Coco Gauff performed dazzling performances at Wimbledon earlier this week, but it was her stunning earrings that caught our attention.
In a suprising courtside moment, her opponent, Dayana Yastemska, even spotted one of the hoops on the grass, and we’ve found exactly where the jewels are from. And hint, they’re from an affordable British brand loved by Kate Middleton.
Missoma is the brand we’re referring to. The brand-new Tennis Collection, which includes gorgeous stacking rings, diamond tennis bracelets, and Coco Gauff’s choice, the Silver Tennis Classic Hoop Earrings, is available now for £119.

With pretty beaded detailing and shining cubic zirconia, these classic silver hoops are the perfect combination of timeless and on-trend. They look so chic whether worn alone or layered with other studs and hoops for a fashionable ear stack because they are coated in rhodium for extra shine.
This pair is ideal if you still want to look glamorous while engaging in a high-intensity activity because they are also so light at 6 grams. You’ll want to keep them coming back and forth as a regular thing.
These classic silver hoops are a style that Coco’s favorite from the collection, and if you don’t like them, you can get them in 18ct gold for more than that.
It’s surprising to see a lot of green jewels in the Tennis Collection because green is, of course, the color most associated with tennis. If you prefer a minimalist look, this stacking ring will look stunning when it is combined with other rings in your jewelry collection or as a standalone ring.

Liam and Noel will reunite on stage tonight(Image: Redferns)
Oasis are back in just a few hours’ time – and fans are still desperate to grab themselves some last minute tickets. Demand was unprecedented for the band’s reunion gigs, which will see Noel and Liam Gallagher on stage together for the first time in years.
Fans have flocked to Principality Stadium in Cardiff already to be the first in line at Oasis’ reunion but those hoping to get last minute tickets have been warned that they need to be careful over ticket scammers.
Oasis have enlisted Twickets as the official online resale partner and at the time of writing, there are no tickets available for tonight or tomorrow night’s gigs in Cardiff. Twickets has been used by many stars to allow for safe resale of unwanted tickets.
Explaining their mantra, Twickets said: “Twickets is an ethical ticket resale marketplace, enabling users to sell spare tickets at the price they paid, or less. We have partnered with Oasis as their official ticket resale platform to protect fans from being ripped off by profiteering resale sites that encourage ticket touting. Sellers sell for free, and buyers pay a standard booking fee of 10-15% of the sold for ticket price. Buyers can purchase with all major debit / credit cards as well as PayPal.”

Sites such as viagogo, Stubhub, and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that ticket conditions often prohibit resale after initial purchase. Those tickets may not be valid for admittance to gigs.
Fans intending to buy tickets for live events through resale websites should check the ticket terms and conditions, to confirm whether resale is prohibited, before they buy. Ticket terms and conditions can be checked with the original seller, such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation. If resale is prohibited, tickets bought second-hand could be voided and admission to the event refused.
Ahead of the event, Noel has spoken of why Oasis are so successful.
“A new generation recognises how Oasis wasn’t manufactured. It was chaotic, and flawed, and not technically brilliant. We were rough and ready guys from a rehearsal room, and people recognised it,” he says in the tour programme.
“I didn’t invent anything. I had good taste in music, a cool record collection, I could write a melody simple enough to make it work, and it was 50% inspiration and 50% copying.”
Liam has also been speaking about the band ahead of the reunion. Asked what makes a great frontman, he said: “I mean being able to sing is good. Just getting on with your job and doing it, and trying to get a vibe going and looking cool.”
How to buy Oasis tickets now
Oasis tickets are available right now from a number of online retailers. This includes both official and resale websites.
Fans will likely want to peruse Ticketmaster’s wares first, as they have been touted as the original seller of the band’s tour tickets. However, the online media giant has not had any tickets for some time.
And, at the time of writing, only people with allocated codes can buy tickets. Regardless, here’s the link:

Otherwise, resale websites are where fans ought to be looking the most. Oasis have signposted Twickets as their official resale websites, however, they have not had tickets for a very long time.
As a result, fans have flocked to the likes of viagogo, Vivid Seats and StubHub instead. And, at the time of writing, some Oasis tickets are being sold for around £200 each on viagogo. Below, we have broken down all the options Oasis-lovers have to buy tickets right now. This ranges from official retailers to VIP sellers and resale websites.

