NIVEA Q10 Radiation Gradual Tan (NIVEA) Firming +

The NIVEA Q10 Firming + Radiance Gradual Tan has been receiving positive reviews from customers. One satisfied customer remarked, “I really like this product; I use it every day on my face.” You don’t look too tanned because it gradually adds a natural-looking glow. I believe that the value for money is excellent because you also receive a lot.

Another satisfied customer commented, “This is no exception to my trust in Nivea products. I haven’t spent twenty years outside in the sun for many reasons. I barged my white legs on vacation because I was so pale.

After just three days, my skin was no longer white, despite the fact that I had gotten this Nivea Q10 cream. The color was pleasant and natural-looking. My arms and face even got it. I can only highly recommend this amazing product to others.

One customer, however, expressed a more unimpressed opinion of their purchase, saying that while daily showering seems to wash it away, it doesn’t really give off any lasting color. I’m not sure if I’ll buy it again.

Another Amazon customer, however, reaffirmed their excitement, saying, “I’m absolutely thrilled with this product. My skin feels firm and radiant as a result of using this cream, which also gives me a beautiful, natural-looking tan. My skin feels well moisturized, and the gradual tan appears flawless and even. It makes a fantastic addition to my skincare regimen. I highly recommend.”

In other news, according to the Manchester Evening News, Boots is currently selling the Garnier Summer Body Hydrating Gradual Tan Moisturiser for half the original price, which is now only £6 less from £12. Additionally, Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Natural Bronze Gradual Tanning Lotion is now priced at just £5.99.

The Bondi Sands Tinted Skin Perfector Gradual Tanning Lotion retails for £19.99 on LookFantastic.

Amanda Abbington beams after revealing hope to join Loose Women panel

Actress Amanda Abbington was full of smiles as she stepped out of a theatre on her show’s preview night amid rumours she is set to join the Loose Women panel

Amanda Abbington had a huge smile on her face as she headed to work after eyeing up her next career move. The actress was spotted leaving the Kings Head Theatre in London, where she is starring in This is not a Happy Room.

Despite the title of her latest play, Amanda could not have been happier as she stepped out in Islington. She left the theatre following her first preview night. Her happiness could also mark a sign she has got the next gig she set her sights on.

The 51-year-old revealed she would love to join Loose Women after enduring what she described as “one of the hardest years of my life”. She became embroiled in the major Strictly Come Dancing bullying row after being partnered with the show’s now axed pro Giovanni Pernice for the 2023 series.

Since withdrawing from the competition early citing “personal reasons”, and later making a formal complaint about the “toxic environment” she experienced, Amanda has been largely absent from mainstream TV.

However, it could all change if she joins the ITV daytime show. When asked if she’d consider joining the likes of Coleen Nolan and Charlene White on the daily panel show, mum-of-two Amanda reportedly said: “Yes, totally.

“It’s nice to have women’s views on things, and I think as long as we don’t paint ourselves as miserable old hags. I think women of a certain age tend to get painted as miserable and moaning and complaining, and I think it would be good to get up there and have fun. They’re great women, and I know a few of them, like Denise [Welch], I love her.”

According to The Sun, the London-born actress very much sees her career and life here in the UK, and would rule out a move Stateside.

She is attempting to brush off the Strictly scandal that has plagued her since she left the show in 2023. Amanda accused her Strictly Come Dancing partner Giovanni Pernice of being “unnecessary, abusive, cruel and mean” – but last week insisted her complaints were “never personal”.

Her complaints saw the BBC launch an investigation and the corporation ended up apologising to Amanda after upholding some of her less serious claims against Giovanni , who has since quit the show. The apology included reference to Giovanni’s use of swear words and belittling language towards the mum-of-two.

Giovanni, 34, left Strictly after Amanda’s complaints, but always insisted his innocence. He said he was “relieved” the ordeal was over and claimed he only wanted to get the best out of the actress on the dancefloor. The Sherlock actress had claimed she was subjected to a “toxic environment” and “inappropriate, mean, nasty bullying” behaviour during her time on the 2023 series.

Despite her claims against the Italian star, Amanda has now insisted they were “never personal” and praised his talent. The surprise move saw her reflect on the scandal and share her hopes for the future of Strictly, admitting it is a “great” show. Amanda said she hopes the programme is “a happier place” and “now a good environment” following the investigation.

She told the Sun: “It was something that I never really wanted to do in terms of pursuing a complaint, but it was never personal. It was all about a healthy working environment, that’s what it was. I’m friends with a few of the dancers, so I still see a lot of the professional dancers, and we’re still in touch.”

She commented on the conclusion of the BBC’s investigation into the claims last year as Amanda said: “As the BBC has indicated today in its statement, my decision to come forward and complain about Giovanni Pernice’s conduct towards me was not an easy thing to do.

