Linen pants are a wardrobe staple for the summer because they are both breathable and versatile. From beach trips to work days to alfresco dinners, they can be worn for so many different things. And in the Boden sale, we’ve just discovered the ideal pair of office-appropriate pants.
The original price for the Westbourne Crop Linen Trousers was $98, but thanks to Boden’s massive summer sale, the Oatmeal colorway has now been reduced to $58.80, which is a significant saving of £40!
Boden’s Westbourne trousers are one of their most popular products, and now they’re available in linen, they’re the perfect pair to keep you cool in warmer weather. They’ve got the same flattering, wide-leg shape that shoppers love, now just in a lighter, more breathable fabric.
This pair is ideal to wear with sandals or trainers because they naturally sit at the waist and fall just above the ankle.
When you have no idea what to wear, they’re perfect for throwing on when you’re not sure what to wear, whether you’re styling them with a plain t-shirt or adding a button-up shirt for the office.
Next’s 100% linen Bermuda shorts are a “great fit” and ideal for vacations.

And they’ve received glowing reviews from customers for their attractive fit and smart look. One customer praised the fit of these pants. I purchased them because my Westbourne trousers already have a cropped design, but the leg width at the hem is a little wider. They’re cropped, and I think they look better than wide legs, which is why I like them. I wanted the navy to be a size 10 regular because I didn’t want them to be too cropped. They sit just above my ankle, which is 5’3″. They “fits perfectly”
These sit just above my ankles, the other person said. Beautiful color, lovely soft linen, and beautiful hangings.
However, some customers were unhappy with the fit for curvy figures, while another criticized it. They claimed that “Thinner fabric than expected, especially for the price, and just cut all the way around for an hourglass figure and i’m only a 10″ I’m really not that curvy, and my waist is tight around the bottom and top of my legs. These will be great for you if you have straight up and down.”
I tried five different pairs of linen pants to find the perfect fit and shape if you’re looking for more. I was really taken aback by this Bershka pair’s fit and quality despite the affordable price tag of only £23 (and now even less at £18 in the ASOS sale).

In terms of leg length and waist size, they fit me the best. The neutral sand color is my favorite, and you can get them in white, black, and a spring-ready pale pink.

In his newest series, Noel Edmonds discusses some “very dark times.”, Noel Edmonds’ Kiwi Adventure. The iconic presenter, 76, famed for Noel’s House Party and Deal Or No Deal, is one of the most recognisable presenters in the country. However, in his new series on ITV in which he navigates life in New Zealand, with wife, Liz, the star admits he has, at times, felt suicidal.
Rob Brydon, the narrator, explained that Noel’s production company unexpectedly went bankrupt, which had a significant impact on the star’s mental health in 2005 during last week’s episode. Noel recalls that “some corrupt bankers” were responsible for the ordeal and that “my Unique group of companies was purposefully collapsed by some corrupt bankers.” And because my bank manager and four others spent 50 years in prison, I can safely say that.

Noel Edmonds, the star of Noel’s House Party, opens up about his inner sanctimons in Noel Edmonds’ Kiwi Adventure.
He continues, “I thought I was a bad businessman when the businesses went into administration in 2006. I believed it to be my fault. “70 people lost their jobs,” he said.
Noel, a father-of-four, requested a huge statue of a knight from the Lord of the Rings studio after “winning his battle to get his losses back” and kneeling down in prayer for his sprawling garden in New Zealand.
The star, who calls himself “The Guardian,” appeared emotional, revealing that he had experienced suicidal thoughts. “He’s praying before he wakes up and defeats the dark force, the enemy.”

Noel continued, “I’ll tell you, when you go to that dark space, I used to kind of look down my nose and wonder why anyone would want to commit suicide.” What justification do they have for doing that?
If you’ve ever been in that dark space, I promise you that you’ll never be critical because there is no reason there.
The Lord of the Rings studio was given the commission to build this statue for the presenter.
Many viewers praised the presenter on social media after the heartfelt episode, saying they had been “to hell and back.”
One user on X wrote, “Say what you like about him, but he’s been to hell and back and is still standing, and I’m a fan and will watch him again next week.
Another person responded, “I love Noel Edmonds! Don’t care what you say!”
Noel had previously made an admission to attempting suicide in 2005. He stated in a 2017 interview with the Mail that “I’ve thought a lot about that dark place I came from. Thankfully, the majority of people can’t possibly comprehend it.
“Yes, people have depression,” she said. However, it differs from the space you enter when all reason vanishes, when hope, logic, and rationality vanish.
Without hope, life is meaningless. There is no logic here. How illogical is it to love your family and children so much?