It is impossible to comprehend the humanitarian crisis that is affecting Gaza. Not just a tragic consequence of war, but deliberate use of starvation as a tool of political and demographic control are what we are seeing. This method, which aims to destroy Palestinian society, constitutes a structural genocide.
In its efforts to impose itself and sabotage Palestinian national aspirations, Israel’s military and political leadership have abandoned conventional methods of bombardment and physical destruction. Its current methods target the basic necessities of Palestinian survival: food, water, and the means of surviving.
It is not harmful to violate a people’s will by denying them the ability to feed themselves. It is a policy. More than 95 percent of Gaza’s farmland has been destroyed or rendered unusable, according to reports from independent international organizations. That figure represents a deliberate dismantlement of food sovereignty, along with any hope of future independence, not just an economic loss.
systematic destruction is occurring. The user has been denied access to the seeds. The water infrastructure is at risk. Farmers and fishermen have been the target of numerous attacks despite their already under severe siege. These are not random deeds. In accordance with Israel’s long-term strategic objectives of absolute control and political submission, they are a part of a larger plan to re-engineer Gaza’s demographic and economic future.
The complicity of the international community is what makes this all the more alarming. Global actors have contributed to the normalization of starvation as a weapon of war, whether through silence or vague diplomatic statements that characterize the situation as a “humanitarian crisis.” Israel has been given the cover to carry on these crimes with impunity because they were not called war crimes committed as part of a genocide.
How food itself has evolved into a bargaining chip is even more disturbing. Political and military negotiations are currently a source of conflict over access to essentials like flour, formula for babies, and bottled water. This exposes a pitiful power logic. The purpose of the political conditions is to impose them through deliberate manipulation of civilian suffering rather than stability or mutual security.
Israel has created a trap in which Palestinians are denied any political and economic authority by systematically destroying local means of survival while making Gaza entirely dependent on outside aid. They are being reduced to a manageable, controlled, and traded population.
Every factoid coming out of Gaza must be viewed through this lens. It is tragic that the strategy is progressing, not just because a majority of the population currently suffers from food insecurity. Not merely supplying the hungry. It involves challenging a people’s spirit and making them accept a new reality in accordance with the occupier’s terms.
Yet, Gaza’s resilience endures. An international order that values managed crises over political accountability has been exposed by this defiance, which is under siege and starvation. Not a drought-induced famine. Not a failed state’s chaos exists here. This crime is still being committed, eyes wide open, under the protective mask of global indifference.
Let me add that international organizations for civil society and global movements, like La Via Campesina, are not squatting quietly. The 3rd Nyéléni Global Forum will feature some of the most important movements of farmers, fishermen, and indigenous peoples around the world, many of whom are from conflict-affected regions. We aim to create a unified global response to the widespread indifference that ignores the arbitrary sequestration of entire communities. We are working from the ground up to create concrete recommendations to prevent the use of starvation as a weapon in war. Throughout the world, people of conscience are leading the charge against their governments’ actions while simultaneously organizing countless acts of solidarity.
What is happening in Gaza will be remembered forever. It will also remember those who made the decision to remain silent. Justice may be delayed, but it will be delivered, and it will ask those who watched as people were famined to try to subdue a people.
What British Grand Prix has been the most memorable so far this year and the 2025 season starting at Silverstone this week? BBC Sport is responding to this inquiry.
1969 epic duel between Stewart and Rindt
Getty Images
Jackie Stewart was the man to beat in Formula 1 as the 1960s came to an end. The Scot was the favorite to win when round six arrived in Britain after winning four of the first five races of the 1969 season.
Stewart’s Matra was ahead of Jochen Rindt, an Austrian who drove for Lotus. The two drivers then engaged in a titanic battle that would frequently see the race’s lead change hands once the flag was raised, though.
1976 was Hunt’s win that he lost.
Getty Images
One of the most contentious races in Formula One history took place at Brands Hatch in 1976 as the host of the British Grand Prix.
James Hunt won that July contest, but the home driver would lose it two months later.
A red flag was displayed in Hunt’s first-lap collision with Clay Regazzoni’s Ferrari. The stewards initially forbade him from the restart after he returned his damaged McLaren to the pits using a shortcut. The partisan and sultry crowd, however, was upset, so Hunt was allowed to participate and the decision was reversed.
1987: Mansell mania reigns

The moustachiose Nigel Mansell is claiming the pole position at Silverstone in 1987, his Williams team-mate Nelson Piquet taking the title.
Mansell was two seconds away from Piquet on lap 35. However, the team decided to go with the Briton for new tires due to a wheel balance problem. With 29 laps left, Mansell rejoined the action 28 seconds behind Brazilian Piquet due to a quick (for the time) 9.5-second stop.
With only three laps left, Mansell relentlessly hauled in Piquet, overtaking his rival into Stowe.
The crowds roared on to the track, joyfully and delirious. The British audience is amazing at this, according to the statement “and the British crowd break ranks”! Murray Walker, a commentator, cried.

