During Paris Fashion Week in 2016, Kim Kardashian was the target of an armed robbery. The case was just the subject of a trial for the organization, who was recently found guilty.

Not a single one of the armed robbers who held Kim Kardashian up at gunpoint and stole $10million-worth of jewellery will spend another day in prison, it emerged today. Lawyers for the seven men and one woman found guilty of targetting the 44-year-old reality TV star confirmed on Saturday that all remained free.

Following a infamous trial that lasted less than a month, they all received a guilty verdict at the Paris Assizes on Friday. A source for the defense counsel said that “none of the prisoners’ health and age factors and the fact that they have already spent time in prison will prevent them from returning to cells.” “All of the people have come home.”

The verdict in the trial was announced as Ms. Kardashian’s lawyers claimed that “justice had been served” and that she was satisfied with the outcome. Léonor Hennerick, the American’s barrister, said, “She can move on,” but she later admitted that the majority of the swag has never been recovered.

Aomar A. A. Khedache, the ringleader of the gang, who has been nicknamed the “Grandpa Robbers,” received the highest sentence of eight years in prison, with five of the suspended members serving. At Khedache, better known as “Old Omar,” is deaf and unable to speak in spite of years of abuse and violent crime, including other heists and drug trafficking.

He was given an eight-year prison sentence, but his defense attorney, Chloé Arnoux, said, “He has already served five years in prison. He won’t go.” The remaining three years will also be suspended because he was found guilty in 2017 of a second sentence in addition to the most recent one. According to Ms. Arnoux, “This decision also shows that justice can truly correct the situation in ways other than prison.”

Yunnis Abbas, 72, who wrote the book “I kidnapped Kim Kardashian,” has already spent enough time inside to escape. She was given a seven-year sentence and two years in prison.

Trial judge David De Pas had the authority to sentence the robbers to 10 years in prison, as had the prosecution, and they had requested that the robbers be imprisoned for up to 30 years. The Judge later acknowledged that “the sentences were fairly lenient,” but he added that none of the suspects were likely to reoffend because it had been almost nine years since the heist in October 2016.

Claudia Fragapane, an unnamed “obsessed” teenager who was sentenced to stalking Strictly Come Dancing star, allegedly told police that she planned to murder the family.

A teenage school girl allegedly threatened to “murder” the family of Strictly Come Dancing star Claudia Fragapane after she was convicted of stalking the star.

The former professional gymnast, 27, was forced to leave her home after she was subjected to harassment by the 15 year old, who reportedly became obsessed with the star. The teenager, who can not be identified due to her age, was given a restraining order for stalking Claudia but was accused of breaching the terms of the order by posting on social media.

And in accordance with the most recent allegation, she was detained by the police just one day after posting on her preferred social media platform. According to some, she allegedly said to the arresting officers, “I’m going to murder all the family.”

The schoolgirl has disputed that she violated the Bristol Magistrate’s Court’s restraining order.

In 2016, Claudia and AJ Pritchard teamed up for Strictly. The pair made it to the semi-final at the time. The case is still unsolved.

After being subjected to stalking by the unnamed teen, Claudia was reportedly faced with no other choice but to flee her home.

The schoolgirl eventually discovered Claudia’s address and showed up at Claudia’s door. The former athlete’s sense of safety was nonexistent prior to the teenager’s conviction for stalking because of the incident’s “fear and anxiety” that the teenager had experienced.

The teenager allegedly attempted to intimidate Claudia by breaking a restraining order, which led to her being arrested with the police.

According to The Sun, District Judge Lynne Matthews stated that Claudia had no idea how the defendant came to terms with her. She retreated from her own home as a result. She has completely transformed Claudia’s life.

The schoolgirl received an 18-month rehabilitation order that mandated that she reside with her father, that she be monitored for the duration, and that Claudia be prevented from approaching her at any time, including at her home.

If this was your last appearance, Judge Lynne Matthews said, “I’d really like it.” Keep her [Claudia] at her side.

The judge came to the conclusion that “detention” may result from any violation of the rehabilitation order or extended restraining order.

Claudia was absent from court at the time.

Singer-songwriter Sam Fender has always been open about his mental health and the struggles he has faced over the years, as well as his journey to fame

Sam Fender has never shied away when it comes to sharing an insight into his life and his mental health. The musician, 31, will today headline BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Liverpool, performing alongside the likes of Myles Smith, Sugababes, Blossoms and Inhaler.

However, off-stage, Fender has been widely praised for being a positive influence on young men, as well as initiating conversations about mental health and toxic masculinity. After the coronavirus pandemic, Sam released his second solo album, Seventeen Going Under, following his chart-topping 2019 debut, Hypersonic Missiles.

In the album, he chronicled his struggles during the pandemic, revealing that he received a letter from the NHS instructing him to shield for 12 weeks. Earlier this year, he went on to score his third Number One album with People Watching, spawning hits including a track of the same name, Arm’s Length and Tyrants.

Speaking about the record, Fender said: “Our third album, People Watching. Feels pretty surreal saying that, it was a baptism of fire making it over the last 3 years. I want to send a huge thank you to Markus Dravs and Adam Granduciel for helping us steer the ship, it was a hell of a journey! I want to thank the fans for their unwavering support and patience. I’m eternally gobsmacked by the response to these songs, and humbled to see so many familiar and new faces at the shows.”

