Coleen Rooney heads back home from Australia with sons after making Wayne revelation

Coleen Rooney and her sons Kit and Cass have arrived in Brisbane Airport for the first time since moving from Australia.

The mum-of-four, 38, is flying back to the UK after coming second on this year’s I’m A Celebrity.. Get Me Out Of Here! As they walked through the airport, ready to board their flight, Coleen held Cass’ hand while sporting a chic black linen jacket with matching pants and white trainers.

Cass looked adorable wearing his mum’s jungle hat while his older brother, Kit, looked ready for the long journey, sporting a black hoodie and shorts. Also joining the trio were Coleen’s parents, who have been in Australia supporting their daughter.

Coleen’s husband, Wayne, is not Down Under due to his commitment managing Plymouth Argyle in the Championship. The former football player’s first statement to her when she left the jungle has however been made public by the WAG.

Speaking to Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid, on Good Morning Britain, the mum-of-four said: “He just said how much he missed me, how proud he was and that the support back home has been unbelievable”. Coleen added: “He just can’t wait to see me and I can’t wait to see him as well”.

Coleen received a surprise visit from her mother Colette, as well as her two youngest boys, Ki and Cass, while she was in the jungle. The Scouser broke down in tears during the heartfelt reunion when she declared to her sons, “I’m crying because I’ve missed you so much.”

Coleen said on GMB when asked about appearing on the show that she was “ready to give it a shot.” I didn’t regret it when I broke up with my family, but it was a challenge.

Meanwhile, talking to the Mirror about how proud she was of her daughter in the jungle, Colette said: “As I held her, one of the things she said to me was ‘ mum, have I been boring? ‘” Colette says. “It broke my heart hearing that but I said, ‘ no, you’ve been yourself and that’s all that matters”.

“She is obviously thinking about what people are thinking, but she needn’t worry”, she says. “If she went in shouting and being loud, that wouldn’t be her. We’ve seen the true Coleen.

Colette said in the eponymous interview that her daughter’s jungle experience was just what she needed after a difficult two years centered on her High Court battle. However, she has a strong belief that the television series Coleen has given her a new life after watching her Coleen.

” Absolutely, the show’s helped it come back, and also her confidence, because she was really lacking in it, “Colette says. Asked what it was like as a mum seeing her daughter struggle during this time, she said:” Horrendous, because at one time during the trial, we lost Coleen.

“Coleen wasn’t Coleen. She couldn’t be herself. Because she didn’t tell us, we weren’t aware of what was happening before the trial. We noticed a difference in her behaviour, in her attitude, she even distanced herself. So when it all came out, it was a relief for us, really, because then we knew what was going on. But now we’ve got her back fully”.
