Brit Oasis fan who travelled to US for tour ‘appalled’ by gig-goer’s behaviour

One British fan who attended a concert in California was left “appalled” by the behavior of US gig-goers as they wrapped up the US leg of their Live ’25 reunion tour this weekend.

After performing a string of 14 sold-out shows in the UK and Ireland as part of their Live ’25 tour, Oasis is currently taking their reunion tour around the world. Over the weekend, they wrapped up their North American leg of the tour, and they’ll be back in London for two extra sold-out shows at Wembley Stadium that were added due to overwhelming demand, before heading off to Asia, Australia, and South America.

One British fan, who witnessed the band playing in California this weekend, claimed to be shocked by the behavior of the US fans after discovering what one of them was doing during the opening act. When the US tour was announced, Jennifer Jones decided to travel across the Atlantic to see the Wonderwall hitmakers on their first tour in 16 years because she had been unable to obtain any tickets for the UK shows.

She still wishes she had been able to purchase tickets in the UK, as the atmosphere would have been better, despite insisting that the journey was “worth it.”

Jennifer recorded a video of the band performing their smash hit song Supersonic in a video that was shared to TikTok. However, she caught a concertgoer on their phone while standing a few rows in front of her during the video.

When she zoomed in and the phone screen appeared, it was obvious that the other fan was looking up the lyrics to the song to make it sound like they were unfamiliar with the well-known track as most Oasis fans might.

“Appalling,” Jennifer’s caption for her video read. We had no choice because we couldn’t purchase tickets for any UK dates. Still worthwhile.

Without prior authorization, content cannot be displayed.

Many commentators on the video argued that Liam and Noel Gallagher should not have given a damn about visiting the US.

Many people claimed that the performance resembled a “no atmosphere” and that it was a far cry from the raucous crowds at UK shows, especially in their home city of Manchester.

The entire crowd screamed when I was in Manchester when they played Supersonic. There is no “ambiance” present.

Another remarked, “It’s criminal not to know Supersonic.”

A third questioned, “Why did they even enter America?”

Jennifer added more details in the comments, stating that the person was traveling with a group of people who didn’t appear to be familiar with any of the songs on the setlist besides some of Oasis’s biggest hits.

The fella was traveling with three other people, she wrote. One girl only viewed Don’t Look Back In Anger, Wonderwall, and Champagne Supernova while the other girl was watching her Snapchat all night.

Since Oasis has been around for more than 30 years, time has not come to “learn.” No excuses, I’m five months pregnant and stood the entire time. Obviously still a biblical night, but the real fans who couldn’t get tickets were SO irritated.

Some US fans, however, have argued that not every performance was “dead.”

My entire section was belting it out at MetLife, a fan claimed. However, I would like to think that I was the loudest. The American television shows are so despised by so many people. It was fantastic. My favorite band, who I love, is coming here. If I could, I would attend every performance.

Another fan in the video defended the fan, saying, “I did this because I went with my partner, who was a big fan. I memorized the lyrics that night, and I now have a playlist of my all-time favorites. Discovering is the focus of music and concerts!

Yungblud joins all-star Ozzy Osbourne tribute as Aerosmith come out of retirement

Following Ozzy Osbourne’s passing in July, Aerosmith and Yungblud joined them for a medley of hits as they stepped out of retirement for an epic tribute to the late singer.

Ozzy Osbourne certainly received a fitting tribute at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards as Aerosmith and Yungblud united for a supergroup performance. The Black Sabbath icon died aged 76 in July, just 17 days after he performed on stage for a final time.

He had a one-time performance at his beloved Villa Park in Birmingham, where his pals from across rock music performed for an epic finale. Just a few weeks later, Yungblud and Aerosmith reunited to pay Ozzy a tribute.

Steven Tyler and Joe Perry gave a moving tribute to the Prince of Darkness alongside friend and protege of Ozzy, Yungblud and Extreme guitarist Nuno Bettencourt. Just before they took to the stage, a moving montage featuring Ozzy’s beloved children Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Jessica was shown.

As they shared heartfelt tales of their famous father, they all wore Ozzy t-shirts. Tyler made the decision to take off from the stage in honor of Ozzy after being forced to stop touring due to a vocal cord injury two years ago.

The former American Idol judge broke the cartilage of the structure known as the “voice box,” or “scratch.” Then Jungblud made an All Aboard call with Ozzy’s rendition.

Before being joined by Tyler and Perry to perform Mama, I’m Coming Home, he then performed in Black Sabbath’s Changes and Crazy Train. Nuno, a guitarist, acknowledged that the tribute meant “everything” to him.

