We only have one starting place this week, which is where we will go from now.

Noah Caluori’s five tries against Northampton Saints on Friday increased the interest in his second start for Saracens.

He was named in Steve Borthwick’s England training squad as a development player after his performance against the Sale Sharks on Sunday.

Saints reduced their kicking to Caluori in order to deal with the breakout star’s freakish aerial prowess, while the teenager struggled to get the ball in hand to show his running prowess.

Tommy Freeman, a winger from Northampton, won the game with four tries, 43-31.

The 24-year-old caught the ball over his head and sprinted clear to claim victory in the end result, which demonstrated his impressive aerial prowess.

In addition to starting the final Six Nations game against Wales outside center, Freeman, who has played full-back this season, also started.

He did not perform at his best level in those three Tests, but he did in the wing in all three of the British and Irish Lions Tests this summer.

Before England’s Saturday game against Australia, Friday served as a reminder of his level.

Tommy does so many things very well, including looking physically, moving quickly, being skilled, taking the ball in the air beautifully, and positioning,” according to Northampton manager Phil Dowson.

He gave an outstanding performance, and he’s just a phenom right now.

Smith stars to assist Quins in regaining control.

The weekend before facing Australia is the one when an England international makes a standout performance.

Marcus Smith, the Harlequins’ fly-half, performed at his most magical as Quins defeated the Red Bulls 52-14 to win the game.

The 26-year-old intercepted Will Porter’s cross from his own half to send a stunning score past the posts.

Everyone yelled at Marcus Smith [last week] against Exeter. This week, everyone is now back on his bandwagon. Head coach Jason Gilmore said that when the team performs well, it is at its best.

Smith started all four of England’s games last fall, but despite being replaced by Fin Smith in the Six Nations, the Harlequins playmaker continued to play in a Lions Test over the summer in place of his namesake despite losing his fly-half spot.

The Saints’ Smith and George Ford have each started seven of their previous seven international starts at flyhalf.

Marcus Smith has won numerous starts from the bench because of his ability to play fullback, but his display on Saturday once more demonstrated why fly-half is where he poses the greatest threat.

He could show off his unwavering talent, which was the bright spot in Borthwick’s side’s difficult autumn last year, against winless Newcastle.

Exeter’s reconstruction is still successful.

As Exeter finished ninth in the league last year, they scored 528 points.

With a 39-12 victory over Gloucester on Saturday to support their emphatic victory over Quins, they are now third in the Prem, three wins from their first five games.

Rob Baxter has successfully transitioned a young squad, and his patience is now being felt.

Immanuel Feyi-Waboso, 22, who is in top form and a league-leading seven tries this season, took his try with gusto as he headed to the international camp.

The central partnership of Australia’s Len Ikitau and England’s Henry Slade, who have hit the ground running to demonstrate their international quality, has been a key factor in the back-to-back victories.

Slade, who started against Australia last season as a regular under Borthwick, scored twice for the second weekend in a row.

Radwan magic: Not enough to clinch England’s position

For Adam Radwan’s thoughts, that is a penny.

The 27-year-old would have likely been in the England camp this week without Caluori’s sensational five tries against the Sale Sharks.

The Tigers of Leicester wing’s inclusion in the England training squad last week appeared to be an important step in his 2021 resurgence.

In Leicester’s one-point victory over Sale on Saturday, Radwan scored two tries that demonstrated his electric acceleration.

However, Caluori’s addition to Borthwick’s final squad did not help him get a spot in Borthwick’s final team.

Borthwick would have had a close look at Caluori’s distinctive aerial ability during the week-long training session.

Champions Bath regaining success

The Tigers won the match 4 tie thanks to Billy Searle’s last-gasp penalty.

The champions then came back on Saturday to defeat Bristol Bears 40-15 at home to claim their fourth win of the season.

In addition to the dynamic backs Henry Arundell and Santiago Carreras, both of whom started against Bristol, Johann van Graan strengthened his side in the summer.