Mansell celebrated his dominant third victory of his career on home soil this weekend, but it is more remembered for the iconic, albeit slightly risky, act of sportsmanship.
Ayrton Senna, who had finished second behind Mansell, was given a fourth-place position in the championship after his McLaren ran out of fuel in the final lap.
When Mansell finished his cooldown lap, he noticed the Brazilian waiting for help and offered Senna a ride back to the pits by his side. Fans gave out enraged glances at the marshal Senna after he had brushed off in order to climb onto the Williams, which caused a riotous applause.
1995: Schumacher and Hill end up in the gravel.

When a British driver competes in the title race, the Silverstone atmosphere intensifies, so Damon Hill’s position of dominance, only 11 points behind defending champion Michael Schumacher, gave the home crowd a boost as the 1990s approached the halfway point.
Schumacher was second and Willimas’ Hill was pole, but the German seized control with a one-stop plan.
Hill was in second place on new tires when he crossed the finish line with Schumacher in the Priory corner, attempting to overtake the Benetton driver for the lead. The pair ended up in the gravel on lap 46.
Hill claimed that the stewards believed there was “equal blame on both parts” for the collision after the race when fans clamored for his autograph.
2008 Hamilton’s wet-weather masterclass

In 2008, the gloomy weather and rain hampered round nine of the campaign due to the great British summer.
Lewis Hamilton’s name was inscribed in British Grand Prix folklore at the age of 23 when he was still a student at McLaren. After failing to win any points in his previous two grands prix, he was under pressure to enter the race.
Hamilton passed team-mate and polesitter Heikki Kovalainen on lap five of the inside of Stowe, where Mansell had supplanted Piquet for the lead 11 years prior.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, Silverstone has been silent, with no fans attending the circuit’s two consecutive race weekends in August.
The first race, which carried the traditional “British” title until the final lap, saw Lewis Hamilton’s puncture on the final lap. The second was the 70th Anniversary Grand Prix.
Hamilton had watched as Valtteri Bottas’ race, which had been stopped by tire issues, came to an end two laps later. It appeared as though Hamilton’s record-breaking seventh home victory was about to pass when Max Verstappen, who was about 30 seconds behind, began to close in.
2021 drama-filled title race

When the pair started competing on the front row at Silverstone in 2021, Max Verstappen, the polesitter, was 32 points clear of Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton in a tense title race.
The drama began to play out as the opening lap of one of the fastest laps in Formula 1 took a dramatic turn into the 190-mph Copse corner, which saw Red Bull’s Verstappen spin out of the grand prix. Following the 51G impact, the Dutchman was taken for precautionary tests.
After passing Lando Norris and team-mate Valtteri Bottas, Hamilton had to pass Lando Norris and Valtteri Bottas before heading straight after race leader Charles Leclerc in the Ferrari. He was given a 10-second penalty for the collision with Verstappen. He completed his eight-second gap by 12 laps, passing Leclerc at Copse’s exit on lap 50 of 52.
Hamilton’s first win in 945 days – 2024