The rock star described the guitarist as a “godfather” to us when he first started playing rock and metal. This man has had a significant impact on culture and everyone else’s.

This year’s VMAs were held in New York, with rapper and actor LL Cool J hosting the event. Doja Cat, Mariah Carey, Jelly Roll, Sabrina Carpenter, Post Malone, Tate McRae and J Balvin all performed at the show.

Yungblud, whose real name is Dominic Richard Harrison, shared a touching social media post following Ozzy’s death. He said: “I will never forget you – you will be in every single note I sing and with me every single time I walk on stage.”

He shared a number of candid photos of himself and the music icon chatting and smiling. When Jungblud and I first met, we were so full of life and our laughter filled the room.

They appear to know things that we don’t, though as legends are written. You will always be with me wherever I go on stage, with me wherever I go.

The most priceless thing I have is your cross around my neck. You once asked if you could do anything for me, and I responded with the same answer, and I’ll say it again, that the music would suffice for us all.

You took us on an adventure that began everything. I’m truly devastated. You were history’s greatest.

Father-of-five Peter Andre reveals why a significant change has been “bittersweet” for him and his wife Emily MacDonagh during a week-long emotional visit to his family.

Popstar Peter Andre had an emotionally-charged time last week as his children marked a major milestone. The Mysterious Girl singer, who shares his three youngest kids with his NHS doctor wife Emily MacDonagh, revealed that the family’s back-to-school occasion was “bittersweet” for him and Emily, and also left Amelia, 11, and Theo, eight, “quite emotional”.

The 52-year-old wrote in a column for New! that “the kids going back to school have been quite emotional for them.” Not least of which is because Theo is now without his sister in primary school because Amelia (Millie) has begun secondary school. Parents will also find it bittersweet.

Peter, who also shares one-year-old Arabella with Emily, made a point of expressing his pride in the young people, but he also acknowledged that he had mixed feelings about them growing up.

The children of Peter and Emily have made significant progress.

The children are growing up so quickly, he continued, “but we are so proud of them for their accomplishments and we love seeing them become beautiful humans.” Additionally, it’s nice to get some rest during the day. Oh no, we have a 16-month-old. LOL”.

It has been a busy summer for Peter’s other children too – with his eldest daughter Princess Andre, who he shares with his ex Katie Price, launching her own reality ITV2 reality show, titled The Princess Diaries, and son Junior, 20, teasing some of the music he’s been working on.

His proud father Peter said: “For those who saw Junior’s post on his social media, he said, the quiet seasons are the most powerful ones, and I know he means it. “After Junior published a statement explaining why he chose a “lowkey” few months, his proud father said: “The quiet seasons are the most powerful ones, and I know he means it. He stepped back after achieving success in music, calling himself “a real teenager, really.”

He continued, “Plus, he moved in with his girlfriend and has just been enjoying life. Knowing J, he’ll show the world what he’s got. He’s a talented songwriter. As his dad, of course I’ll always offer work advice, but he does his own thing and I love that. He will do things in his own time.”

Emily also shared a video of Millie’s preparation for her transition to middle school on Instagram. She told supporters, “The kit and the uniform have been a whole different experience compared to primary school, and I’m sharing footage of a pile of newly acquired shoes, stationary, and PE kit.”

“First of all, could we just draw attention to the amount of goods I’ve purchased? The volume is incredible, and I must say that I have enjoyed it. Because of how much of it I’ve been hiding behind the sofa, I’ve ended up hidden behind it.

She continued, saying that she now thinks that “school bags must be cool” and that school stationary has become “expensive.”

There’s no more Velcro [on her school shoes], Emily later revealed, which is absolutely fantastic because I and Millie both believe they are really nice shoes that I will be stealing because of how grown-up they are.

Kerry Katona has spoken out about her new boyfriend, Paolo Margaglione, for the first time after meeting the hunk on Celebs Go Dating.

Fans have been watching the former Atomic Kitten star, 45, date Paolo Margaglione on the E4 show, and speaking about her new partner for the first time, Kerry says she “couldn’t be happier”. “Thank you all so much for the love you’ve been showing me on Celebs Go Dating, watching it back is so strange. As you can see from the show, I met someone really amazing during filming and I honestly couldn’t be happier,” she wrote in her weekly New! Magazine column.

“I feel so fortunate and confident that I won.” We all took on such a journey during the show, and the experts did an amazing job, continued Kerry. It has also been amazing to watch other people’s stories, she added.

