At a party, former Londoner Burning star John Alford allegedly sexually abused two teenage girls.

The 53-year-old, who also appeared on Grange Hill, is accused of attempting to kill two under-16 girls.

Alford, aka John Shannon, is alleged to have sex with one of the girls in a toilet and a garden.

He was “in no doubt” that both girls were underage, according to the jury’s testimony. He also had sex with another teen.

Alford rebuts six accusations, including two of engaging in penetrating activity with a girl under 16 and two of engaging in penetrating activity with a girl under 16

Additionally, the actor is accused of sexually assaulting a female while also attempting to physically assault a female who is 13 or older.

The alleged incidents occurred on April 9, 2022, according to St. Albans Crown Court.

According to the prosecution, Alford, the father-of-two, claims that there was no sexual activity and that he told one of the girls “no.”

After visiting a property in Hertfordshire after a night out at a pub, Alford allegedly sexually assaulted both girls before arraigning in his trial at St. Albans Crown yesterday.

According to the court, there was “a bit of a party” taking place at the home of a third girl, who was close to the alleged victims.

According to prosecutor Julie Whitby, “They were drinking, they were chatting, and they were spending time with each other.”

According to jurors, the 14-year-old girl had tried unsuccessfully to call her mother and request an Uber to leave the property after other friends had left it at around 12 a.m.

Alford, who is being detained under the real name Shannon, and the third girl’s father both arrived at the property around 2am when they both arrived.

After other property owners went to bed, the defendant asked the alleged victims’ alleged victims’ age and he inquired about them.

Ms. Whitby claimed that “Mr. Shannon had no doubts about these two under-16s.”

They simply assumed they were having a conversation with a member of their family.

Alford then briefly left the property, returned with a bottle of vodka, and headed for a nearby gas station.

After entering the property’s garden for a cigarette outside, the 14-year-old girl described the situation as “a bit strange,” the court was told.

Before engaging in sexual activity with her, Alford allegedly began to kiss and touch her.

She didn’t stop right away, but she didn’t want it to happen, according to Ms. Whitby.

According to the jury, Alford pulled the girl onto him and had sex with her again in a downstairs toilet later that evening.

He reportedly asked her, “Do you want this babe?” and she responded, “no,” Ms. Whitby said.

Additionally, it is claimed that Alford sexually assaulted a second 15-year-old girl afterward.

Both girls immediately reported the alleged assaults because they had consumed “a lot of vodka,” according to the prosecutor.

Jurors were informed that police received a third-party report from the 15-year-old girl’s mother on April 11, 2022 outlining the allegations.

Following the interviewing of both girls, the defendant was later detained.

One of the two girls “kept on trying to kiss me,” Alford claimed in a statement given to the police, and she had informed him that she was 17 years old.

He continued, “I never touched her in any sexual way.”

No evidence of these claims was discovered on either the girls’ or the defendant’s phones during searches, according to Ms. Whitby, who claimed that Alford and the other two alleged victims were “trying to extort money from him and they were trying to trick him.”

Although the trial was scheduled to begin in December of last year, Alford was previously informed that he had been hospitalized and suffering from a medical condition.

Alford, a resident of Holloway, north London, was seen in the dock sported a white shirt and headphones. His trial is advancing.

Alford gained notoriety when he was cast Robbie Wright in the movie Grange Hill as a teenager.

The Glasgow-born actor spent five years playing the pivotal role in the BBC program.

He appeared in the anti-drug single Just Say No, along with George Christopher and Simone Hyams.

Alford played Billy Ray in the long-running drama London’s Burning between 1993 and 1998.

In the later roles of The Hatton Garden Job and Mike Bassett: England Manager, he also appeared in the British film The Hatton Garden Job.

Alford also had a short-lived pop career, with three of his singles making it to the top 30.

Smoke In Your Eyes was the first song to be released, followed by Blue Moon and Only You.

Alford also worked as a minicab driver and scaffolder away from the screen.

Radford family back in Walt Disney World months after £50k trip – despite ‘feeling the pinch’

Sue and Noel Radford have re-splash thousands of dollars once more just months after their £50k trip despite admitting they were “feeling the pinch.”

Walt Disney World has The Radford Family back.

The Radford family have once again found themselves on holiday in Florida after whisking their children away to Walt Disney World following their expensive £50,000 trip in April.

The Morecambe-based family have shared snaps from their trip to Walt Disney Land, before term time begins in September. Mum of 22 Sue said the family’s favourite park is Epcot, as she shared snaps of her large brood in front of the famous sphere.

And while this kind of trip can be once-in-a-lifetime for lots of families, it’s just another sun-soaked holiday for the Radfords who splashed more than £50,000 for Sue’s 50th birthday trip in April. The family were also thought to have returned in the summer half-term after sharing pictures of them drinking slushies and watching the famous fireworks.

Sue’s 50th birthday celebrations in April were a huge success for The Radford Family.

The Radfords had previously told The Mirror they were “feeling the pinch” financially, but appear to have spared no expenses for their holiday in April.

Sue and Noel have a successful business called Radford’s Pie Company, and they both appear on Channel 5’s 22 Kids and Counting.

Sue and her husband Noel enjoyed their Easter break from school by taking their own children to Florida in April along with them as well.

