Chloe Brockett’s reveals sad reason for missing Jack Fincham’s court date after hospital dash

Chloe Brockett, the star of TOWIE, has broken her silence after missing her boyfriend’s court after being taken to a hospital.
Chloe Brockett has admitted that her boyfriend, Jack Fincham’s legal battle, has pushed her to a mental health crisis. The TOWIE star, 24, was rushed to A&E earlier this week after suffering a terrifying asthma attack, which she believes was brought on by the stress of former Love Island star Jack’s legal woes.
Jack, 33, swerved jail time after appealing his six-week prison sentence over being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog. He was given a three-month suspended sentence added to his already 18-month suspended sentence for a drug-driving offence in March 2024. The reality TV star appeared at the hearing at Basildon Crown Court to appeal his six-week prison sentence.
Chloe found herself in the hospital this week after months of suffering from a severe asthma attack brought on by the overwhelming pressure. Since Jack’s successful appeal, which saw his sentence for dangerous dog offenses reduced and his cane corso, Elvis, allowed to return home, was Jack’s first public statement.
In an interview with The Sun, Chloe expressed her mixed emotions: “I’m over the moon with the outcome, but I just feel so drained. I should be cartwheeling and having a glass of Prosecco, but instead, I’m just sitting at my kitchen table thinking, ‘Oh my God, it’s finally all over.’”
Chloe screamed “no” in a state of hysteria in court in January as Jack was given a custodial sentence. When Jack admitted to having a dangerously out-of-control dog, he had been given a suspended prison term for a previous driving offense. After being informed that Jack had left his dog, Elvis, on a lead and muzzled in public, he was seduced shortly after moving into their new home.
Chloe expressed her emotions after leaving TOWIE, “I was feeling really happy and anticipating a fresh start. Although I had a great time moving in with Jack, his dog was soon taken. The most traumatic experience for him could have been here.
She continued, “I backed Jack by going with him in court, but I was so upset by the custody sentence.” I was aware that Jack, a person who struggles with mental health, would find that difficult.
After successfully challenging the sentence, Jack was released on bail and soon after was handed back to Chloe. However, Chloe opted not to show up when the case for Jack’s case was being heard at Basildon Crown Court because she worried about how emotionally charged her hearing might be because she had said, “it all seemed a little too intimidating.
Chloe acknowledged that over the past year, both physically and mentally, her health has suffered a significant decline. She feels drained because of her previous ailments, including the flu, tonsillitis, and chest infections. The reality TV star first described her asthma as “horrific,” before admitting that it was this that led to her hospitalization.
The Sun was informed earlier this week that Chloe has been ill for months. She has been skipping meetings with her family and missing out on social media.
She turned badly and ended up in the hospital with a serious asthma attack, they continued. She’s always had asthma, but it’s usually under control. But she recently struggled to breathe.
Chloe has acknowledged the support she’s received from Jack, saying that she’s “lucky” to have such a supportive partner despite her struggles.