The mother-of-five has three children: Molly and Lilly, Heidi and Max with Mark Croft, and DJ, who was the mother of George Kay, who passed away. Paolo, who has two daughters from his previous relationship, is Paolo’s new partner.

Kerry’s new romance comes after she split from partner of six years Ryan Mahoney last November, following a “breach of trust”. The former couple met on dating app Bumble and Kerry described the Personal Trainer as a father figure to her daughter DJ, before he moved out of their shared Cheshire home last autumn.

Kerry said, “Last week, I mentioned how Ryan and I were having a tough time and now he has moved out of the house, and I described herself as “heartbroken.” I’ve had a really difficult week because we are no longer together, and I haven’t seen anything like it in a million years. There has been a breach of trust between us, without going into too much detail.

I’m not sure whether or not we’ll be able to reconcile, but I still adore him dearly. I’m really struggling because everything has recently been so much and there is so much to deal with. However, I am aware that no matter what happens, I can get through it because I’ve already experienced breakups and come out the other side, so we just need to wait and see what happens.

Now loved up with Paolo, Kerry appears happier than ever. But the pair haven’t had the smoothest ride so far, with Paolo’s ex-girlfriend claiming he was in a relationship with him when he met Kerry and describing Paolo as “fame hungry”.

I don’t think he has a single emotion for Kerry, according to Yorkshire-based warehouse manager Jessica Smith, 25, who told MailOnline. He’ll be happy that he’s now being made known because fame is all he cares about.

Paolo, however, refuted the claims, saying, “Jess, I was never in a relationship. Only five times have we spoken since our initial meeting. I told her straight away that I had been offered to participate in a dating show, and that I would do so if it were to succeed.

I made it clear to Jess that since I had been invited to join the show, we had to stop talking and seeing each other. Jess is a great girl, and I have nothing negative to say about her. Kerry and Paolo have been smitten ever since, seemingly turning some people’s minds off.

Peter Andre heartbroken as mum losing ability to speak in devastating health battle

Thea, the mother of popstar Peter Andre’s children, is suffering from Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, and the father of five has updated her on her current health status.

Peter Andre has given an emotional update about his mum’s health, as she continues to experience with the devastating effects of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases. His mum Thea lives in the Gold Coast, Australia, with Peter’s dad Savvas, and the couple have just celebrated an incredible 70 years of marriage.

However, as he exclusively reveals in his weekly new, Peter and the rest of the family were both moved by the happy occasion and by sadness. Column that his mother is losing her speech ability. The singer’s admission of guilt comes just weeks after he acknowledged living so far away and witnessing his mother’s degeneration as a result of the progressive neurological disorders she had suffered.

He stated earlier this summer, “It’s absolutely heartbreaking. It’s difficult for the person who is affected by a disease like Alzheimer’s, number one, but heartbreaking for those who love and cherish them… I am aware of the decline taking place, and I am aware of the guilt and worry that her loved ones experience. Everyone will suffer a lot as a result.

The popstar is deeply affected by the distance between Peter and his parents Savvas and Thea.

Peter, 52, revealed last week that his parents had received a very special letter congratulating them on their accomplishments in light of their 70th wedding anniversary.

“Mum’s speech is almost nonexistent now, but I can tell you that thanks to all the love and support, she will have heartfelt love and support.” Happy birthday to your 70th wedding anniversary, Mum and Dad. You inspire us all the most.

Peter posted a montage of photos to his Instagram to mark the occasion as well, including one of the letter from King Charles, addressed to “Mr Savvas and Mrs Theopopisti Andrea”, and another from Samantha Mostyn, the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia.

The letter from King Charles said: “My wife and I are so pleased to hear that you are celebrating your Platinum Wedding Anniversary on 3rd September, 2025. Jehovah’s blessings to you both, please. I appreciate your inspiration. Two of a kind I’m thinking of you with a smile. We’ll see you two soon.

Queen Elizabeth missed for two key reasons as family mark three years since her death

Since Queen Elizabeth’s passing in 2022, the royal family has experienced some turbulent times, and a royal expert says we are missing her “stability and a sense of unity.”

Even with her remarkable 96 years of wisdom and experience, it is unlikely that the late Queen Elizabeth II could have fully envisioned the monumental shifts that have defined the three years since she passed away on 8 September 2022.

From the shockwaves that followed the January 2023 publication of her grandson Prince Harry’s explosive autobiography, Spare , to the gravely concerning cancer diagnoses of her son, King Charles III, and her granddaughter-in-law, Princess Catherine, in 2024, the royal family has faced some profound challenges.

