Charlotte Dawson learned last year that professional rugby player Matt had sent inappropriate messages to another woman, ruining her picture-perfect life with her fiance and their two children. When Matt and Gigi Dawson Sarsfield, who is now six months old, were separated temporarily while he worked on himself while he was pregnant with his third child, Charlotte and Matt lived apart from their family home.
Influencer and TV personality Charlotte, who turns 33 on October 3, openly acknowledged the toll it had on, saying, “Having to deal with the heartache, the hurt, the disappointment, and being pregnant on top of it all… it’s been absolutely horrible.”
But a year later, and as she welcomes OK! Gigi and Matt are currently “stronger than ever,” she says in her home for their first exclusive peek at Gigi’s pink paradise nursery. After getting engaged in 2020, they are also discussing finally saying their “I Dos.”

She reveals how they’ve managed to put things back on such a solid footing when she speaks at the Blackpool home where she lives with Matt and Gigi’s big brothers, Noah, 4, and Jude, both two.
She claims, “I’ve really learned how strong I am.” “Matt and I have been through a difficult few months and years, but I can honestly say that we are stronger than ever.”
We are both very tough people, and we are confident that we can succeed as long as we work together toward the same objective.
“I had a lot of things last year, and Gigi helped me get through it.” Although I’m strong, I was very hormonal, but something about knowing I was dating a girl only made me stronger.
The woman who was allegedly the ex-girlfriend of one of Charlotte’s rugby player pals was reportedly the woman who the drama involved. Charlotte claimed that she had tried her luck over text one night. She sent her explicit images of Matt, who had an intoxicated behavior, to her.
Charlotte, the late comedian’s daughter, claims that she and Matt have worked hard to rebuild their relationship and that she is proud of them as a couple.
She anticipates that their Big Day will be an event that “doesn’t end.” It’s undoubtedly the next exciting item on the list, she says, “but I haven’t got any dates planned yet, or even begun any planning.”
Because I don’t like the night to end, I’ve been considering the location. I’d love to marry abroad. I just enjoy the idea of it continuing because I detest saying goodbye when we get married abroad. We typically feel like a big holiday that lasts for days.

Following a massive bush-combing operation in Ekeke Erah Forest, Owan East Local Government Area, Edo State Special Security Squad, codenamed “Operation Flush Out Cultists and Kidnappers,” has taken down five suspected kidnapper camps in Edo North Senatorial District.
The Nigerian Army, local vigilante organizations, and other sister security organizations were involved in the operation, which was coordinated by the Principal Security Officer (PSO) to Governor Monday Okpebholo.
Security operatives traveled nearly five kilometers deep into the forest between Afuze and Ora, where the camps were discovered and later destroyed, according to a statement from the governor’s press secretary, Fred Itua, on Saturday.
After the six-hour exercise, Squad member Eribo Ewanta reported that signs of recent activity indicated that the camps were still in use.
We found five camps, all of which had clearly indicated that the people who had just fled. A pot of food was left on the fire and the fire was still burning. He said that this confirms the presence of alleged kidnappers in this region.

The team claimed that as suspected kidnappers allegedly received an alert to the security incursion, they tried to avoid being captured by an exchange of gunfire at a riverbank. The forest’s evidence of cattle grazing further skewed the possibility that the hideouts had a connection to armed herdsmen.
The suspects were involved in a violent gunfight, but they escaped deeper into the woods. We are still on their side, though. Their concentration camps have been razed and destroyed. Ewanta stated that Edo State will no longer be a haven for criminals.
He assured Edo residents that the operation was just the start of long-term efforts to remove kidnappers and other violent organizations from the state.
“We’re prepared for battle.” The Governor’s directive is clear: Edo must be free of all forms of crime. We’ll keep trying until we catch them.

