Coronation Street star, has been revealed in the cast of a thrilling production – weeks after her marriage and business were in flames.
Georgia May Foote is turning her luck around following a series of devastating personal blows. The former Coronation Street star is returning to the acting world after the collapse of her marriage and the destruction of her business.
The 34-year-old TV star – who was also a contestant on the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing in 2015 – will soon be seen on stage at Norwich Theatre. The former Corrie star will take on a role in a Christmas pantomime adaptation of Cinderella.
The actress poses alongside a number of co-stars, including two drag drag players, in an official poster for the upcoming performances, which will begin on December 5th. And with only a few weeks until the curtain comes, the star has already been promoting the new production.

An official statement on the Norwich Theatre Instagram page states: There are three months to go until panto!

And there’s a quick video clip of Georgia in costume declaring, “Three months until Cinderella is at Norwich Theatre Royal,” on the company’s official Instagram page.
Fans of the holiday countdown are already getting excited about the news, with one writing, “Omg so excited,” alongside a number of red heart emojis in response to a post featuring Georgia. while another simply said, “Yay.”
The theater earlier in the week announced the upcoming performance. One of the few theaters in the nation to write and produce its own pantomime, Cinderella, was revealed in a press release: “Norwich Theatre is one of the few.”
There has never been a Cinderella like this, according to the statement made by “there have been many versions of Cinderella pass through the doors of Norwich Theatre.”
Panto is the heart of Christmas for many families, according to Stephen Crocker, the company’s CEO and creative director.

Georgia’s return to acting came after rumors in June that her marriage to musician Kris Evans had ended. When she abruptly removed any trace of him from her social media accounts and was spotted wandering around without her engagement ring on, eyebrows were raised.
The couple are yet to publicly address the speculation that the marriage is over. The Mirror has contacted a representative of Georgia for comment.
The star’s business was destroyed in a fire in June, and things only got worse. She later disclosed online that she had been working as a nail technician for four years, along with acting.
“Unfortunately, last night, a massive fire broke out in the storage world unit in Middleton, causing my beautiful little studio to be affected. Many other people’s businesses have fallen, too, just like mys. Along with other people’s most prized possessions. They all have my heart.