“In the days, weeks and months since I contacted the BBC, I’ve been accused of being a liar, a troublemaker and of being ‘mad and unstable’. I’ve also received rape and murder threats and a bomb threat was sent to my place of work.”

She added: “My family and children have also been subjected to threats and intimidation. Despite this vile abuse, I’ve never regretted coming forward, and today’s apology from the BBC is a vindication of my complaint.”

Amanda has continued to brand her time on the show and the aftermath, the hardest years of her life. She appeared on This Morning earlier in the week where she got emotional as she said: “It’s been tricky. I don’t want to go over old ground. I don’t regret what happened. It’s time to move on – it was one of the hardest years of my life.”

Bayern accuse Canada of ‘negligence’ over Davies injury

Getty Images

Bayern Munich have accused Canada Soccer of negligence after Alphonso Davies returned from international duty with a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).

Defender Davies went off injured 12 minutes into Canada’s 2-1 win against the United States in a Concacaf Nations League third-place play-off on Sunday.

Canada Soccer initially gave the 24-year-old the all clear, but an examination on his return to Munich revealed the injury. The full-back is expected to be out for at least six months.

He added: “The way things went down was incorrect. We are the employer and also pay the players, so we will investigate.”

In an interview with German tabloid newspaper Bild, Bayern CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen said the club wanted a “complete clarification of the events”, accusing Canada Soccer of “gross negligence” and saying “we reserve the right to take legal action”.

He continued: “Sending an obviously injured player with a damaged knee on a twelve-hour intercontinental flight without a thorough medical assessment is, in our view, grossly negligent and a clear breach of medical duty of care.

“Phonzy (Davies) is not at fault, he’s the captain and he wants to take responsibility. Canada as host nation of the 2026 World Cup has already qualified, you can’t take risks with a player like him.”

Davies signed a new five-year contract with the club in February to end speculation linking him with a move to Real Madrid.

Bayern also lost French centre-back Dayot Upamecano to a long-term leg injury during the international break and remain without captain Manuel Neuer.

King Charles seen for first time after hospital admission for cancer treatment side effects

The King has left London to spend the weekend resting at his Highgrove estate in Gloucestershire, it is understood. The monarch was admitted to hospital yesterday suffering from temporary side effects relating to his ongoing treatment for cancer.

Charles, 76, has been receiving weekly treatment in hospital since his diagnosis last February. He was admitted for observation at The London Clinic for several hours but returned home to Clarence House yesterday evening. The monarch waved at wellwishers as he was driven away from his London home this morning in a black Audi. Moments earlier Princess Anne was driven out of the residence in a black Bentley.

Royal doctors advised the King to cancel his afternoon engagements yesterday as well as a planned away day in Birmingham where he alongside the Queen was due to meet local communities. Royal sources said the King would spend the weekend at his country estate in order to rest and spend some time recuperating in the outdoors, as he has enjoyed throughout his treatment schedule.

Friends of the King have described Highgrove as being “a place of great comfort” for Charles during his cancer battle. Buckingham Palace has attempted to calm nerves surrounding the King’s admission to hospital, with royal sources describing it as “a bump in the road” and insisted Charles’ treatment was still “very much headed in the right direction”.

The King returned to full time duties last April but still maintained a reduced schedule in accordance with his weekly treatment at a London hospital. Since then he has embarked on a major tour with the Queen in October to Australia and Samoa and continued his public duties at pace this year.

Sources reiterated today that the King “is in good form”, and last night managed to work on State papers and make calls from his study. A statement from Buckingham Palace at 9pm on Thursday evening said: “Following scheduled and ongoing medical treatment for cancer this morning, The King experienced temporary side effects that required a short period of observation in hospital. His Majesty’s afternoon engagements were therefore postponed.

“His Majesty has now returned to Clarence House and as a precautionary measure, acting on medical advice, tomorrow’s diary programme will also be rescheduled. His Majesty would like to send his apologies to all those who may be inconvenienced or disappointed as a result.”

Since his diagnosis last year, the King’s diary of engagements is understood to have been developed in full consultation with his medical team at all stages to protect and prioritise his recovery. Sources stressed the hospital visit was not a major development and no further updates are expected on the King’s health, with any minor alterations to his diary that may be required next week being announced in due course.

It is understood the overseas tour with the Queen from April 7-10, which will see Charles become the first British sovereign to address both houses of the Italian parliament, is expected to go ahead as planned.

The trip has already had to be reorganised after the royals were due to meet the Pope at The Vatican as part of the tour. Pope Francis was on Sunday discharged from hospital after suffering from double pneumonia and will require a period of rest and recuperation.

Last week, the King made a whirlwind three-day visit to Northern Ireland with Camilla, and earlier in March hosted high-profile audiences with key political figures including Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky, outgoing Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau and new Canadian PM Mark Carney.
