A former soap star is reportedly in discussions to appear on the next series of I’m A Celebrity spin-off All Stars. Adam Thomas is said to be in “advanced talks” with ITV about signing up for it after reaching the final of the main series.

Adam, 36, known for his roles on shows like Waterloo Road and Emmerdale, was a campmate in the jungle in Australia in 2016. He placed third in the final, behind runner-up Joel Dommett and winner Scarlett Moffatt, that year.

Three years later, Adam co-hosted I’m a Celebrity: Extra Camp. He fronted the companion show with Emily Atack for one series in 2019 and his former campmate Joel also featured.

It’s now rumoured that Adam could take part in spin-off All Stars, which was filmed in South Africa for its debut series in 2022. A second series is reportedly due to be filmed in the country this autumn ahead of airing next year.

A source told the Sun: “This will be a glorious return for Adam as he established himself as a true fan favourite through his series in camp and then on the spin-off show.” They added that he’s remained on TV since then though.

They continued, “He’s remained in the limelight with Waterloo Road and then on ITV with brother Ryan on the challenge show 99 To Beat.” He should now make his return to the wild and declare his innocence as Mr. Bushtucker Trial.

Alongside his career on TV, Adam has also made headlines in recent years after being diagnosed with arthritis. The actor has raised awareness of the condition, having spoken about his experience, including in posts on social media.

Former Strictly Come Dancing star Adam initially shared that he had been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. He’s since said that he has psoriatic arthritis – described by the NHS as a long-term condition that causes joint pain, swelling and stiffness. The NHS states that there’s currently no cure for arthritis, but that treatments that can help slow it down.

In an update posted on Instagram just last week, Adam spoke about taking medication but expressed hope that “this disease can be cured naturally”. He told his followers that he would like to not have to take medication one day.

He wrote, “I lost hope, … I lost hope,” along with a photo of himself injecting medication into his thigh. Never did I anticipate returning to my former self… I made a mistake. Stay strong, to anyone who is losing hope and struggling with arthritis! Although the road is long and agonizing, I promise you that you will!

He continued to claim that his medication had “changed” his life and that he should have been given biologic injections once every two weeks. No side effects, vomiting up, no nausea, no side effects, Adam claimed! Nothing but pain is free”!

Adam continued, “I am aware that this isn’t going to cure the disease, but it has given me a life I’ve never imagined I’d have again!” I’m still working hard and focusing on diet and recovery because I believe this illness can be treated naturally and want to stop taking any medications one day.

He concluded by stating to his supporters that he wanted to “bring hope” to those who suffer from arthritis and raise awareness. He claimed, “I don’t think it’s talked about enough.” In his post, he urged readers to “don’t lose hope, don’t lose yourself to this disease.”

When I’m a Celebrity… South Africa, which is frequently referred to as All Stars, had a number of ex-campmates when it first launched in 2022. After finishing second on I’m A Celebrity in 2006, Myleene Klass won the spin-off’s first season.

Adam is the latest former campmate rumoured for a potential return. Earlier this week, it was reported that comedian Seann Walsh, 39, has been in talks to appear on the spin-off after placing fifth on I’m A Celebrity in 2022.

Both Gemma Collins and pp” target=”_blank” aria-label=”Harry RedknaLink opens in a new tab.” tabindex=”0″>Harry Redknapp had already been linked as potential campmates. Harry, a former football manager, won I’m A Celebrity in 2018, while Gemma, a reality TV star, quit after a few days when she co-hosted the program in 2014, did it for a while.

Sue Perkins ‘touched inappropriately’ by Orville the Duck on Light Lunch

In her TV show Light Lunch, which she hosted with best friend Mel Giedroyc in the 1990s, comedian Sue Perkins allegedly got a hold of puppet Orville the Duck.

Sue Perkins’ co-host has claimed she was touched by puppet Orville the Duck as she spoke out against the “Naughty Nineties”. The comedian and former Great British Bake Off host, 55, claimed the famous green bird got handsy with her.

Her best friend and co-star Mel Giedroyc, 57, spoke of the alleged incident on Channel 4 daytime show Light Lunch. They were hosting the programme together in 1997 when they saw that children’s entertainer Keith Harris was invited on.

The giant green duckling, who was wearing a nappy, showed up with him. Mel recalled, “Woof! We’re back in the Naughty Nineties!” They weren’t particularly naughty; they were.

We had three puppeteers and their puppets for lunch, which was the most memorable of the lunches. Orville got a little shady with Sue, and we had Keith Harris with her! Orville did, she claimed on the Parenting Hell podcast.

She continued, “Yes. Harris’ influence on Orville’s “Naughty Nineties” was somewhat absent. He was nipping at the body, according to Rob Beckett, a comedian and podcast host.

Mel responded, “Yes. A ruddy hand is present there! They could get away with it by claiming it was a grey area, which Mel agreed, saying “Exactly! “

Roger de Courcey with Nookie Bear and Matthew Corbett with Sooty, who all passed away in 2015 at the age of 67, were all allegedly captivated by Sue.