After his truimph at Silverstone in 2024, Hamilton said, “I thought it was never going to happen again.” His triumph at Mercedes in his final year marked his unfathomable dry spell for one of the greatest drivers of all time.
In front of 164, 000 spectators, Hamilton defeated Lando Norris of McLaren and Verstappen in a fierce race-long fight. His ninth victory at home helped him break the record for wins in a single circuit.
According to officials, a wildfire on the Greek island of Crete that caused 5, 000 people to flee has since been put out.
Around 230 firefighters and six helicopters responded to the incident in the resort town of Ierapetra, where residents and visitors had to leave their homes and lodging on Wednesday night.
According to Al Jazeera’s John Psaropoulos, who was reporting from Agia Fotia, there was “no active fire front” by Friday morning. He continued, adding that helicopters were operating nearby to prevent flare-ups.
Despite the fire’s fatalities, some olive trees and forest trees were destroyed. According to two local MPs, efforts were being made to get the people who had been evacuated after the fire started to return.
Authorities said a fire that erupted near the port town of Rafina, which is about 30 kilometers (18 miles) east of the capital, Athens, was put under control on Thursday evening in mainland Greece.
Despite the strong winds, firefighting crews remained vigilant.
Local mayor Dimitris Markou told ERT that the fire had caused the evacuation of 300 people, and that it had also caused the destruction of a few homes and vehicles.
Additionally, it slowed the flow of ferries between the western Aegean Sea’s tourist islands and their arrivals.
Greece has so far been spared from the heatwave, which has scorched some of Europe, particularly Spain, Portugal, and France. However, in some areas of the nation, temperatures will start to rise and reach a high of 43 degrees Celsius (109 degrees Fahrenheit) starting this weekend.

In Turkiye, there are two fatalities.
A 81-year-old resident died from smoke inhalation in neighboring Turkiye, while a local forestry worker was killed trying to contain a fire near the western town of Odemis, according to authorities.
In a string of wildfires that have prompted thousands of people to flee, these deaths were the first.
A wildfire that was fought off by hundreds of firefighters, supported by aircraft and helicopters, occurred near Cesme, a popular vacation spot located 120 kilometers west of Odemis, in the Aegean.
Three neighborhoods were forced to evacuate and roads were closed as a result of that fire, which started on Wednesday. On both sides of a highway, flames were seen racing through dry vegetation.
Turkiye has experienced dozens of wildfires that were caused by extreme heat, extreme heat, and low humidity over the past week.
About 200 homes have been damaged or destroyed as a result of the fires.
Greece and Turkiye are known for their hot, dry climate at this time of year. Both nations experience avoidable summer wildfires, which experts believe are a result of climate change’s worsening conditions.

Former Super Eagles goalkeeper Peter Rufai has been immortalized in the sporting annals of Nigeria and the continent of Africa, according to President Bola Tinubu.
The President paid tribute to the football legend, known as “Dodomayana,” in a statement released by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, on June 3, 2025.
The 61-year-old football legend passed away on Thursday.
President Tinubu recalled with fond memories Peter Rufai’s bravery in the Super Eagles’ historic victory in Tunisia in 1994 as the first-choice goalkeeper.
“He followed up with Nigeria’s equally epoch-making, first-ever appearance at the FIFA World Cup, dubbed USA ’94.”
Tinubu predicted that Nigerians and football fans around the world would continue to venerate the late footballer’s legacy.
The President also praised Rufai’s involvement in the 1998 World Cup in France and his pioneering contribution to the development of Nigerian football, having worked in Portugal, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Rufai, who started his career with Stationery Stores of Lagos in 1980, was one of the first footballers to enter the professional ranks, participating in numerous European nations and promoting the country as a whole, he said.
Rufai, a prince of the royal family in Idimu, Lagos, received praise for his efforts to train the next generation through his Staruf Football Academy in addition to his footballing accomplishments. President Tinubu praised him for continuing to inspire, mentor, and nurture young footballers.
The President offered comfort to his family and all those who mourned him in addition to praying for his soul’s repose.

The political and football fields have received tributes in recent weeks. Atiku Abubakar, the former vice president, described Rufai’s passing as a “profound loss.”
Atiku said, “Peter Rufai’s remarkable contributions to the beautiful game will always be remembered, and he will be greatly missed.”
Ahmed Musa, the Super Eagles’ forward, wrote, “Can’t believe I’m typing this – a post to bid farewell to a true giant of Nigerian football, Peter Rufai. Your bravery and unwavering standing between the posts earned us moments of national pride.
Your legacy soars higher than any other trophy, despite the loss you’ve had. Dodomayan, the country mourns a hero, shouts high. Condolences to your fans, teammates, and loved ones. Rest in peace, legend.
Rufai, who won 65 caps for the nation, won the Super Eagles’ 6–0 victory over Ethiopia in 1993, making history. He was dubbed “Dodomayana” for his quick reflexes and acrobatic saves.
He was also known for his passion for education up until his passing, when he attended the Lagos-based National Institute for Sports to obtain official coaching credentials.