Abdullahi Sule, the governor of Nasarawa State, has demanded that special courts be set up in the state to handle corruption cases.
At the Combined Passout Parade of 404 Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) cadets held at the Nigeria Police Mobile Force Training College in Ende Hills, Akwanga Local Government Area, Governor Sule made the call on Friday.
He praised the EFCC’s rigorous training and accomplishments in the anti-corruption fight, which resulted in more than 4, 000 convictions last year.
He expressed concern, however, that delays in the justice system were putting off the work’s potential.
Governor Sule argued that cases frequently took too long, putting the EFCC in jeopardy and putting people facing corruption charges at risk of escaping justice.
He emphasized that the establishment of a special court would expedite the hearing and determination of corruption cases, which is particularly relevant given the country’s ongoing constitutional review process.
According to him, the National Assembly has a chance to consider and pass significant reforms to strengthen national institutions as a result of the ongoing review.
“I urge the members of the National Assembly to think about setting up a special court to investigate corruption cases in the nation. Once we accomplish that, we can have a happy country.
We are aware that some of us who have lived abroad have perceived us as if we are not serious. The world will start to take us seriously once we have been found guilty in managing these kinds of cases, he said.
Governor Sule expressed confidence that a serious and effective judiciary will significantly improve Nigeria’s standing on the global stage and demonstrate that it is committed to combating corruption.
It’s difficult to combat crime in Nigeria, particularly corruption. The EFCC alone managed to indict over 4000 people last year. In Nigeria, the commission is currently handling about 18, 000 corruption cases.
They also have thousands of ongoing investigations that have not yet been filed in court. He claimed that there are “many thousand petitions being submitted to the commission that are not yet being processed.”
He thanked the 110 detective inspectors and 294 detective superintendents for their perseverance and successful training.
According to him, Nigeria’s prospects are brighter with the new cadets’ displays of discipline and excellence during the graduation ceremony.

He also praised Ola Olukoyede, the EFCC’s chairman, for his commitment to integrity, and urged the National Assembly to take this additional step to advance the fight against corruption.
“I also want to commend the EFCC’s chairman and management for their commitment to Nigerian values. In fact, our president has a faith in Nigeria, which is the inspiration behind the change of the national anthem. so that every Nigerian can enjoy pride in their country and receive equal opportunities.
“It’s not simple to fight crime in Nigeria, especially corruption,” said one journalist. The EFCC alone managed to indict over 4000 people last year. managing about 18 000 corruption cases in Nigeria.
They also have thousands of ongoing investigations that have not yet been filed in court. There are several thousand petitions that need to be submitted to the commission. Please prepare yourself for this assignment for the benefit of Nigeria before proceeding.
Ola Olukoyede, the executive chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), earlier in his remarks, alleged that new cadets must be disciplined and upholding the principles of integrity in the course of their responsibilities as EFCC officers.

Millie Mackintosh made the decision to stop taking her anxiety medication.
The 36-year-old reality TV star, who has been married to Hugo Taylor since 2018, revealed she no longer uses the drug and that she is “slowly tapering under the guidance of my psychiatrist.” She also acknowledged that one of her main issues with the drugs was how they affected her libido.
She wrote on Instagram: “I wanted to share a little mental health update as it’s been a while.. after 18 months of taking meds I’m now completely off my anxiety medication. It’s taken a few months of slowly tapering under the guidance of my psychiatrist.

Relief, fear, and everything in between have been a real combination of emotions. I’ve experienced withdrawal symptoms, including headaches, blurry vision, blurry vision, aches and pains, and emotional rollercoaster. I’ve experienced days of rage, tears that I couldn’t hold back, and questions about whether I’m doing what I should…
“Living libido for the first time while on medication was one of the hardest things I ever had to deal with.” It significantly contributed to my decision to try life without them and felt disconnected from both my relationship and myself. I’m so appreciative of the assistance they gave me when I needed it, but I’ve come to the point where I want to see who I am without drugs.
Millie acknowledged that without the medication, she would feel “wobbly” and that she wouldn’t want to take them again.
She said: “The best way I can describe it is like having an injured leg and needing crutches. The crutches help you move through the world while you heal and do therapy, and over time you get stronger. Eventually, you don’t need them anymore but when you first take them away, you feel unsteady because you’d got used to relying on them. That’s exactly how it feels coming off medication. Right now, I feel a little wobbly, but also free.
Although it hasn’t been easy, I keep reminding myself that this is a transition that will pass. I am aware that my mental health toolkit contains medications that are useful, and that I would always take them if I needed them again.
I don’t think anyone talks about how difficult it can be to get off of their medications because I’m not advising anyone. I’m just pro meds. They came to my rescue when I struggled with panic and GAD. Please consult your doctor or psychiatrist for advice.
Fans expressed gratitude for sharing Millie in the comments, and another thanked her for being so open and honest. Xx”.
The reality tv star has always been open about her struggles with mental health and has admitted to having anxiety throughout her life. Mum of two daughters, Sienna, four, and Aurelia, three, Millie admitted that her anxiety deteriorated after having children, which led to the use of medication.
