The actress, who appeared in The Osbourne’s with her parents, expressed gratitude by saying, “I’ve sat down writing this a hundred times and don’t know if the words will ever feel like enough.

She continued, “Grief is a strange thing; it sneaks up on you in waves. I won’t be okay for a while, but knowing that our family is not alone in our suffering makes a difference.”

Aquaman star Jason Momoa admits he gave up smoking after near-death experience

Jason Momoa, a well-known actor best known for his role in the Aquaman superhero film, has revealed that he nearly died while surfing in the Hawaiian waters.

Hollywood star Jason Momoa has spoken of a near-death experience at sea – and said it made him quit smoking. The beefcake actor is famous for his role in the Aquaman superhero movies battling to rule the underwater kingdom of Atlantis.

Jason claimed that he and three friends were surfing in his native Hawaii and had to confront his own problems while in the ocean and had to fight for his life. You’re almost a mile offshore, he said after 13 miles of paddle-driving down the coast. My leash broke about seven miles into it.

And it’s so windy on Maui and so the board just went, I couldn’t even see it anymore.” It comes after Taylor Swift sparks engagement rumours as fans spot Travis Kelce’s lock screen.

In a notoriously risky area of the water surfers refer to as “s***f***s,” Jason, 46, claimed he was being battered by 10-foot waves that were crashing down on his head. He continued, “You just get hit with these waves and it pulls you out.”

So I was trapped in this bizarre location, unaware that I actually was on the outer reef and that no one could see me. They couldn’t see me because I was waving my paddle.

“And the waves were so big, it practically sucked my shorts off,” he said. After a while, I was outside and suddenly I could not see anyone approaching. And I lost my arms and legs because, you see, I was outside for a while.

Jason’s friend Larry Hamilton assisted him when he said he was considering his 3-month-old daughter when he was in the same situation. He stated, “I had already given up and he came from behind.” My body stopped, and I felt like I couldn’t raise my arms.

“And then the outer reef hit my toe.” Like, I literally gave up and now my foot just screams inside. And I’m not sure if it was a whale that f***ed me or if it just might have been a rock. But I had to grab it as I did. I make a jump.

“I dig my feet into the coral after being hit by another wave.” And I’m actually in the ocean’s center. And I’m just… Just to breathe and take a break, my lips were barely raised. But I was already dead. You now appear to have passed away and have a second chance at it.

Then, for about ten minutes, I went outside. On this reef, I was hunched over. And I hear Larry standing behind me, towing his board. And as we get started, he says, “Are you alright? ” I’m like, ‘ No. ‘ I can recall seeing him, but I was already dead for ten minutes.

Jason confessed to the SmartLess podcast that he prayed to his ancestors because he was so afraid of dying. He also admitted to smoking to the hosts, who included Will Arnett, Sean Hayes, and Jason Bateman, as well.

I have seven more miles to paddle, the Game of Thrones actor said. My feet are bloody. And I’m actually looking for my ancestors, who are still paddling the rest of the way.

“I do think my ancestors were here. My grandmother and my grandfather were also praying. If you’re stuck out there in those kinds of waves without a board, you’re screwed and there’s no way to swim in. I was reaching and in a bad position. That is not what I have. Therefore, it was a bad situation.

I mean, I could have trolling, there were sharks everywhere, but I’m just like trolling the entire coast. I used to smoke two or three packs per day. I was unable to stop caring for my ex, nor did I. I was unable to quit smoking.

“And I never smoked again when I came out.” I just passed away, I mean. Like I tried and tried, but I just gave up because I was unable to do it once more. I did, for example, give up my life.

Jason Momoa’s SmartLess podcast interview will be available for general consumption starting August 11.