The House of Windsor has been under more pressure than ever in the past year, with a more fragile and severely underdeveloped family taking on the burden of performing royal duties.

“It was always known that the King wanted a slimmed down monarchy, but now it is a bit too slim,” warns royal author Phil Dampier. “Harry and Meghan have departed, you’ve got Andrew in disgrace and Princess Anne is in her seventies.

“A lot of the older royals, like the Duke of Kent [who is 89] and Princess Alexandra [88], are at the end of their working lives. So all of a sudden you’ve got a hell of a lot on William and Kate – and then, of course, Kate got ill.”

While the public may have rejoiced at Princess Catherine’s recovery following her cancer treatment, in recent months life for the royal family has been far from plain sailing.

The King was forced to reschedule a number of engagements earlier this year in March after being readmitted to the hospital with “temporary side effects” from his ongoing cancer treatment. Although the setback was described by royal sources as the “most minor bump in a road,” it served as a stark reminder that Charles, 76, is still in the fray with regard to his recovery.

According to royal commentator Katie Nicholl, “It was a bit of a wake-up call and a reminder that he is not invincible.” And a reminder of how fragile the monarchy might be.

Despite bouts of ill health during her final years, the public never saw Queen Elizabeth battle serious illness. Her tireless dedication to duty – few could forget her greeting newly appointed Prime Minister Liz Truss at Balmoral, just two days before her death – was a constant source of reassurance to the British public.

“I think we’re missing a sense of stability and a sense of unity,” says Phil. “One thing that immediately springs to mind about her that is different from the King relates to the VE Day celebrations. When it comes to commemorating the Second World War, the fact that she and Prince Philip were alive at the time – Philip actually fought in the war, and the Queen was in the Auxiliary Territorial Service [ATS] – is something that you simply cannot replace.

She was there for the military commemorations, and that was why people admired her so much.

Queen Elizabeth was regarded highly on British soil, but she also received a lot of respect from all over the world. She had such high regard throughout the Commonwealth, and Phil points out that her life’s work was instrumental in bringing people together. Nobody else can possibly surpass the experience she had, she said.

The late monarch was seen as a stable, unified and deeply respected force within the Firm(Image: Tim Graham/Getty Images)

She knew Justin Trudeau’s father from the time he was the country’s prime minister when she met him. No one can match that kind of knowledge, either.

Even though the Queen’s famous “soft power” may have been effective at bridging gaps between various countries, she was put to the test when establishing connections between members of her own family.

Shortly before she passed away, she had to accept her grandson Prince Harry’s shock decision to step down as a working member of the royal family and his subsequent relocation to the US. She also bore witness to the controversies surrounding her middle child, Prince Andrew, which have since led to him being all but ostracised by King Charles and Prince William.

In fact, Phil believes that one of the late Queen’s greatest advantages may have been her inability to navigate the indiscretions of her closest and dearest.

He claims that “her tolerance is her best quality, which Prince Philip once referred to in a speech made on his and Queen Elizabeth’s golden wedding anniversary.” However, I believe she may have been overly fond of Prince Andrew, who was frequently referred to as her favorite son.

She probably did as much as any mother would, but perhaps she had a blind spot about him. She was willing to ignore some of his flaws and see the positive in him.

Though she was ‘put through the ringer’ dealing with various scandals, the late Queen always tried to be positive(Image: Tim Graham/Getty Images)

She obviously went through a number of scandals that other family members got involved in. But she made an effort to see the positive and fix problems.

There is no disputing that the Queen’s presence, in addition to her frailty in her later years, gave her a sense of security that is now greatly missed. Who could forget her rallying speech, which sparked the Covid-19 pandemic and sparked millions of hopeful thoughts?

She brought people together when problems besetting the country, whether they be economic or something akin to Covid, Phil says in response to her late Majesty’s famous adage, “Better days will return: we will be with our friends again, we will be with our families again, we will meet again.”

He claims that “that was her main quality.” That because of her overall perspective, people of all ideologies, political parties, and different viewpoints looked up to her. She occasionally uses very brief sentences and brief speeches, but each word was carefully chosen.

Of course, King Charles – despite his health setbacks – has done a stellar job of continuing his mother’s legacy and guiding the royal family into a new era. Few could forget the reassurance of his first speech as monarch, in which he vowed to continue his mother’s tireless work. “That promise of lifelong service I renew to you all today,” he pledged.

“While we miss the late Queen, and we certainly do, I think we feel very reassured in King Charles III, despite it being obvious that his health is a challenge,” says Katie. He is carrying on the duty that the late Queen had already established.
