Gregg Wallace says ‘I’m not a sex pest’ as he slams ‘horrific’ reaction to his BBC axe

Gregg Wallace, the ex-exiled masterchef, has responded to his dismissal from the BBC with accusations of inappropriate behavior, including those that he described as “groper, flasher, and sex pest.”

Former MasterChef presenter Gregg Wallace has spoken out following his exit from the BBC, insisting he has been misrepresented and unfairly compared to serious sex offenders.

Wallace, 60, said in a moving interview, “I’m not a flasher, sex pest, or groper.” He made it clear that he is not trying to win any sympathy by acknowledging some unfavorable comments in the past and said, “I’m not looking to play the victim.”

Wallace was removed from MasterChef after an independent investigation upheld 45 of 83 complaints against him, made by 41 individuals.

He responded to the allegations by saying, “I’m not a groper.” I’m not a flasher, so people think I’ve been exposing myself by putting my pants down. I’m perceived as a sex pest by some. I’m not. I’m not sexist, misogynist, or anything else. There have never been any sexual harassment accusations.

“I have seen myself written about in the same sentence as Jimmy Savile and Huw Edwards, paedophiles and sex offenders. That is just so, so horrific.”

Another upheld allegation involves Wallace touching a woman at a party and dates back 15 years. He acknowledges touching her bottom, but he says he thought it was a consensual situation.

He thought the woman had shared personal information about her life with him and given him her phone number as a sign of interest. Wallace claims that Wallace asserts that the interaction was acknowledged even in the official report.

One of the allegations that has been refuted is related to a teenage Wallace who walked out of his dressing room with only a pair of socks over his genitalia 18 years ago. He explained that there were only a few friends’ close friends nearby and that the studio was closed at the time with no contestants present.

Those who witnessed the act were either amused or unfazed because, in Wallace’s opinion, it was intended as a joke. No one was distressed by the situation, he claims.

Wallace further explained the significance of the sock incident, claiming that Monica Galetti and four other show coworkers sat just outside of his dressing room. He said, “I was getting changed to attend a black tie or benefit event.”

I wore my shirt and bow tie. They are the only ones who are outside the door. I unfastened the sock, opened the door, and left for “Wahey!” and once more unlock the door. Nobody was distressed, he added, adding that those present were either amused or perplexed.

The ex-MasterChef judge also addressed more allegations, most notably one from a woman who claimed he had “altered” exposing himself, according to the BBC. He said, “Angrily,” and that really hurt me. According to the investigation, this person’s story is untrue.

Wallace asserted that he was open to revealing his torso and that he frequently changed clothes in front of others.

He also acknowledged that his use of sexualized or inappropriate remarks, which he fully accepts, was a major source of the received criticism. He attributes that behavior to his upbringing, though.

Wallace admitted to using inappropriate language in response to the situation and said, “Over the past eight months or so, I have learned a lot about myself… I am so sorry for anyone who has hurt me now that I am aware.

Ozzy’s family announced he had died in statement on Tuesday which shocked the music world, as it came just over two weeks after the Back To The Beginning show at Villa Park.

Our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning, according to the statement, “with more sadness than words can convey.” He was surrounded by love and his family. At this time, we ask that everyone respects our family’s privacy. Jack, Kelly, Aimee, and Louis, among others.

For the first time since July 12, 2009, Oasis have returned from their Dig Out Your Soul tour to Wembley Stadium. There will be five nights of them there.

During Oasis’ comeback shows so far, it has been difficult to compete for an important spot at the barriers.

Gregg Wallace breaks silence on John Torode MasterChef axe with warning to TV stars

Gregg Wallace has responded to the news that John Torode has been fired from MasterChef, revealing what he really thinks of his former co-host Greg Wallace, despite previously saying he won’t be the last.

Former MasterChef star Gregg Wallace has responded to John Torode’s contract not being renewed at the BBC cooking programme following racism allegations. Wallace, 60, was only recently axed from the series following an investigation into his inappropriate behaviour.

Banijay – which produces MasterChef – released a report into Wallace’s behaviour on the show, conducted by law firm Lewis Silkin. The company’s investigation substantiated 45 of the allegations made against the presenter, the majority of which related to inappropriate sexual language and humour.

Meanwhile, a small number of allegations relating to the star being in a state of undress and one claim of unwanted physical contact were also substantiated. Torode, who hosted MasterChef for nearly 20 years, confirmed recently he was the person alleged to have used racist language after an investigation into Wallace. However, Torode claimed he had no memory of making the comment and denies it ever happened. He is reportedly set to take legal actions against his former employers.