On 61 minutes, Van Graan unleashed Alfie Barbeary, Sam Underhill, and Will Stuart on a formidable bench that included them.

Arundell’s intercept try from deep inside his own half, his fourth Prem try this season, was the difference, as three more tries followed.

Due to injury, Bristol also lost wingers Louis Rees-Zammit and Gabriel Ibitoye, along with renowned backs Harry Randall and AJ MacGinty.

Napoli’s De Bruyne Unlikely To Play Again This Year

After the club’s announcement that Kevin De Bruyne had a hamstring injury, Napoli, the Serie A leader, might not be able to play him until early 2026.

In his team’s 3-1 home victory over Inter Milan on Saturday, the former Manchester City midfielder suffered injuries while scoring a penalty.

The 34-year-old Belgian froze and held his right thigh before limping off the field with the aid of the club’s medical staff after scoring from a spot kick.

De Bruyne’s fourth league goal came in his first season in Italy since joining City in the close of the off-season. He had already converted a free kick and twice from the penalty spot.

Read more about Napoli’s success with their comeback win over Inter, but De Bruyne is cut out.

According to a statement from Napoli, “Kevin De Bruyne has a large-scale lesion in the biceps femoris of his right thigh.”

Without providing further information, the club continued, “The player has already begun his rehabilitation.”

De Bruyne’s absence from this year’s Gazzetta dello Sport and Sky Sport is a blow to Napoli’s chances of keeping the Italian league title.

On goal difference, Napoli lead Lecce, but they also have the same number of points as second-placed AS Roma.

Prince William and Kate Middleton forced to ‘compromise’ due to Andrew decision

Prince Andrew put an end to their plans when the Prince and Princess of Wales first retreated to their modest family home on the Windsor estate.

When Prince William and Princess Kate – along with their three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – moved into Adelaide Cottage on the Windsor Estate in 2022, the charming family home was seemingly not their first choice when picking a royal residence.

According to royal sources, the Prince and Princess of Wales had their sights set on the Royal Lodge – which has been occupied by Prince Andrew since 2003. After hearing of William and Kate’s desire to move into the 30-room Windsor mansion, Andrew reportedly refused, leaving the royal couple to “compromise” when their first pick became impossible to secure.

Speaking to the Mail on Sunday , a royal source said: “Them going into Adelaide Cottage was never the plan. But they were forced to because Prince Andrew wouldn’t shift.”

The family made their three-year move to Forest Lodge, which is just weeks away, and has already established itself in the four-bedroom Adelaide Cottage. Fergie has her eyes set on Adelaide Cottage as her next home in an ironic turn of events, with rumored talks about Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson leaving the Royal Lodge.

According to The Sun , Fergie believes she deserves a royal home to see out her years, after still feeling “short-changed” after her divorce settlement was not as lucrative as the late Princess Diana’s. Meanwhile, Prince Andrew is said to have asked to be relocated to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s former Windsor home, Frogmore Cottage.

Prince Andrew has recently admitted to paying “peppercorn rent” since moving in more than 20 years, but negotiations are still reportedly ongoing between him and the King’s aides regarding his plans to leave the Royal Lodge.

Despite holding a “cast iron” lease that prevents eviction, Palace insiders believe he will ultimately have to move out because of the scale of the backlash he has received since a spate of new allegations against the Prince and his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein came to light. Andrew has long denied the allegations against him.

Royal insiders claim that William and Kate have a date in mind to move them before the Waleses move into their forever home nearby despite the absence of any concrete plans to move out for them.

Before Bonfire Night, William reportedly wants his disgraced uncle out of his mansion by the time they arrive. However, the Prince and Princess of Wales are said to be moving into Forest Lodge in Windsor Great Park.

A source told The Sun that Catherine shudders at the thought of staying so close to Prince Andrew while he is still in Royal Lodge. Before they begin moving the following week, William wants him gone. It’s not about what Andrew is no longer interested in. It’s all about what he’ll be instructed to do.