Before achieving worldwide recognition, the singer-songwriter confessed to being “a little stoner” and failing his A-Level studies in his hometown of North Shields. Sam and his mum, Shirley, lived in a flat plagued with black mould. Reflecting on his lockdown experience, Sam admitted he coped “horrendously”, neglecting self-care by overeating and drinking, which left him feeling “miserable”.

His father, Alan, struggled to express emotions, leaving Sam concerned that he had been taught toxic masculinity due to his father’s emotional reticence. Despite appearing confident now, Sam admits he was filled with self-loathing after finding fame, leading to intense self-hatred.

“I was dealing with abandonment issues, my folks split up when I was young and I lived with my dad, but then he and I stopped getting on,” he shared with The Guardian. He also revealed that he was bullied at school for having long hair and being “sensitive”.

Although he didn’t retaliate against his bullies, Fender remembers “snapping” in his 20s, resorting to hitting walls to release his pent-up anger and frustration. His debut album featured the poignant track Dead Boys, which has been a lifeline for fans grappling with dark thoughts.

Sam opened up about the personal significance of the song, revealing in 2021: “I lost a good friend to suicide last year, and I’m not going to lie to you – over lockdown, and even before, I was in that sort of place myself. I had moments where I was so low that I thought about it,” before he clarified that he never attempted it.

In a candid chat with NME back in 2018, he shared: “I lost some friends very close to me because of that. This song came from that place, and I have been playing it to other people ever since. It’s raised a conversation and I realised how much of a present issue it is. Everybody that I spoke to from all different parts of the country have all got a connection to someone they’ve lost.”

He also touched on the damaging effects of “toxic masculinity” on mental health discussions, particularly among men who are often pressured by outdated notions of stoicism. “I was told not to cry as a kid,” he disclosed, before condemning the harmful mindset: “It’s that sort of backwards attitude, so when we feel bad we feel ashamed or we feel like embarrassed.”

Sam previously spoke openly about taking time off to prioritise his wellbeing. In 2022, he cancelled several performances, citing “burnout” from touring. At the time, he explained that it would be “hypocritical” to continue working while neglecting his own mental health.

In a statement released in September 2022, Fender said: “It seems completely hypocritical of me to advocate discussion on mental health and write songs about it if I don’t take time to look after my own mental health. I’ve neglected myself for over a year now and haven’t dealt with things that have deeply affected me.

“It’s impossible to do this work on myself while on the road, and it’s exhausting feigning happiness and wellness for the sake of business. My friends and colleagues have been worried about me for a while and it’s not going to get better unless I take the time to do so.” He later explained he was beyond grateful to his fans for understanding before adding: “Me and the boys are burnt out and we need this time.”

Over the course of his career, Sam has also tackled the injustice within the socioeconomic scene and used his platform for the better. His working-class background has remained strong throughout his music, with millions relating to Seventeen Going Under He’s spoken openly about the tough times when his mum couldn’t work due to fibromyalgia and mental health issues.

Reflecting on his previous album, Sam shared: “To be honest, with this record, it wasn’t actually a real aim to tackle social issues, it was just I’d done therapy for two years once I started getting famous. That, basically, opened up a whole can of worms with my upbringing. I just ended up writing about home a lot more, writing about my life, and writing about my mother. Them stories just have a social conscience in them, because it’s talking about very, very normal things that happen to very normal people.”

In an interview with The Big Issue, Sam remembered how his mum Shirley felt “embarrassed” by their hardships, but now that his circumstances have transformed, he remains tightly knit with his North East community. Proudly off benefits, Sam expressed: “It’s amazing, I love that.”

Prince Louis, Prince William’s youngest son, is currently supporting no fewer than five football teams, according to Prince William, who is seven years old.

The Prince, a long-time supporter of the sport, addressed the issue with how his children are faring when choosing their team.

It seems Louis, seven, still hasn’t made up his mind. Erin, aged nine, presented William with a handmade Aston Villa poster and asked which team she supported. When she admitted she had more than one, William smiled and said Louis is doing exactly the same, backing “five different” clubs.

It’s no secret that William is a die-hard Aston Villa fan. He’s even passed his passion down to his eldest son, George, 11. The pair were spotted together at two Villa matches this spring, with William confirming to sports journalist Neil Moxley that George is indeed “part of the pride”.

However, the royal father-of-three doesn’t anticipate that every one of his children will follow his example. I’m hoping that they will all eventually form their own teams. In a surprisingly sparse interview with The Sun in March, he claimed that not everyone who loves Villa fans. Although I’m trying not to be biased, they obviously notice my passion for the sport and watch my matches. Williams added, “I’m trying to spread a little love a little bit.”

Although George has been seen at games and all three of the children appear to be Villa fans, it seems like there is some back-and-forth play. And it’s not just talk. The Prince recently showed off his own football skills at Leith Community Centre, taking to the pitch in a suit as part of his official visit. Earlier in the week, he also presented the FA Cup trophy to Crystal Palace at Wembley, fulfilling his duties as Patron of the Football Association.

The Royal Foundation has pledged financial support to revitalize Leith Community Centre and support a “Leith United” coalition that aims to secure long-term funding for grassroots community spaces as part of its new initiative.