Torode has been removed from the television show.

Earlier this month, the BBC confirmed Torode’s contract will not be renewed, saying: “The BBC takes this upheld finding extremely seriously. We will not tolerate racist language of any kind and, as we have already said, we told Banijay UK, the makers of MasterChef, that action must be taken. John Torode’s contract on MasterChef will not be renewed.”

Banijay, the production company, added that it was “incredibly seriously” about the situation. Wallace responded to the news by saying he “won’t be the last” to make headlines following Banijay and the BBC’s statement.

Wallace said in a new interview, “Johnny Torode is not a racist. John is not a racist despite my 30-year friendship. I’ll show you the incredible diversity of the people he has supported over the years as MasterChef winners as proof of that.

There is no way a racist person can be a racist, he continued to The Sun. No way . And I want no one to go through what I’ve been through, so I extend my sympathies to John.

Torode claimed he learned from reading media reports that he had been fired from MasterChef for using racist terminology, but that he now believes it’s time to pass the cutting board to someone else.

The celebrity chef, 59, said he had not heard from the BBC or the production company Banijay UK, and repeated that he still had no recollection of the accusation against him, in a statement posted on his Instagram account on July 15.

He then posted a lengthy statement on Instagram, saying: “Although I haven’t heard from anyone at the BBC or Banijay, I am seeing and reading that I’ve been “sacked” from MasterChef and that I have no memory of what I’m accused of.

The inquiry couldn’t even state when I was supposed to have made a mistake. I had hoped that I would have some influence when I left a show that I’ve worked on since its relaunch in 2005, but events in the last few days seem to have prevented that.

john and gregg
Without either of the original presenters, MasterChef will continue.

A report by Lewis Silkin, which was released on July 14, and which was a result of Wallace’s dismissal, stated that 45 of the 83 allegations made against him during his time on the show were supported, including one claiming that he had made “unwelcome physical contact.”

Wallace said in a statement following the release of the findings, “My family and I have lived under a cloud for eight months. media trial, fueled by clickbait and rumors. None of my serious allegations were accepted.

I made amends to the unresolved issue of unwanted touching, but I now have to accept a different perspective, and I feel terribly sorry for any inconvenience. It was never meant to be. I’m relieved that the Banijay report fully acknowledges how much my behavior changed in 2018. Some of my language and humor were off the mark.

He continued, “I never intended to harm or humiliate.” On and off the screen, I’ve always made an effort to support and warm up MasterChef. After nearly 20 years on the show, I’ve come to the conclusion that some patterns may have been misinterpreted due to characteristics I’ve only recently come to understand.

I also acknowledge that more could have been done, both from my side, to address earlier concerns. I’ve learned a lot about how I communicate and how I’m perceived thanks to my late diagnosis. I’m still learning. I’m grateful for all the help they’ve received from Banijay. In the end, the BBC exposed me to the media’s accusations and the harm it left behind.

Thank you, to those who’ve shown kindness, Wallace continued. It was significant. It was brutal. Modern broadcasting has become a dangerous place for a working-class man who speaks directly.

“This time, I was the headliner.” But not everyone will be here. If the BBC continues in this direction, where it is more important to preserve its legacy than to safeguard people, there will be more casualties. I’ll take my next step, for my part, into consideration with full legal support.

Oasis fans discover new genius way of watching the sold-out shows for free

Fans of Oasis who couldn’t get tickets to their sold-out Manchester shows found a novel way to see the band instead, and even the Gallaghers were impressed.

Two Oasis fans who failed to get tickets to the band’s sold-out tour found a genius way to watch their homecoming gigs at Manchester’s Heaton Park.

A clip of the male fans, who might have had a better view of the stage than the majority of the crowd, was posted to TikTok by @softgirlswhohikle, who posted a video to the platform. “Oasis has no tickets available” “Get the cherry picker out”! the phrase was in the title.

“At least they didn’t forget their bucket hats,” they added. The post quickly racked up more than 160,000 likes, with fans saying both Oasis and Liam Gallagher and brother Noel Gallagher reposted the short clip to their own social media accounts.

Without prior authorization, content cannot be displayed.

And one commenter compared the outrageously high prices of the tickets, some of which reached £500, to “Cheaper to hire than paying for a ticket” and people were impressed with the Oasis fans’ efforts.

