Traitors star accused of being Charlotte Chilton’s baby father breaks silence

After being accused of being the father of her daughter Penelope, Jonny Holloway, who appeared on The Traitors with Charlotte Chilton, has spoken out.

The co-star of Charlotte Chilton’s The Traitors has finally refuted accusations that he is her daughter’s father. After the pair had a one-night stand after meeting at the wrap party for her television series in January 2024, Charlotte has long accused Conor Maynard of being the father of Penelope.

Conor remained silent throughout Charlotte’s pregnancy, making up her mind that he had no desire to have a daughter, Penelope, who was born last year. Conor took a paternity test shortly after Charlotte’s daughter was born, revealing that he was actually not the father.

However, when the results arrived, Charlotte immediately called for a second exam. After Conor’s DNA sample was taken, it was revealed that an unidentified man was present. Conor wasn’t the father, according to the second result, which was released along with the first DNA test approved by the Ministry of Justice.

Charlotte has continued to assert that the Cherry On Top singer is the father despite this. She thinks the results of the tests were caused by a rare medical condition known as chimerism. She said, “There is no one else that Penelope could have come from, and I can categorically say that is impossible.”

Earlier this week, Conor revealed he’d been sent a direct message from Lauren Ward, the ex-wife of Charlotte’s co-star, Jonny Holloway, who she alleged had confessed to sleeping with Charlotte around the same time as Conor. Jonny says he and Lauren split before he started filming the hit show. The singer shared a screenshot of a message, with permission from Ms Ward, reading: “My ex-husband is Jonny Holloway, one of the Traitors. he told me he slept with Charlotte around the same time as yourself / she fell pregnant.”

Conor explained he shared the message as he felt as though he had no choice while continuing to state he was not Penelope’s father. Taking to Instagram in view of his 34,500 followers, Jonny said: “Imagine waking up when you’re in the middle of moving house from a separation that happened before The Traitors started filming, that your ex-wife is insinuating you cheated on her.”

Conor said to fans on social media before Jonny’s comment that Charlotte’s statement in the clip that I’m currently reacting to, “I feel that the main reason people are still doubting me in this situation is because of that.”

You know, I never wanted to discuss or discuss someone’s private matters, but you guys must be aware that there comes a point where I must defend myself. Conor responded to accusations that he might have bribed the DNA companies by saying, “I can understand that many of you are going to be looking for your own explanations as to why two separate court-accréditated DNA tests showed that I am not the father.

“You’re going to be looking at uncommon medical biological cases of someone who has two sets of DNA,” you’re going to find. You’re going to be thinking, “Oh Conor, you must have paid off these multi-billion dollar DNA testing companies,” and “I don’t have that much money, believe me, that would be great but I don’t.”

I wouldn’t do that, and money aside! This entire timeline would be different if the DNA test revealed that I am the father. But that is not what actually happened. He continued, “But I hope that you can see that Penelope is just a high probability that someone else’s daughter is being given,” he added.

Conor’s social media post quickly caused Charlotte to respond. You ever heard a rumor about yourself and actually wanted to know more, she captioned a gif that she shared on Instagram. What did I do after that, exactly?

Last month, Conor spoke exclusively to the Mirror and revealed that he believed the situation could have been handled privately. One lyric in his song, Cherry On Top reads: “You talk too much, please shut up,” but he says this was said in jest. He told us: “Obviously, a lot of the lyrics of the song are said somewhat in jest, but I think they mainly point to how this entire situation could have been avoided.

“I was always of the opinion that the situation could and ought to have been handled quietly and privately, especially since no evidence existed prior to its reaching the court of public opinion.” Although it was not beneficial because it had been carried out in the open, it is now too late to do that; instead, what is done is done. So, in my opinion, the lyric kind of emphasizes that sometimes it’s better to handle situations before shouting them out loud.

Conor only learned about Charlotte’s allegations when his team received an abundance of emails asking for a response, according to The Mirror.

Charlotte’s representative has been contacted for comment by The Mirror.

Comic Lou Sanders: “I’m a mad cat lady and proud”

The Last One Laughing star talks about the positive qualities a pet can bring, and how Taylor Swift has finally made cat ownership a thing of the past.

Lou Sanders, a comedian, is a cat person, and he’s very proud of it. She is not the only one, either. There are, according to the most recent research, about ten. In the UK, there are 2 million cats. One in four households (24%) have one. According to Lou, 46, who starred in the critically acclaimed comedy Last One Laughing and has recently been chosen as an ambassador for the leading family connection app Life360, “I’m obsessed with my cats and not afraid to show them.”

“I am a mad cat lady, but it’s a phrase that needs rebranding. In fact, Taylor Swift has helped begin the rebrand.” Indeed Swift has three cats: Meredith Grey and Olivia Benson, both Scottish folds, and Benjamin Button, a ragdoll. Lou, who lives in Margate, has two: Bobba, a three-legged feline who lost a leg in a road accident, and Baby. “I don’t think it helps my mad cat lady persona that I called one of them ‘Baby’,” she says. “I go outside to call them in, and people must think, ‘She keeps losing that baby!’”

There’s a method in the cat madness, though. Indeed, science shows owning a cat helps to lower blood pressure, decreases stress hormones like cortisol, and promotes relaxation through physical contact. Spending even a short amount of time with a cat can improve mood and their presence offers companionship and distraction from worries.