Viral K-beauty brand lands at Boots with ‘lifesaving’ £18 serum that has one weird ingredient

This K-Beauty brand that’s been a viral sensation has just landed at Boots, and shoppers are rushing to grab the £18 serum that’s been hailed ‘a lifesaver’ – once you get over its weird ingredient

Within the world of cosmetic procedures, there’s one skincare treatment that has rapidly gained popularity. Aiming to stimulate collagen and elastin creation, polynucleotide injections are a cutting-edge way of successfully diminishing fine lines, dark circles, and loose skin. Whilst the procedure has sparked some raised eyebrows, thanks to one of its shocking ingredients, its effectiveness in tackling visible ageing signs cannot be questioned.

But if you don’t fancy taking the leap into receiving injections, there is a needle-free option—Anua’s PDRN Hyaluronic Acid Capsule Serum. Designed to be added seamlessly into your skincare routine alongside your other go-to serums, this viral hit works to provide the same results as the polynucleotide injections by using the same weird ingredient.

The Anua PDRN Hyaluronic Acid Capsule 100 Serum
The Anua PDRN Hyaluronic Acid Capsule 100 Serum now sells for £18 at Boots(Image: Anua)

This £18 formula hails from the popular Korean skincare label Anua, which has become a cult favourite and viral sensation on social media platforms like TikTok.

The serum features PDRN (salmon DNA or ‘salmon sperm’), alongside hyaluronic acid and collagen, to intensively moisturise and plump the complexion. This diminishes fine line visibility, unveiling the coveted “glass skin” that K-beauty has made famous.

The serum’s revolutionary capsule technology enables its active components to penetrate more deeply into the skin, addressing various epidermal levels to deliver fuller, more luminous skin almost instantly.

The PDRN Capsule Serum features a featherlight and rapidly absorbing consistency, enabling you to apply it multiple times for an overnight treatment effect or mix it with your foundation for a glowing finish.

This serum is ideal for everyday application, and the brilliant aspect is that there’s no requirement for injections, needles, or bookings—simply add it to your usual skincare regimen. Dot a few drops onto your face and gently pat it in with your fingertips before slathering on your moisturisers or oils. And if you’re using it during the day, don’t forget to layer on SPF30 to protect your skin.

Not only does it combat signs of ageing and quench your skin’s thirst, but it also repairs and maintains your skin barrier, leaving you with a lasting, radiant glow. But the PDRN Capsule Serum isn’t the only unique skincare serum from the Korean beauty world.

The COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence, now £22.39 (down from £27.99), is another darling among beauty aficionados. It boasts real snail secretions and promises to deliver ultra-intense hydration and repair dry, damaged skin.

Rodial’s bee venom-infused skincare range also features an unusual ingredient. Each product genuinely contains bee venom – or more precisely, melittin peptides ethically sourced from bee venom – and is said to give your skin a fuller, plumper look.

This skincare sensation is up for grabs from Cult Beauty and Lookfantastic for £20, but those looking to save a couple of pounds can grab this Anua serum for £18 from Boots and Amazon.

Not long after landing at Boots, this serum has already garnered a near-perfect 4.8 out of 5-star rating on Boots’ website. One thrilled shopper says: “Glowing, glass skin. Sat really well under other serums.”

Ed Sheeran teases ‘bonkers’ music video with Rupert Grint back as his stalker

Ed Sheeran has teased fans with a snippet from his ‘utterly bonkers’ upcoming music video for A Little More, which will see the return of his ‘stalker’, Rupert Grint. The award-winning musician took to Instagram to share a short clip of Harry Potter star Rupert looking worse for wear as he walked out of prison.

Rupert previously appeared in Ed’s Lego House music video in 2011. In the Lego House video, Rupert was seen seemingly portraying Ed. He’s see writing song lyrics, lounging on a tour bus before going on stage in front of a cheering crowd. However, after getting on stage, security tackles him and the viewer immediately realises Rupert is just an obsessive fan.

He becomes more obsessive as the video continues, and the video ends with the two running into each other as Rupert is forcibly removed from the music venue. It comes after Mel B’s ‘spiritual’ Moroccan wedding with non traditional dress.