Another posted: “This is definitely maybe iconic.” A third asked: “Genius! Are they taking bookings? Asking for a friend.” A fourth joked: “That’s Bez and Shaun Ryder [from the Happy Mondays].” A fifth added: “Well done lads… I’m surprised the council didn’t try and put a fence around it!” While a sixth added: “Champagne Supernova in the SKYYYYYYYY!!!”

Oasis have already played five nights in their hometown of Manchester at Heaton Park following their reunion tour that began in Cardiff on Friday, July 4.

The first night of another five-night stretch, this one at London’s Wembley Stadium, will be tonight (Friday, July 25). The band last performed at Wembley on July 12, 2009 as part of their “Did Out Your Soul” Tour.

It became one of their final gigs before they sensationally split in Paris later on that year. But the venue doesn’t hold good memories for older brother Noel, 58, who previously tore into ‘our kid’ Liam, 52, over a previous performance.

He claimed that that was the band’s “worst ever” performance from a performance from 2000 as their “worst ever” It was a terrible two and a half hour performance on stage. Lam is able to hang his head shamelessly. It was terrible.

The band will make sure that the following five nights are memorable for all the right reasons, so the band will be pulling everything together. After their performances in London, they’ll then embark on international tour dates in Dublin and Edinburgh.

After a 16-year feud, so far Liam and Noel are holding it together on tour – and were even spotted holding hands on stage.

Although the brothers’ relationship seems to be in good shape right now, Liam recently revealed his biggest regret with the band. How does it feel to sing along with your brother once more, a fan asked him on social media? “As in the past”? You know what it means spiritually, Liam replied, “But I can’t help but think about all those wasted years, what a waste of precious time!”

However, after their upcoming tour, will fans be able to see the once-warring brothers once more? Let’s see how this tour turns out and if we still fall in love with one another after it, Liam teased a fan.

‘I’m part of British royal family after Queen’s secret marriage and love child’

According to a new documentary, Queen Victoria had a secret lovechild for her husband. A woman here speaks out about her descent from the royal family.

Queen Victoria and John Brown were not only secretly married, they had a love child, a new documentary will claim. Historian Dr Fern Riddell believes she has found proof that the monarch and her manservant were deeply in love – and that the Queen gave birth to her tenth child, a girl called Mary-Anne, whose father was John.

“I think Victoria and John had a crazy love,” She says, “I think I have some proof that they got married, and I really do think there’s a good chance they may have had a child together.”

“Big claims,” according to TV lawyer Rob Rinder, who appears in the documentary with a skeptical eye on her findings. If you’re correct, our understanding of history is altered.

Riddell reveals in her new book, Victoria’s Secret, that she has discovered a direct descendant of Minnesota-based, USA-based Mary-Anne _ Angela Webb. She was raised knowing all the tales about her family coming from an illegitimate branch of British royalty but never thought it could be proven. John Brown was her grandfather’s great uncle.

She shows off a basket of heirlooms in the Channel 4 programme and explains: “They were originally Queen Victoria and John Brown’s and have made their way to me. There are books, there’s jewellery, there’s documents.

Queen Victoria commissioned this brooch. It says March 29, 1896. It also has a back hair lock.

This is Victoria’s handwritten note. The royal seal is present. On the 27th, which would have been the anniversary of his passing, the recommendation is to place a wreath and flowers in the deceased’s bed.

Angela claims that John Brown was more than just a close friend of Queen Victoria’s in the story she grew up with. She claims that her family is descended from the child who was conceived as Mary-Anne, the child of Queen Victoria and John Brown, and that there was a romantic relationship.

Dr. Fern claims that the Brown family’s undiscovered secret archive proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that the couple were lovers and that John’s brother Hugh was raising her daughter Jessie with his wife. The unborn couple relocated to New Zealand with the child, which helped prevent scandal.

But later it’s said that Queen Victoria begged them to return to Scotland with the child – and they did. In the film, Dr Fern says that the end of Victoria’s marriage to Prince Albert had been an unhappy time. Victoria had struggled through her nine pregnancies and suffered from post-natal depression, plus symptoms including hallucinations that may have been mistaken for the madness that had afflicted King George.

She claims that the couple would have had to practice celibacy because doctors had warned against any additional pregnancies. She is therefore instructed to end any sexual relations with her husband in her late 30s. For her, it will be a real problem with their marriage.

Dr. Fern thinks that the queen had a strong sex desire from the beginning. She adored physical pleasure, and she was sensual. A young Victoria’s claim that she and Albert were riding in the rain and that he had “nothing under them,” which she had also underlined, was untrue.