Mel made the claim that “She was the honey trap, and I was just the fly buzzing round the edge rather desperately.” They all adored Perks, and they all did.

Sue and Mel met while studying at Cambridge University, where they launched their long-standing career together. In the 1990s, the comedy duo wrote for BBC Radio 4 show Weekending and created sketches for French & Saunders.

Between 1997 and 1998, they continued to host Channel 4’s daytime programs Light Lunch and Late Lunch. After their television series ended in 1999, Mel vowed that they had fond memories of Light Lunch.

Mel even admitted to snogging a programme runner, which made it clear that there was plenty going on off screen. In one of his first TV shows, she claimed it was an unidentified Dermot O’Leary.

She teased, “There was a lot going down; it should have been called Heavy Lunch.” Years later, Mel and Sue hosted the Great British Bake Off on television.

Between 2010 and 2016, they were on the BBC in those positions. The pair eventually left the show to protest the move to Channel 4 and would continue to host Mel and Sue, their short-lived chat show on ITV.

The pair admitted to being shocked and depressed to learn about the move and that they had never made a secret about wanting the program to continue.

Ozzy Osbourne funeral details ‘revealed’ with moving nod to hometown

Prior to a smaller private funeral, an event celebrating the life of late Ozzy Osbourne’s hometown of Birmingham is reportedly being considered. The musician’s death was just announced a day later, prompting the speculation.

The singer, who rose to fame in the rock band Black Sabbath, passed away yesterday morning, surrounded by family members, according to Ozzy’s family, who was last seen there last night. His 72-year-old wife Sharon Osbourne and four of his children released a joint statement.

Ozzy, who reunited with his former bandmates for a farewell concert in Birmingham earlier this month, was the subject of a wave of tributes following the news. Fans who visit the Black Sabbath Bridge bench and bridge in the city have since left flowers on them.

A star-studded celebration of his life might take place in the weeks before a smaller, private funeral, according to reports. One of the names reportedly expected to be involved with the memorial event is Jungblud, 27, who is

It is thought that Yungblud, who performed at Ozzy’s farewell show, Back to the Beginning earlier this month, resembled the late singer-songwriter. Following the news last night, he admitted to being “truly heartbroken.”

According to a source, “there are discussions about a celebration of his life in Birmingham, the city that meant a lot to him.” Ozzy initially saw Yungblud as a musician who could carry on the mantle of what he started all those years ago, and he is expected to play a part in it.

Numerous celebrities will want to pay their respects, they added. There are “hundreds of big names who will want to pay his respects and celebrate his life and legacy,” according to the source, as well as “thousands of fans who would line the streets to bid him adieu.”

Ozzy, who has battled a number of health issues throughout his life, passed away, it was announced yesterday. A statement from his wife Sharon and four of his children, Kelly Osbourne, Louis Osbourne, Aimee Osbourne, Jack Osbourne, and Kelly Osbourne, were shared.

Our beloved Ozzy Osbourne passed away this morning, according to the statement, “with more sadness than words can convey.” He was surrounded by love and his family. At this time, we ask that everyone respects our family’s privacy. Jack, Kelly, Aimee, and Louis, among others.

He stated in his tribute last night that he had anticipated that you would leave because your last encounters were so full of life and your laughter filled the room. However, as legends are used to illustrate, they appear to be aware of our shortcomings.

You will always be with me wherever I go on stage, with me wherever I go. “I will never forget you.” My most priceless possession is your cross that you wear around my neck. You once asked if you could do anything for me, and I responded, “The music was enough for everyone of us,” as I will say now.

You took us on your adventure, an adventure that started it all, yungblud, who just released a charity cover of Black Sabbath’s song Changes. I’m truly devastated. You were history’s greatest.

Proud grandpa Ozzy Osbourne welled up with pride during his last photoshoot with many of his closest rock star pals and family – just 18 days before his death.

The rock legend stated to friends during the shoot that his life’s focus was “being with my family and my grandchildren.” Sid, Ozzy’s emotional grandson, will follow in his footsteps as an entertainer, according to emotional Ozzy’s statement to a host of famous musicians.

The two-year-old’s mother is the Black Sabbath rocker’s daughter Kelly, and the 76-year-old had forged a wonderful relationship with her. Ozzy boasted that Sidney, who was born in November 2022, already had musical talent during his visits, according to the star’s friends. One musician, who declined to be identified, recalled how Ozzy “could not stop beaming as he spoke about Sidney and how he didted on the child.”

On July 4, photographer and long-time friend Ross Halfin took photos of Ozzy with family members and Sidney on his lap. Who had agreed to play in what would become the highest-grossing charity show of all time was a celebration and thank you for the acts?

There were also pics taken of Ozzy with the biggest stars from Rock and metal who would go on to appear alongside him in the Back To The Beginning show a day later at Villa Park. Lass than three weeks later, Ozzy would pass away.