The eighth season of Taskmaster winner, Lou, declares, “It’s the unconditional love that they give you.” My cats would still love me if I killed someone, I thought the other day. According to Lou, there is a stigma attached to cats and women, and that needs to change quickly. When people discover something that makes them happy, other people might want to tear it down if they don’t have access to it as well. For instance, there is a whole website dedicated to getting the mick out of women in their dry robes. And I believe there’s a little misogyny because it’s often women of a certain age who enjoy finding peace and joy in things like cats and swimming in the cold. ”

After a failed romantic relationship, Lou got her cats. She says, “It was when I went through a breakup, and I think that’s quite telling. They won’t leave me, and they’re dependent on me,” she says. Cats are excellent character assessors. When the ex arrived to pick up his goods, they actually met him and turned their heads to him. I thought, “Quite right,” too. Not that he’s bad, just that he’s different people at different times. ”

Lou is currently single. She collaborated with Life360 to create the new Pet GPS, which enables you to track both your favorite people and things in one place, as well as your furry friends. 40% of Brits have lost a pet, according to new research, which coincides with the campaign!

She laughs, “It’s very obvious that I don’t have a partner.” The cats don’t actually get jealous, as I’ve seen a few people. They are typically quite nice to the guy if we do start a relationship. He is not chased out by them. They probably think, “Oh, this is good for her.” ‘Stick a tracker on this one, please. Having said that, they will notify me if a visitor is staying but doesn’t add value. Dodos will be performed on the bed. ”

According to Lou, who is a regular on QI and Would I Lie To You, it’s all good comedy. Being a woman in comedy is much simpler in 2025. Women are interested in seeing other women. We’d like to hear women’s tales. we have a variety of ages, hues, and backgrounds. The comedy’s gender balance has significantly improved. However, more can be done, and gatekeepers, the producers of comedy shows, must stop putting on just two women. ”

She continues, “Class is no longer the issue in comedy.” Because of who can afford to devote their time to the arts, Lou says, there are more posh people working in the field today. A rags-to-riches story is something that we love, but many TV stars hire people like themselves. Everyone has their own stories to tell, I want to hear from them. ”

And as a woman comedian, there are still challenges to overcome. My brother was the funny one when I was a child, and I was the peacekeeper, constantly checking everyone’s safety. Despite being more myself right now, I still feel compelled to check on people. It’s exhausting because it clashes with comedy. Sometimes I just want to be selfish and not care. Everyone is on their own path, so it’s haughty to think you can help anyway. It’s awful; in fact, I find myself getting really annoying; all I want to do is laugh.

I believe it’s a me-related phenomenon, or a woman-related phenomenon. We are taught to read between the lines and express emotions as women, not just for safety but also for affection. I don’t understand why there aren’t more female comedian chat shows. We are more emotionally intelligent because we would make a funny request for a truer response. And we enjoy talking. ”

The other female comedian Diane Morgan has recently been her best piece of advice. She advised you to focus on your creative work before noon, and don’t look at your phone or watch before noon.

The Last One Laughing star on the life-affirming love a pet can give, and how Taylor Swift has finally made cat ownership cool

Comedian Lou Sanders is a cat person – very proud of it, too. And she is by no means alone. In fact, the latest research reveals that there are around 10.2 million owned cats in the UK. And there are still barriers to be broken as a woman in comedy. “When I was growing up my brother was the funny one, and I was the peacekeeper – always making sure that everyone was okay. The greatest piece of advice she’s been given lately was by fellow female comedian Diane Morgan. “She said don’t look at your watch or phone before midday and just do your creative stuff,” says Lou.

Katie Price sparks more concern with another worryingly thin picture after hospital dash

In response to recent hospital visits involving concerns about her weight, former glamour model Katie Price has modeled a black tracksuit as she showcased her slim frame.

Katie Price has shared another worrying photo as concerns for her continue to grow. The former glamour model, 47, has worried her fans in recent months over her increasingly thinner frame.

It comes after she revealed she had medical tests over her weight loss. Katie, who has previously denied using weight loss medication, said she doesn’t know why she has lost so much.

She shared a photo of herself receiving a drip in a hospital, saying, “Morning, having a NAD+ IV drip good for energy. NAD+ IV drips promote cell regeneration, cell repair, and prevents aging and illness.

After allegedly cutting herself with a knife while cooking, Katie claimed she needed stitches. Katie’s recent modeling of a black tracksuit has raised questions.

She showed off a picture of herself wearing a pair of zip-up jacket and pair of fitted leggings. The mother-of-five gushed, “It’s unreal because it’s so comfy.”

Katie had previously stated on Snapchat that she had been up early to get some blood tests and that her patients had three failed procedures. I have to return in two weeks because they could only fill two of the tubes.

Because they examined my tiny stab wound, I’ve got to have my stitches removed. I’m seeing the doctors because I keep losing weight, and I’m not sure why. That’s that, then.

Katie received lymphatic drainage on her stomach just yesterday, which was condemned for showing off her most recent treatment. Some users on social media criticized her for “propagating her very slim look” as dangerous.

One that read, “Ridiculous,” was posted below. Stop marketing this unattractive and thin-looking young women. Katie previously claimed that she wanted to lose weight earlier this year.

On Rob Moore’s Disruptors podcast, she stated, “Yes, I’ve lost weight. Yes, I’ve wanted to lose weight. She continued, “Tell me why she felt she had to drop a dress size because, for the past three, four years, I broke my feet and spent ten months in a wheelchair because they told me I’d never walk again.”

You obviously put weight on using a wheelchair, too. Then, I started doing all the IVF procedures, which also add weight. Yes, I did put on weight, but I detested it.

“It wasn’t me, and I felt uncomfortable.” I’ve now returned from the IVF, and I’m back riding again because my feet are making me more active. I’m going back to athletic, of course, once more.

Katie admitted last year that she had never satisfied with her body. On Louis Theroux’s podcast, she stated, “I’ve always said I haven’t got body dysmorphia, but there’s definitely something wrong with me. Never have I looked in the mirror and assumed I was attractive or whatever.