In secluded areas of Windsor Great Park, surrounded by fields and woodland where Andrew is frequently seen horse-riding, both Royal Lodge and Forest Lodge are located minutes apart.

Australia will want revenge for World Cup – Toone

JavaScript must be enabled in your browser to play this video.

When the two countries play in a friendly on Tuesday at Pride Park, England midfielder Ella Toone says the game will “feel like a revenge game” for Australia.

In the 2023 Women’s World Cup semi-final in Sydney, England defeated Australia the last time the two teams met.

Steph Catley, the defender for Australia and Arsenal, acknowledged earlier on Monday that the defeat was “the most heartbreaking” of her career.

Off the back of England’s 2-1 defeat by Brazil, who played with 10 players for almost 70 minutes on Saturday, Toone anticipates a more physical game as a result.

It will feel like a revenge match because we broke many people’s hearts at the World Cup. We simply want to put on a powerful performance, said Toone.

“When you lose a game, it’s challenging to recover from it,” says the author. We are aware of the difficulty.

Football has no friendliness, they say. Every game, we aim for success. We want to succeed and, ideally, win.

Toone is well-versed in many of the opponents because the Australia squad has eleven players who play for clubs in the Women’s Super League.

You can learn more about what those players are up to, in my opinion. You are aware of each player’s strengths and weaknesses, she continued.

However, I don’t believe it changes much. No matter who it is, Yuu are making a pitch to put 100% on it.

Both teams have since the 2023 World Cup, according to England manager Sarina Wiegman, with changes to both squads made.

The Matildas are currently under the control of former Arsenal manager Joe Montemurro, and the Lionesses have several uncapped players and new assistant coaches.

I didn’t consider it,” I said. We play Australia once more, and I’m just really excited. They are a top-notch team that will challenge us in our desired ways, Wiegman asserted.

Although the WSL has a non-European team, there are many players who already play against one another, making them really close friends.

We never take the sell-out crowd for granted.

The first of four friendly matches that will serve as a “homecoming series” to celebrate England’s victory at Euro 2025 was sparked by Brazil’s defeat.

Leah Williamson, Lauren Hemp, Lauren James, Lauren Hemp, Lauren James, Jess Park, and Grace Clinton, two key players who have been injured, are all missing from the squad.

With goalkeeper Hannah Hampton returning from the sidelines of Saturday’s defeat with a minor elbow injury, Wiegman may find a boost.

Anouk Denton, a West Ham defender, has also been called up to the squad to provide extra protection as they recover from knocks and recover from injury.

Wiegman praised Hampton, saying, “She’s good and she’s progressing really well. So far, she has fulfilled every requirement. Although a second training session is in order, things are looking really good.

We have seen what she can bring, she says. She consistently keeps the score. Any goalkeeper’s first task is to prevent the ball from entering the net together with the other team.

“She also has a great long-distance kick and is very good with her feet.” Her superpower is actually that.

Wiegman claimed that her team have not been guilty of “starting slowly despite finding themselves behind” despite England having conceded first in their previous four games.

We had a strong opening line up against Spain in the Euros final, which we could have won 1-0. We could have scored one goal in the [Italians] semi-final,” she said.

“We didn’t start well against Sweden, and we did it against France.” I don’t agree with the slow starts, but I do agree that we needed to be more active on Saturday because we didn’t have enough momentum.

“We will undoubtedly do everything possible to improve on Tuesday,” the leader states.

At Pride Park (19:00 GMT), England’s game against Australia will be watched by a sold-out crowd.

After the Football Association announced before the game that over 43 000 tickets had been distributed, the attendance at Etihad Stadium for Brazil was 37, 460. A Premier League game in the same city was contested during the Saturday game’s kickoff time.

Wiegman praised Tuesday’s tremendous support as “I think it’s really nice.”

Wiegman noted that “the fans have shown such strong support for us both here in England and in Switzerland for the Euros.”

It is one of the factors that drives our country-wide travel, and it really helps us. It is currently completely sold out, which is incredible. That is never something we assume.