The insider claimed that “Ozzy just loved gushing about Sidney’s voice and talent.” When he had him on his lap laughing and playing around, there was a real connection between them. At that time, Ozzy could see that he was actually the smitten grandpa, whose child was his star. Sidney would be the next generation of musicians to fly the family’s flag, according to Ozzy’s many attendees.

Ozzy also suggested that his time be spent away from the spotlight after the May show to the Guardian. He said, “It’s time for me to spend some time with my grandkids.”

Ozzy Osbourne’s wild life: Party animal and reality TV star who bit head off bat

Although he never displayed a gentle side on stage, Ozzy Osbourne had a completely different persona and personality when it came to his beloved family.

By the middle of the 1980s, Ozzy Osbourne had a husband and father who worked to balance rock stardom with family life.

The rest of his life was shaped by his 1982 marriage to Sharon, both personally and professionally. She became his manager, anchor, and force that maintained his career (and life) on track as well as his wife. Aimee, their first child, was born in September 1983. Ozzy was adamant about being present despite the chaos of touring life.

During a brief but crucial break in Ozzy’s live dates in July 1984, Sharon gave birth to Kelly.

In 1985, Ozzy, who had three children from a previous marriage (Jessica, Eliot, and Louis), visited the Betty Ford Center for substance abuse treatment. However, family life had become more difficult. Sharon recalled to Variety in 2021 how she persuaded Ozzy to seek assistance: “I said, You’ve got to go.

Kelly was born, and Ozzy left for Palm Springs the following morning. In England, we were raised in the countryside. The pubs were the only things there were. I was already aware that this wasn’t the best course of action for parents with children.

In November 1985, Jack the son was born. Ozzy was juggling his ongoing battles with substance abuse with his musical work that year.

It’s a very selfish illness, they say. You don’t give it any thought because you’re loaded, in a different state, Ozzy told Variety.

Family photos show a softer side of the wildman, with Ozzy cradling Aimee and Kelly, laughing with the toddlers, and doting on Aimee during a time of intense pressure. Before him, Ozzy was a father.

In addition to managing Ozzy’s increasingly complex career, raising three children, and managing the household, Sharon was the ultimate multitasker. A strong bond was established between the two during the madness, which was still ongoing.

Sharon stated to the Guardian in 2012 that “structure in a family makes you feel safe otherwise you’re all over the place.”

In the 2002 reality TV series The Osbournes, the family rediscovered fame. Ozzy told the Guardian in May that “it’s time for me to spend some time with my grandkids.” I’m not interested in persuading in a hotel room. The rest of my life should be spent with my family.

Ozzy Osbourne’s story of success with Black Sabbath before axe and solo stardom

Ozzy Osbourne, a rock legend, undoubtedly had a success story from his Birmingham roots to becoming a superstar with his band Black Sabbath, whose album put them on the map.

The Black Sabbath story started when four boys from Birmingham got together to form a band in 1968, releasing a self-titled debut album in 1970.

But it was their second album, Paranoid, released in September that year, that really put them on the map – the title track became their most famous anthem and is heralded as one of the greatest heavy metal songs of all time.

By 1976, Black Sabbath were international stars with seven albums and hundreds of sold-out gigs under their belts. And these shots showing the band gleefully posing with gold discs (for record sales of more than 500,000) were starting to become a regular feature for the foursome.

Ozzy recalled: “We started off as four guys from Aston who had a dream, and it became true beyond our wildest dreams.

“And with the success came all the trappings, and we tried them all.” The women, the women, and the drugs. Our lives were radically altered.

Tony Iommi, the lead guitarist, claimed that their success was due to the early years’ harsh opinions of the critics.

He said, “We firmly believed in what we did, and that is how life has always been for us.” We had to cross many obstacles, but we kept going. You can’t just disintegrate as a result of what others say. You must have faith in your actions. We did, in fact,

Bassist and lyricist Terry ‘Geezer’ Butler recalled: “The early years were a whirlwind for us. In the 70s you were lucky to have five or six albums out and lots of bands disappeared before that. But we built up a strong following around the world.”

We were a pretty tough band then, according to drummer Bill Ward. We had completed numerous tours, traveled extensively, and had millions of fans in our backs. There was a lot to like about us.

However, Ozzy’s erratic behaviour due to alcohol and drugs led to the band firing him in 1979.

However, he bounced back, becoming well-known for his solo albums Bark at the Moon, Diary of a Madman, and Blizzard Of Ozz, and having performed on sold-out tours. And he made 1982 headlines worldwide when he bit a live bat while performing on stage.

Ozzfest, a US and European music festival co-founded by wife Sharon to promote new metal bands, was a huge success. It ran from 1996 to 2018.

According to reports, Sabbath had sold more than 75,000 albums during their career by 2024. The Paranoid album has currently sold 12 million copies, and the single Paranoid reportedly surpassed one billion streams on Spotify’s “Billions Club.”