Sue, 50, and Noel, 54, are parents to Christopher, 36, Sophie, 31, Chloe, 30, Jack, 28, Daniel, 26, Luke, 24, Millie, 23, Katie, 22, James, 21, Ellie, 20, Aimee, 19, Josh, 18, Max, 16, Tillie, 15, Oscar, 13, Casper, 12, Alfie, stillborn in 2014, Hallie, 10, Phoebe, 9, Archie, 7, Bonnie, 6, and Heidie, 5.

It is believed that just the flights cost an incredible £26, 000, before baggage fees, which are known to add up quickly.

Sue and Noel could have spent £20, 065 on each of their Florida trips this year based on the cost of a seven-day Disney trip, which would require each visitor to hold a 7-Day Magic Ticket for entrance.

The Radford family at Disney
Prior to now, the family had previously stated that they were “feeling the pinch.”

While children under three go free in the park, the older children do not. The couple have previously spoken about their approach to holiday accommodation in an interview on This Morning, revealing they opt for villas to save costs on hotels.

Last September, they shared an Orlando Villa Tour on their Facebook page to their 944,000 followers.

They would need to book three more rooms to accommodate all of their children because the accommodations on Vrbo only have 15 available.

This could cost £2, 100 per villa for the week, or £6, 300 per all three, considering that the average nightly rate is £300.

Speaking to The Mirror about “feeling the pinch”, Sue explained: “We actually purposely scaled it right down [Christmas] this year by at least half. We told the kids they wouldn’t be getting as much as past years and they were all absolutely fine with it. They were so understanding. A lot of them only asked for a pair of boots and were happy with that.”

The couple’s memoir Making Life Count was published by Mirror Books last year in hardback.

Even so, they previously stated that they were switching to a more affordable lifestyle because they are experiencing the same level of living stress as everyone else. The rising cost of their £450-a-week food bill has been particularly challenging.

Noel said: “We have noticed the shopping bill especially (going up). We have altered the way we do that. We used to do it online and get it delivered. We don’t do that now. You are better going to Aldi and shopping around.”

He spent the second half of last season at Dortmund on loan, staying on as the club made the quarter-finals at the Club World Cup.

Chukwuemeka played 17 times for Dortmund in all competitions, scoring once and impressed despite struggling with injury.

In a statement, Chukwuemeka said he was “happy Borussia Dortmund is now my footballing home. I will give everything to make sure we achieve our goals as a team”.

Born in Austria, Chukwuemeka moved to England at a young age and came through Aston Villa’s youth academy before signing with Chelsea in 2022.

Dortmund sporting director Lars Ricken said the club was “delighted” to sign Chukwuemeka, who “further increases the quality and creativity of our attacking midfield”.

Dortmund also signed Jobe Bellingham from Sunderland and Yan Couto from Manchester City this summer.

Jobe’s brother Jude joined Dortmund from boyhood club Birmingham City in 2020 aged 17, moving to Real Madrid three years later for a fee estimated at 100 million euros ($117 million).

German tabloid Bild reported on Tuesday that two further Premier League signings could arrive before deadline day on Monday — Chelsea defender Aaron Anselmino and Wolves striker Fabio Silva.

The One Show’s Roman Kemp left red-faced as book signing turns into ‘one of my worst nights’

Roman Kemp, a presenter for One Show, described it as “one of the worst nights of my life” when only two people showed up for the signing of his book, the star’s security team, outnumbered them.

TV star Roman Kemp was mortified when only two people turned up to his book signing in what he called “one of the worst nights of my life”.

The One Show presenter released Are You Really OK? in 2022. The book itself was a success but the reception was not replicated when Roman agreed to do a book signing in the branch of a major clothing chain in London’s Oxford Circus.

Speaking to his friend, the singer Tom Grennan, on their You About? podcast, the 32-year-old admitted there were more security present that fans who turned up to a get a copy of Roman’s new book signed.

He said, “I s*** you not; I had more security than anyone who arrived.” It was undoubtedly the funniest thing ever for me.

His three security guards were given the appearance of buying the book because Roman explained that the publishers had said “we need to look like people are in there.”

You’ve got three guys in the photo pretending to sign their book, he continued, “so there.” The worst thing ever happened. After five minutes, we finished it. No one wanted the book signed, despite the success of the book.

One of my life’s worst nights, I thought. There were two people, in my opinion. There are two people there at the signing of your own book.

Singer Tom Grennan, who announced today that he would become a father, said he “would have been devastated” if the same thing had transpired.

Roman, whose dad is former Spandau Ballet and EastEnders star Martin Kemp, admitted he was skeptical about the book signing at first because he finds “anything PR led really cringe.

He claimed that there was a “big clothing store right on Oxford Circus” and that he had no idea where the event was taking place. Before being brought back to Earth, the radio presenter claimed it made him feel like a “big star.”

Roman declared, “It was a big deal. They said, “We’re going to have a holding area, so we’ll take you there, we’ll brief you there, get ready there, get hair done there,” and then proceed to say, “We’re going to have a holding area.”

“Big star,” I’m thinking, “This is alright, doing alright.” Three fellas and they say, “When we go in there, you know, I know people might want to say hello and stuff like that, but just stick with us and sit down and chat to them.”

“So we end up going through Oxford Street on almost the same route as I’ve never seen, just in case we want to see all the signs for “Roman Kemp book signing” at the back entrance of this store. No one was present, as it was.