Angela Webb (spotty jacket)- other two are Rob Rinder and Dr Fern Riddell
The new Channel 4 program is presented by Rob Rinder.

Fern says she understands why Victoria was drawn to John Brown at the time because he was attractive and shrewd. You can see why Queen Victoria is irresistibly drawn to him, she says.

The couple spent more time in Scotland at Balmoral, where John would have spent much of his time with Victoria, when their marriage becomes strained. According to Dr. Fern, “This gives a wounded Queen a chance to flirt with a powerful, seductive young man.”

The monarch wrote to John’s brother Hugh in 1886 to let him know how she felt about his brother, among other things, one that was discovered in the Brown family archive in 1886. It reads, “I held and took his dear kind hand.” No one loved him more than I did, I told him. No one loves you more than I, he replied, and neither do you.

In one Christmas card she tells her lover: “My lips may give a message better of Christmas love than even my letter.” And in case that wasn’t clear enough, another says: “I have loved thee with an everlasting love.”

rob and angela
Next week, the bombshell program will be broadcast.

Rinder agrees this could only mean they had a “deep, meaningful and enduring” love affair. But the affair was hushed up, and so too was the pregnancy, Dr Fern believes, which happened when the Queen was in mourning over Prince Albert and out of public life.

She declares, “I think there was a surprise baby, spirited away to New Zealand,” and provides proof that Victoria and John were secretly married. Then, after Victoria and John made their first public appearance, they arranged to bring Hugh, Jessie, and Mary-Anne home.

When Dr. Fern contacted her with inquiries about her ancestry, Angela was “flabbergasted.” She wants to conduct a DNA test because she thinks she can “see” myself in pictures of Queen Victoria.

She claims, “I’d love to be able to demonstrate that their love story was truly beautiful.” It would be wonderful to be able to claim that John Brown was her second-greatest love because of this fact.

Ellen DeGeneres admits ‘we just can’t keep up’ amid struggle with new life in UK

Ellen DeGeneres, a former talk show host, has spoken out about the constant difficulties of moving from the US to England with her wife Portia de Rossi.

Since moving to the UK, Ellen DeGeneres has experienced a significant culture shock.

Ellen DeGeneres has opened up about life in the English countryside following her move to the UK with wife Portia de Rossi in November 2024. In a recent interview in Cheltenham with journalist Richard Bacon, the former talk show host discussed adjusting to rural life, the couple’s unexpected struggles with livestock, and the ongoing challenges facing LGBTQ+ rights in the United States.

DeGeneres, 67, described how they initially embraced their new surroundings and began to cultivate the land around their home by using lawn mowers to manage the pastures for their horses. However, they both quickly realized how difficult the task was.

DeGeneres recalls telling de Rossi, “We just can’t keep up with this,” before suggesting that sheep be brought in to help with the overgrowth. DeGeneres claims that the concept quickly developed into a number of significant difficulties.

We went to Portugal and said, “Let’s just get four sheep to put in the pastures with the horses,” and we did. And they were just leaving the following morning. They simply climbed out, and I had to purchase electric fencing afterwards.

According to the former talk show host, the couple’s relationship ended up with the fencing. Then one of the men exited, and the rest of the men did the same. Then I realized I needed to construct a fence. We built a fence, and it destroyed everything because it was so ugly. Therefore, I had to pay to knock down the fence.

She continued, “I bought those sheep for a lot of money.” I can’t even estimate the price of those sheep. Portia thought of it.

DeGeneres also made the point that, as she put it, “the dog would get to it whenever they needed to. “

Since moving across the pond in November, the couple has continued to explore various regions of the UK despite the mishaps.

DeGeneres made a humorous comment about British place names while admitting she had trouble pronouncing them. “This is Cheltenham, right?” I don’t go, ‘ Chelten-ham. ‘ You all have to give your names in such a hurry. It should]be] ‘ By-sister, ‘ but it’s ‘ Bicester, ‘ right”?

We don’t have time for that, she joked, because town names must have been created quickly.

DeGeneres also addressed more pressing issues during the interview, particularly those relating to LGBTQ+ rights in the United States. “The Baptist church in America is trying to reverse gay marriage. They are attempting to at least at least prevent it from occurring in the future and possibly reverse it.

She revealed that she and de Rossi are already getting ready to consider potential U.S. policies’ effects. “Portia and I are already looking into it, and we’re going to get married here in Cheltenham,” said Portia. Have cheese on us, she said.