In the hours leading up to the US President Donald Trump’s announcement of a ceasefire, Israel and Iran continued to attack one another. Prior to Israel’s scheduled end of its attacks, Iran fired missiles until Tuesday morning, hours before the deadline.
Former Luton Town manager Rob Edwards has been appointed as Middlesbrough’s new head coach.
Michael Carrick, who was fired earlier this month, will be replaced by Edwards, 42, who will join Riverside Stadium on a three-year contract.
He was then fired by the Hatters in January, when Luton were 20th in the Championship, but he was unable to avoid being relegated from the top flight 12 months later.
His current focus is to improve the Boro team, which finished last season in 10th place, four points outside the play-off spots.
According to Edwards, “It’s a real privilege to be able to lead this outstanding football club,” he said on the club website.
He continued, “It immediately made me feel excited and that this was the right decision.” We have a really good chance here, so I wanted to go back in if I had a chance to go there.
Edwards’ managerial journey
After leading Forest Green Rovers into League One for the first time in his first EFL season as manager of AFC Telford United in the National League North and working for Wolves and England at age groups, Edwards moved up to Watford in the summer of 2022.
He didn’t stay for long at Vicarage Road, playing 11 games, to be exact, but Luton won.
Six months after signing with the Hatters at Kenilworth Road and beating Coventry City in the play-off final at Wembley, he had already coached them to the Premier League.
For the entire club, returning to the top flight for the first time in 31 years marked a significant improvement, but Luton’s promotion was only made clear on the final day of the season.
Resuming the Championship proved to be a challenge, especially if you’re away from home. After 10 straight defeats, the club and Edwards had to reconcile.
Left behind in the north-eastern region
Middlesbrough have fallen into the second tier after eight years of being in the Premier League.
Their north east rivals from the A19 had a memorable season last year, with Newcastle United winning the Carabao Cup, ending a 56-year wait for a major trophy, and Sunderland earning dramatic promotion to the Premier League.
Only two of the eight seasons have they reached the play-offs under Edwards, who is now the eighth manager or head coach to have been a part of the organization since 2017.
In Carrick’s first season, they finished fourth, but they struggled to get there in the second and third campaigns, finishing eighth and then 10th.
Ryan Reynolds, a partner at Wrexham, says he can’t wait to see Paul Mullin sporting a different kit once he’s signed for Wigan Athletic.
After spending the majority of last season’s promotion-winning campaign on the sidelines, Mullin claims he feels “sad” and “disappointed” to leave Wrexham. He has signed for the League One side for the 2025-26 season.
Given Mullin’s enormous contribution to the Red Dragons’ transition from the National League to the second tier in successive seasons, Reynolds says it will be strange to see him play elsewhere.
The Hollywood actor posted a picture of Mulls on social media that made him want to go on a loan and get another kit.
Without his heart, talent, and work ethic, “we wouldn’t be where we are.”
After leaving Cambridge United in 2021, Mullin started 110 goals in 170 games for Wrexham, but he was permanently dropped from the squad for the duration of the 2024-2005 campaign.
According to Mullin, “It was sad to leave where it was,” according to Wigan’s website.
The way that football is conducted is rather disappointing, despite the fact that you can leave clubs.
“But one door opens and one closes.” I’m prepared for the start of a chapter.
Even with the arrival of forwards Sam Smith and Jay Rodriguez in January, many Wrexham fans still have questions about why Mullin was unable to make the bench in the final few months of the previous season.
However, some pundits and supporters have been keen to pay tribute to a man who has, at least for the moment, become infamous at Stok Cae Ras.
Waynne Phillips, a former Wrexham midfielder, calls Mullin “one of the greatest players to have worn the red of Wrexham.”
“There have been so many wonderful memories over the past four years,” said BBC Wales pundit Phillips.
